Sehr saubere und moderne Unterkunft. Das Personal war hilfsbereit. Unser Zimmer war sehr groß, deshalb kann man es für Familien sehr empfehlen. Der Balkon war etwas ungemütlich, Balkonmöbel wären schön gewesen. Wir würden wiederkommen.

Réservation d’un appartement. Vraiment très très basique. 2 chambres. Nous avons eu la surprise d’avoir une télévision dans la kitchenette mais dans aucune des 2 chambres. Du coup on ne l’a pas utilisée. La chambre était très propre. Le personnel du petit déjeuner très sympathique, les réceptionnistes bcp moins. Tout semble neuf et bien entretenu. Le métro se trouve quand même à 10 min à pieds et pas à 5 comme indiqué sur le site. Avec des valises à porter c’est quand même assez éloigné

Nous avons passé 3 nuits en famille dans cet hôtel. Il est bien situé, proche des métros et des bus. La chambre est impeccable, propre, parfaitement insonorisée... Pour finir, le personnel est au top (accueillant, serviable, disponible... ) Nous reviendrons avec plaisir dans cet hôtel!

Plumbing was leaking. Complained 1 st day , not taken care. There is no one to take responsibility. One incharge promised to refund one of the three nights due to the inconvenience caused by the broken toilet. On last day they charged me full price. When asked about refund they continently pleaded ignorance. Problem not solved Promise was broken

Staff were lovely. Hotel was clean. I give it a 2 star mainly because of the bed. I had requested a king bed which in fact was a small double and not very comfortable

New property and very techie stuff

Nous avons aimé l'appartement pour deux adultes et deux enfants. C'était propre et confortable.Bien situé près dun métro. Il manque de trucs dans l'appartement comme des linges à vaisselle. La machine à café ne fonctionnait pas très bien. Le service au chambre était plus ou moins bon: il manquait de savon, une journée, elle a fait seulement un lit sur 2. Les employés à l'accueil étaient gentils. Par contre, on voulait d'autres café Nespresso, une fille à l'accueil nous vendu des capsules, le lendemain, le jeune homme ne voulait pas nous en vendre et la dernière journée, l'homme à l'accueil nous en a donné. Somme toute, notre séjour fut agréable.

The property is new and location isn't bad. My main issue is our A/C broke during our 2nd of 5 nights, we complained for the rest of the trip and staff/manager were not helpful. Sleeping in 35C was impossible... we opened the windows and kids were massively bitten by bugs. Again, staff did not appear to care.

La chambre attribuée n’avait pas été nettoyé (serviettes utilisées, lits non faits, poils dans le lavabo). On nous a trouvé un plan B, 2 chambres au lieu d’une seule pour 5 personnes). Super emplacement pour le transport en commun!

Die Klimaanlage hat nicht funktioniert, bzw. sie ging nicht zu bedienen. Die Zimmertemperatur stieg an auf 26°C. Fenster konnte man nicht öffnen, da die Autobahn vor dem Fenster war. Das Personal im Hotel war super freundlich und die Zimmer waren auch okay.

Sejour convenable grâce au personnel tres sympathique. Cependant la clim était déréglée et faisait un bruit lancinant le premier doir, il n 'y'avait pas de setvicd cuidine le dimanche même pas un sandwitch.

Behagelig sted å bo i hetebølge i Paris ! Et lite kitchenette gjorde oppholdet smidig og praktisk. Moderne ! Metro rett til sentrum av Paris.

Punaise de lit dans la chambre

Amazing stay, literally booked the day we arrived and they helped us so much and made sure we were comfortable and happy! Definitely recommend!

Tudo limpo, mas a cama de casal é bem pequena. A localização do hotel é um pouco distante, mas tem metrô perto. Bom custo-benefício.

Staff was rude. Arrived at 11:30 pm. Another guest was checking in and only 1 person working so we had to wait 5 minutes or so. Understandable considering the time of night, so we made a coffee at the coffee bar. Then 3 staff members came out of nowhere reprimanding us for it saying it was closed and we weren’t allowed. Where were these staff members 5 minutes ago when we needed to be checked in after a long day of traveling? They couldn’t check us in but could make us feel unwelcome upon arrival.

Was a comfortable bed to sleep in, nice and clean all around. Can’t complain

Fantastic place and good value. Very clean and modern. Plenty sockets and very comfy. Staff great and efficient and a credit to the place. Only slight drawback is location. Area still under some construction but this should be short lived. Room facing the main road was quite noisy traffic wise, so if you can get a room on the other side, probably better. TIP - use the Metro. Maison Blanche stop is 5 mins away and you can get to most places for 2.5 Euro

Hotelli oli todella uusi ja siksi hieno. Henkilökunta tuntui kyllä olevan vähän pihalla asioista ihan sama mitä kysyi tai tarvitsi. Heillä ei ollut pyykinpesukapseleita vaikka hotellissa on pyykinpesumahdollisuus. Tyyny oli aivan liian muhkea ja iso, eikä heillä ollut muunlaisia tyynyjä tarjolla, niin piti täyttää tyynyliina omilla vaatteilla, jotta ei ollut niska ihan jumissa koko aikaa.

We came down to cafeteria and order two coffe in early morning. We expect to have expresso. The price we paid is more expensive than expresso coffee in coffee shop. Yet we got coffee for vender machine even they have expresso machine on there. The old lady there seems very unfriendly services. We feel like we bother her....Guess may be she does not like Asian and thinking we are Chinese even we are not....This hotel business never getting better busines with that lady

This is a new Apart-hotel located in an area still under construction. Seemed fine during the day but would not walk at night as it's not that well lit and a few minutes off the main street. It has good building blocks, but very mediocre execution. The staff seem clueless and disengaged. The room had very uncomfortable beds and was missing basic supplies expected in a "fully equipped" Apart-hotel.. including cutlery, coffee pods, dish cloth and soap to wash the dishes. We were only provided 2 coffee pods for 2 people / 3 nights and told no more could be provided when asked. Hotels.com said coffee/tea available in common places but when I took some coffee from the lobby (machine)the first morning I was charged Regarding dish soap, there was a sign saying to ask the front desk for supplies to clean the dishes. If dishes were left it is 15 euro cleaning fee! The first two times we asked thee were no cleaning kits available at the front desk. One staff member offered us to bring our dishes to the front desk for them to clean in the kitchen area, but no bin was available to transport the wet and dirty dishes. Volume control on TV did not work and staff denied there was any issue when it was brought up. Good points were the proximity to metro, bathroom with large shower for European standards, USB charging outlets near the bed and general cleanliness seemed okay. Fair for the low price we paid but not just mediocre experience overall.

When we arrived on Friday evening on one of the hottest days of this year (May 30, 2025) we were informed that the aircondition in the room was not working and it would be fixed the next day... and it was not possible to open the window/door far enough to air out the room at night, so the temp in the room at night was about 85 degrees... and the air was not repaired on Saturday or Sunday, so the entire stay it did not work and we were sweating....

Séjour à l hôtel agréable je craignais d entendre le bruit côté route mais c est bien isolé la literie est très confortable Juste deux petites remarques difficiles de se maquiller dans la salle de bain la lumière est trop faible et pour prendre notre café le matin nous avions trois nescafe dont deux déjà utilisés mis dans le bol à café… à vérifier donc Mais sinon séjour agréable

Fair price. The staff was extremely helpful and welcoming. The room was spacious. We got everything we needed.

Eloigné du métro, c'est son seul défaut

The hotel overall is fine, but my experience was terrible. The AC didn't work on my room and the staff was not fast enough to have it fixed. It took them 2 days to finally agree there was a problem, and then said they were full and could not move me to another room until the next day, so in total I was on a hot room for 3 nights! The staff and management were also unwilling to refund even a day of my stay as some sort of compensation. very frustrating when you are on business and on Jetlag to struggle to sleep with a defective room.

Tive um SÉRIO problema no hotel. 550 euros “sumiram” do cofre o qual eu estava usando; cofre este que estava dentro do quarto. Comuniquei à administração do hotel e nem satisfação me deram. Oriento que, se algum viajante tiver a coragem de se hospedar neste “hotel”, que tome MUITO CUIDADO com seus pertences. **De antemão aconselho a procurarem outra estadia.

Well situated near the Place d’Italy Metro station, it was professional and clean. The breakfast was expensive and didn’t have hot cereal. The pillows were so fat they gave me a neck ache. The room was a comfortable temperature but was too hot under the duvet. I wished for a top sheet but didn’t understand that top sheets are not normally used in France. It had a nice balcony overlooking a large highway interchange. Except for the oversized pillows and hot duvet, I was quite happy there.

Établissement récent, accueil exemplaire : convivial et sympathique à l’arrivée comme au départ ! Les logements sont en parfait état, bien équipés et d’une propreté impeccable. Ma chambre donnait sur le périph´, mais quasi aucun bruit perçu grâce à une très bonne insonorisation des fenêtres. Merci, je reviendrai !

Friendly & helpful staff, clean room, only 5 minute walk to the Metro

J'étais en voyage avec ma nièce, nous avons trouvé l'hotel très bien.Accueil parfait, personnel charmant et efficace. Prestation très bien : hotel neuf, agencement studio très bien, eau chaude arrive très vite. Accoustique très bien : on n'a pas entendu les bruits du couloir, des chambres voisines et assez peu de la ville (on est à Paris !).

Je recommande cet etablissement très original dans sa conception. Le personnel au top pour satisfaire la clientèle.

Chambre sur le périphérique mais tres bien isolée phoniquement. Par contre clim mal réglée et trol trop trop chaud dans la chambre.. sinon tres bien. L'hotel est neuf et on essuie les plâtres (pas de wifi et de télé le dernier soir).

Situé à 5 minutes de la Porte d'Italie dans un quartier très récent. Hôtel moderne avec restaurant et bar. Les chambres offrent une vue sur le périphérique. Le beau parc Kellermann se trouve à proximité immédiate.

Hôtel récent où la climatisation fonctionne très mal dans les deux chambres utilisées (24 à 26°C). Pas de piles dans le coffre le premier jour, éclairage lavabo défectueux. Pas de TV ni de Wifi le dernier jour

Le séjour s’est agréablement très bien passé. L’équipement est parfait, l’hôtel présente différentes services, hyper utile par contre petit bol, connexion coupé en pleine nuit au niveau de la télé qui correspond un câble Ethernet donc plus de télé à partir d’une certaine heure jusqu’au lendemain.

I stayed there for almost 2 weeks. The hotel is new and clean. All facilities (kitchenette, shower etc.) worked fine. The location, though not having any interesting sightseeing point or restaurants close by, is close to a metro station (around 8 mins walk). However the property is surrounded by many construction sites which makes walking in and out not on easy path. So at this price it is acceptable to stay for 1 or 2 days. However if you stay longer, many issues arise. 1. poor sound proof - you hear what next room is doing and always hear the doors outside banging 2. strange big noise from the toilet and water system. If others flush the toilet or turn on the tap, your toilet and water system will "roar". That made me wake up for a few times in the middle of the night. 3. room supplies and cleaning are scarce, and not all staff are helpful. I was given 4 capsules on the table when first checked in, so after 4 days I asked the receiptionist for replenishment. But he refused and said the capsules and tea bags were only "welcome gifts" and could not be replenished. How ridiculous. Then there was no room cleaning for more than a week, which made the rubbish bin overflow and smell with food.

Hôtel récent et propre. Nous étions du côté de l’autoroute, c’était très bruyant dès qu’on ouvrait la porte du balcon. L’air climatisé ne fonctionnait pas, il faisait 25 degrés en permanence !

Excellent stay, very clean, very kind staff, the apartment was well furnished, modern, access to laundry, food was very ok we tried breakfast and dinner. Very close access to different means of transportation. We absolutely recommend this place. Enjoy

Les gens de l'accueil étaient très gentils, service de ménage très gentils aussi. Hôtel neuf. Juste une petite remarque pour le clic clac pas très plat et pourrait être un peu meilleur.

Hôtel neuf en très bon état, confortable, très bonne literie et calme. Aucun bruit, ce qui est un luxe à Paris. Personnel accueillant. Station de Metro à 5mn.

We stayed in the apartment - group of 3. The apartment was spacious clean and comfortable. The small kitchen and fridge in the apartment was very useful, managed to keep all our yummy purchases from the food festival fresh.

Tres bon séjour super hotel..

Tout était bien mais la chambre sentait la cigarette. Avec une température de 5 difficile de ventiler en ouvrant la fenêtre très longtemps. Et malgré les quelques tentatives pour ventiler, l’odeur était toujours présente.

Hotel muito bom , bem localizado , moderno , limpo Só nao gostei da ausência do serviço de limpeza no quarto, que precisa ser solicitado e pago como serviço extra,e a falta reposição de itens como toalhas e papel higiênico

Excellent propre et confortable

Très bel accueil, personnel au top. Par contre aucun parking et ce n’est pas marqué sur le site. Du coup c’était galère pour trouver un stationnement, et un coup supplémentaire non prévu.

The area has a lot of contruction going on. but that is pretty much it. It is not heard in the rooms which is a good thing. I had a fridge but it was not working so my food spoiled. The room was cold and was unable to put on the heater. Hot water wasn't working for 2 morning. Other than that, the bed is very comfortable. the room is a decent size and modern.

Not good if you have a car but walking it was near port d’itali buses rail and subway. Area seemed nice and hotel as a bit iff the beaten path. They only clean if you are going to be there seven days or more. I was there a week and my room was cleaned once. front desk staff soke english french and spanish the other staff just french but google translate was awesome.

Fit our family of 5 comfortably. Facilities were spacious and quiet. This is a true apartment style set up so you need to source everything to make your stay more enjoyable to you. Within walking distance of grocery stores, metro and cafes.
