The host ignored my messages until it was check in time, the unit has cockroaches 🪳although clean and there was absolutely no provision of standard things like sachets of sugar, bathroom spray etc.

In future just to have bath-soap/shower gel or communicate that there will be no shower gel etc.

1.They provide 2 toilet papers, 2 small soaps and other essentials only on arrival, if you stay longer you must buy your own. 2.The ironing board was tiny.

Reviewed Apr 11, 2024As a Deaf person everything was much easier than expected. There's a guy Clayton who's committed to communicating the guest. The security and the entire staff are super friendly. Loved the space, location and cleanness of the room, and the interior is pretty cool.

Reviewed Apr 8, 2024- Host: Communication with the host was effective. The host would regularly communicate crucial information and responded to queries timeously. - Finding the apartment building entrance was a challenge as we could not find the entrance. Once, the entrance was located, everything went smoothly. Check-In process is effective, and convenient. - Apartment Condition: The condition of the apartment was good! Such a clean space, modern appliances (wish the fridge was bigger), and sufficient cutlery and kitchenware supplied. We took advantage of the balcony and had dinner at night - such a beautiful sight! Air-conditioner was functional. - WIFI: Fast speed - no buffering. - Cleaning: During our stay, cleaning facilities were provided, and a cleaning crew came by on the 3rd day of our stay. Rather than every 3 days, wish our trash/bin could have been cleared out everyday. Regardless, locating the apartment rubbish area was easy with the help of the security guards. - Outside the apartment: The location of the apartment offers convenience, with a supermarket downstairs, restaurants a few blocks away, and other stores. Overall: I would book this location again for a much longer stay! I recommend this location. My partner and I had a very pleasant stay there.

There was no shower mat, no air freshener in the toilet, towels were not sufficient, no ironing board, no hand wash after toilet use, linen was not ironed and other linen was just thrown inside the built in. I also didn't appreciate being told by the host that electricity might not be sufficient, it might make a funny noise and I need to alert the host so that he can send the token. The host was supposed to ensure that everything was in order before check in. The place is very noisesy at night.

Reviewed Nov 21, 2022The property had everything I needed and is in the perfect location, close to many restaurants/shops/pharmacy. It has all amenities including smart tv with fast WiFi. The apartment was very clean when I arrived and the host Clayton is extremely responsive.
The only thing that could be changed is the shower pressure which is quite weak.
