Reviewed Jul 22, 2026Communicating with the host was easy. We were mostly out but when we were in the unit, we had the quiet moments. & rested well. I had to bring my daughter to the hospital after our el Nido trip and the hospital was just behind the unit. There’s uncle John’s convenience store, Japanese resto @ wellness massage that we all enjoyed. The security personnel were just lovely. We come home every 2 yrs to visit my father & rental properties nearby and checks in diff places. In this place, we experienced the kindest gesture from the security personnel. Very courteous they were. They should be very proud of themselves.

Reviewed Apr 21, 2026Die Möglichkeit den Pool und Fitnessraum zu benutzen war toll.
Die Klimaanlage ist sehr laut. Obwohl die Straße nicht direkt am Fenster ist, ist der Straßenlärm ist sehr störend. Es gibt nur eine Kochplatte. Die Ausstattung mit Küchenutensilien könnte besser sein.

We did not have a wifi for a day, but no big deal.

I appreciate the owner aswell for answering all our concerns and questions.The place is very close to everything like hospital, market, convenient store and transportation. I would love to stay here again. Thanks again for accommodating us.

Reviewed Jul 20, 2025The communication with the host was perfect. Before the stay - during our stay - after our stay Billy was always reachable and answers immediately. Any question or request was answered or granted. My son even forgot is beloved shoes and we find a way to get them back.
