Reviewed Aug 30, 2026Goed en centraal gelegen. De pier voor Kampung Morten ligt beneden tegenover het hotel.
De bedden waren vrij hard. Geur van riool, vooral na douchen. Internet was traag. Het winkelcentrum kent veel leegstand. De wasmachine liet onze was stinken, we zijn naar een wasserette in de buurt gegaan.

The second bathroom had a serious leak causing wall damage and mould. We reported it and the host was very receptive to having the problem repaired.

Secure place close to all conveniences Happy Laudry a 24 hour laundromat is walking distance - they also have a pick up and drip off service It was clean for the most part great views beautiful pool and gym shopping center is attached loved the coffee and hot and cold water dispenser appliances looked new
I believe strong deoderizees are used in the sofas and the towels need to laundered properly - there was still a smell to them and the detergent was steong but did not mask the odor- I prefer cleanliness over artificial smells that try to mask ….

Une légère odeur désagréable émane des sanitaires qu'on sent au moment où on rentre dans l'appartement mais dès qu'on ouvre et qu'on aère la maison l'odeur disparaît.

Reviewed Apr 23, 2026Bedroom: Additional pillows, blankets, and a few futon bed are available for us to use. Bathroom: very clean and the water pressure is very good. Kitchen: When we arrived, we were not sure how to use the stove, so I contacted the admin via WhatsApp. They quickly sent a technician to help fix the issue. The kitchen also provides a water filter and extra pots. My family is very happy and satisfied with our stay ☺️
WIFI: It only available when at the living room, but in the bedroom disconnect Balcony: the chair suddenly broke, then cause my uncle injury his back, otherwise is a perfect cozy chilling space. and i immediately inform the admin, so that it will not deduct my deposit. Bathroom: The water heater is sometimes not stable. Since the weather is hot, using cold water is still fine. However, please be careful because the water can sometimes suddenly become very hot.

There were no tv programmes available and the pillows were very hard and uncomfortable. I had to use the sofa cushion as a sleeping pillow.

1. Is the Parking. Good is free parking, but when we need to go to anywhere must phone call/press the intercom to security, and sometime need to wait 3-4 mins just open the gate. 2. Is the water machine 3. Maybe owner can paint again? because too many leaking area for the house. 4. Actually can move out the second room's kid's slide? feel a bit dangerous, and you can save the space.

There are several eateries nearby, and Grab is both quick and cheap. The building has ample parking, a gym , 3 adult pools and a children's pool that's a bit like a small waterpark. The kids loved it. The house itself is modern. spacious and clean. My children loved the ball pit and the climbing wall in the hall. It's a great concept that's excellent for big families with small kids.
The mall in the building is sparse. Missing some basic amenities like pots, pans and bowls were missing. There's a stove, but it's missing cutlery so you can't really cook and eat (which is important with kids around). There's a washing machine but no clothes drying rack. Simple things like this make the stay inconvenient, and can be easily rectified by the owners.

Reviewed Dec 25, 2025The space is huge. Cozy and spacious. 3 bedroom is enough for a small family to large. Extra beds and bedsheets are also provided. Extra towels available too. Complete with kitchen and all utensils. It is a penthouse unit so the view is superb facing selat melaka and melaka river is just next to building.

We reserved an apartment featuring a balcony. However, due to ongoing building facade painting, the balcony, which was intended as a children's play area, was inaccessible. The host stated they were not informed of the painting. A text message provided by the host indicates the painting commenced in October, and building personnel confirmed that prior notification of the work had been issued. We subsequently relocated to an alternative apartment that included an indoor children's play area. Upon arrival, we observed that the restrooms were unclean and presented a slipping hazard, the living room carpet was soiled, the floors were dusty, and food debris was present in the children's play area. The slide was found to be defective and unsafe, and the bunk bed safety guard was not properly secured. Furthermore, we were unable to establish an internet connection via Wi-Fi, and no trash bags were provided. In summary, my arrangements were disrupted as I was unable to fully utilize the apartment we initially booked, and the host's handling of these issues was deemed unsatisfactory.

Reviewed Oct 20, 2025lucky to have booked a unit that is close to the carpark on public holidays, just 2 floors up, can just use the stairs as the elevators were too busy during peak hours. over all we enjoyed our stay there, well equiped, has everything u need. the balcony was nice too.
