Reviewed Sep 13, 2026A localização é perfeita, fizemos vários passeios a pé a partir dali. Haviam restaurantes, farmácias e pequenos comércios muito próximos. O quarto é bastante espaçoso e o ar condicionado bem potente. O quarto fica geladinho.
O Hall de entrada estava com um cheiro muito forte de xixi de rato. Senti falta de um apoio para as malas para não ter que ficar manuseando direto do chão.

Reviewed Sep 6, 2026It is in amazing location, near Vatican city, also metro station and restaurants&bars. It was very clean, every day was cleaning, the bed was comfortable, it was nice. we asked for the late check-in, there was no problem. Also stuff , Martina was amazing. But!!!
It was very hot inside and outside. In the room there is air conditioning, but despite the fact that it was worked 24/7 we didn’t feel anything. It was just there, 0 influence to the room. Also there is no mirror in the room and it is so dark. I would like to have some more space to put my things,there is only 1 small table, at least need bedside nightstand. And there is no coffee machine or fridge in the room. On the last day we found out that there is common kitchen and there is fridge,coffee machine and microwave, but no one ever told us about it, we found it accidentally.

Reviewed Aug 22, 2026Ωραιο δωμάτιο με άνετο κρεβάτι και καθημερινή καθαριοτητα. Βρίσκεται δίπλα σε στάση λεωφορείου και μέτρο σε καλη γειτονια με αρκετες παροχες. Η Μαρτινα ειναι πολυ ευγενικη και εξυπηρετικη.
Παρόλο που υπάρχει κοινόχρηστη κουζίνα με ψυγείο, θα ήταν πιο βολικό εάν υπήρχε ενα ψυγειακι μέσα στο δωμάτιο.

Habitación cómoda con lo necesario para un buen descanso. La cordialidad y calidez de Martina a la hora de la recepción es maravillosa. Lo super recomiendo.

Reviewed Jul 21, 2026Świetne miejsce na dłuższy pobyt. Blisko do atrakcji turystycznych oraz stacji metra. Bardzo dobra klimatyzacja w pokoju, co w lecie nie jest sorawą obijętną. W aneksie kuchennym możliwość zrobienia kawy, herbaty, a nawet podgrzania czegoś oraz lodówka. Cicho, kameralnie i czyściutko. Codziennie świeże ręczniki. Przemiła Pani Martina, która jest gotowa pomóc i doradzić, a po długiej podróży i po check-out pozwoliła nam zostawić bagaże w obiekcie. Bardzo duża pomoc, za którą jeszcze raz dziękujemy.
Wszystko się podobało.

Reviewed Jul 20, 2026Ci siamo trovati molto bene, ci ha accolto Martina, una ragazza super carina e disponibile, che ci ha dato consigli utili per mangiare e esplorare la zona. La camera era pulita e luminosa, e il bagno spazioso. La posizione è ottima, con la metro distante due vie è possibile andare ovunque, ma anche il centro storico si raggiunge facilmente a piedi. È possibile lasciare i bagagli sia prima sia dopo il check-out. Se torneremo a Roma, sarà un piacere tornare qui, a presto!!

The room was really noisy, we could hear street sounds almost as if we were outside. We partly booked this because it said courtyard view and soundproof walls, but our room ended up being street view and very loud.

Udobna soba u kojoj bi trebalo promijeniti klimu jer tijekom ljeta kad su nesnosne vručine, ona hladi osrednje te nemate mogućnost samoregulacije. Sveukupno smo zadovoljni smještajem. Odličan, miran kvart te pohvala za domačina koji nam je omogućio kasnu prijavu i odjavu te ostavljanje prtljage prije leta!
Promijenit klimu kako bi bolje hladila sobu te omogućit gostu da sam regulira temperaturu u sobi. Eventualno dodati mini frižider i kantu za smeće.

Reviewed May 7, 2026The location was absolutely perfect, everything was walkable and the furthest attraction being the w which was around a 45-50 minute walk. Trevi Fountain around 20 minute walk, Vatican City around 15 minute walk. Pantheon around 25 minute walk. Martina was very helpful too.
You can hear the outside a little bit, but with being in a popular area, this is expected.

Reviewed May 7, 2026The location of the hotel was fantastic, right next to the Vatican city, a great place to be based. The communication from the hotel was great, questions were answered immediately. The room was comfortable and pleasant. The bed was comfortable.
Upon arrival there wasl no water in the room or in the shared kitchen, this would have been welcomed after a day travelling. There was no mirror in the room, only in the bathroom. A full length mirror in the room is needed.. We were in room 3 and the noise at night was very loud which is to be expected in a city and luckily I took ear plugs. One night the road sweeper went past about 8 times and sounded as though it was in our room! On a recent visit to krakow the hotel provided foam earplugs in the room, I suggest this is done here.

Reviewed Apr 14, 2026El barrio de Pratti es lindo, tiene muchos comercios y está muy comunicado por el transporte público. Muy cerca del Vaticano. La habitación era cómoda y el baño también. Tienen unos amenities de excelente calidad. Se encuentra en un primer piso. La recepción es muy pequeña pero tiene microondas, pava, cafetera y cubiertos.
El lugar está muy bien. Si bien no tuve ningún inconveniente y por mail.y WP me dieron todas las indicaciones, no tuve contacto personal con nadie en el lugar.

Reviewed Apr 8, 2026The location is fab, 20min walk to the Vatican, super close to the tube station, but we basically did everything walking. The room was clean, bed as comfortable & the shower was great with hot water…. The hairdryer was like professional one so really good to use. We loved all, Martina gave us great tips were to eat just a few minutes walking around…. we definitely indicated or back on next trip to Rome. Because we were there on Easter on the last day the gave us an Easter cake… that was a lovely touch from them.
The only problem was that In Italy, there are two types of wall sockets, and the round type in the bathroom and bedroom didn't work well… after reporting this, they gave us an adapter that worked with the three-prong sockets, which were okay. The bedroom is a bit dark for makeup, but the bathroom light is good for that. Two simple details can be very functional, such as holders for toilet paper and for the shower stall to hold shampoo and conditioner.

Reviewed Apr 7, 2026Posizione perfetta, comoda sia al bus che alla metro. A piedi in 10 minuti si arriva a Castel S.Angelo. Il quartiere offre bar, ristoranti, gelaterie, tutto a pochi passi. Letto comodo, camera spaziosa (n.4). Non c'è servizio colazione ma una piccola cucina in comune con frigo e possibilità di farsi il caffè al mattino.
La struttura è al 1° piano quindi si sentono i rumori provenienti dai locali e dalla strada, soprattutto nel weekend. Abbiamo comunque riposato bene. Alla camera e al bagno servirebbe un minimo di manutenzione: alcune piastrelle rotte del pavimento, la mancanza di porta-asciugamani e mensole in bagno (anche i prodotti per la doccia sono in terra) danno un senso di trascuratezza non meritato. In generale è comunque una buona sistemazione.

Inoltre, i consigli sui locali e i ristoranti vicino all’appartamento si sono rivelati davvero ottimi, contribuendo a rendere il soggiorno ancora più piacevole. La posizione è molto comoda e ben collegata: consente di muoversi facilmente a piedi e raggiungere le principali zone senza difficoltà.

The host’s communication was excellent — clear instructions and videos made check-in and checkout effortless. The location in Prati is unbeatable, just steps from the metro, and the value for money is great. The shower had nice water pressure, and the shared kitchenette with fridge, microwave, and free coffee and tea was super handy.
The shower screen wasn’t sealed properly, so some water leaked onto the floor and damaged the door frame a bit. It’s a minor issue, but fixing it would really elevate the room.

Reviewed Jan 21, 2026Buen lugar para alojarse, zona tranquila con una boca de metro a escasos metros de la puerta del alojamiento. Buen contacto y buena señalización del propietario para llegar al lugar, siempre respondió a mis mensajes de manera rápida y clara. Ubicado a 15min del Vaticano, 25min de la Fontana y 50min andando del Coliseo. Habitación básica pero cómoda y con lo necesario para pasar unos días. Destacar que tienen un servicio diario de habitaciones, la limpian y cambian toallas. Y que después del Check out, nos permitieron dejar las mochilas en las zonas comunes hasta que las recogimos por la noche para aprovechar el día sin ir cargados antes de coger el vuelo de vuelta. Repetiria!
Por poner un pequeño “pero”. Hubiera reforzado la limpieza del plato de ducha y ducha en general.

Tæt på parkering og i gåafstand til alt man gerne vil se samt tæt på metro samt restauranter et par gader væk. Daglig rengøring og mulighed for at opbevare lidt småting i fælleskøkkenet, som deles med 3 andre rum
Sengen og puderne var ikke særlig behagelige, så mest ideel til kortere ophold.
