Aqua Viva, Pool, AC, Internet, Beach club

Las instalaciones son excelentes pero la ubicación del departamento es una y la de la laguna es otra,yo me fui con las imágenes y cuando llegas te explican que la laguna esta 2 o 3 kilómetros hacia adentro en un camino de terraceria que no volvería a entrar por que no son ollos son cráteres,los departamentos tienen la piscina pero no laguna...aunque ellos te dan un brazalete para tener acceso los departamentos están muy bien para descansar y olvidarte del mundo

La ubicación

L'apartament és gran i espaiós. La zona de la piscina és agradable.

La wifi no funciona gaire bé. S'han de renovar els utensilis de cuina (sobretot les paelles). Es troba a 15' de Bacalar.

The energy was amazing, the stuff was so sweet, the late check out that we asked for, the beautifull place.. 3 nights of happiness.

Le confort de la maison, la piscine, le calme, la propreté et le personnel

La localisation et le manque d’accessoires de cuisine ( pas un seul toperwear et les couverts sont très basiques) l’accès au beach club n’est pas pratique.

Tout! Endroit tres beau, piscine grande et propre. emplacement a l’entrée de bacalar, facilement accessible. Au calme, et 5 min de la lagune! Nous avons adore cet établissement, et y serions bien reste un peu plus longtemps

Ci e’ piaciuta la grande zona giorno con cucina a vista e grande divano, affacciate sul giardino grazie ad una grande vetrata. Molto bello il portico con divanetti e tavolo per pranzare. Molto bella e ampia alla piscina dotata di sdraio e sedie. Nel complesso, un’ottima soluzione per famiglie con bambini, anche se per raggiungere la spiaggia è preferibile usare la macchina. Il beach club convenzionato con la Villa è molto carino e la laguna incantevole. Il servizio alla reception è ottimo ed è garantita la presenza del personale 24h su 24

La Villa dispone di due camere al primo piano, perfetta per 4 persone. La quinta persona (noi siamo una famiglia di cinque persone) dorme in un disimpegno ove è posto un divano letto non ottimale (l’aria condizionata arriva dalla camera da letto mantenendo la porta aperta). Suggerirei un pochino più di manutenzione e attenzione ai dettagli.

Très confortable, luxueux et disposition des maisons autour de la piscine très agréable. La salle de sport est bien utile car il n’est pas possible de courir le long de la route. Le ponton est accessible en 20 minutes de marche ou en voiture.

Logement propre, bien équipé et très spacieux. Le partenariat avec le beach club Cayano est très sympa, nous avons pu y profiter deux fois pendant le séjour.

La route devant l’hôtel est très étroite et « sauvage » un peu compliqué d’accès surtout avec une voiture de location à ne pas abîmer.

Es un lugar muy bonito rodeado de naturaleza

Solo tuvimos un problema con los ventiladores de techo, pero el aire acondicionado estaba bien

Água Viva is a beautiful and peaceful place surrounded by nature, only about 15 minutes from Bacalar. The property has astonishing views, with beautiful trees and natural scenery all around. The house itself is beautiful, comfortable, and a perfect place to relax and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it!

Not really a negative, but keep in mind the property is quite isolated. There is a small convenience shop, but for anything else you’ll need to drive or take a taxi. Wi-Fi can be inconsistent, but considering you’re in the middle of nature, it’s understandable—and a good chance to disconnect!

Mega fijne huisjes en ook nog een zwembad om te delen met andere gasten, prijs-kwaliteit in verhouding, locatie wat afgelegen maar met huurauto prima te doen

Dschungelfeeling, Größe, Aufteilung Kate antwortet schnell, Personal freundlich.

Küche war wenig ausgestattet, keine Schere, wenig Besteck, nur 1 Schüssel, kein Saugtücher, nur Badetuch, keine Händtücher in 70x 40. Hatten eine Holzbank, statt Stühle für draußen.

The room smell of cigarette

Superbe villa vraiment comme sur les photos. Décorée avec goût avec piscine et salle de sport. Avoir impérativement une voiture. À 10mn en voiture du centre d'Holbox. Le personnel était très sympa, nous avons été bien accueilli. Voisinage très calme. Je recommande vivement cette résidence.

Piscine souvent pleine de feuilles mortes malheureusement et le jardin est un peu négligé. Beaucoup de feuilles mortes partout ce qui ne fait pas très propre, verdure pas très luxuriante.

The apartments, pool and setting were so lovely! Felt like we were in a tropical/jungle paradise. It was secluded so was very quiet.

The listing mentions a beach club, but that should be removed as it’s a 20 min walk down a dirt track, it’s also more of a hotel with access to the lake, rather than a beach club. Can be expensive to get taxis into town. Kitchen tap could have done with stronger pressure.

Los colchones estaban un poquito duros y si se nos fue la luz como 2 veces aa y que el vigilante no esta 24/7 yo llegue un dia a las 12 porque estaba haciendo unas diligencia y no habia portero en la entrada estuve como 20 min pitando en mi vehículo para q alguien saliera a abrir

Environnement au calme dans la jungle. Site très sécuritaire. Maisons sans vis-à-vis avec les voisins. Bel agencement dans la maison. Grande piscine chaude et très propre.

Une petite senteur d’humidité persistante. Il n’y a pas une table pour pouvoir manger à plus que 4 à l’intérieur. Sentier d’accès à la propriété est très chaotique.

J’ai tout aimé : le logement était très beau, parfaitement équipé et très propre. Il se trouvait juste à côté de la piscine, dans un endroit paisible et magnifique. C’était vraiment un séjour très agréable.

Rien tout est parfait

Mooie omgeving, hele grote woning, mooi zwembad en klein speeltuintje. Leuk dat je bij de beachclub gratis toegang had! Vriendelijk personeel. Gemoedelijke sfeer! Zelfs een klein winkeltje en fitness

Aantal dagen harde muziek buren bij het zwembad tot laat. Het huis rook muf. Weinig keukengerei. Buitenmeubilair zat niet comfortabel.

Het zijn mooie huizen en een prachtig complex! Je waant je in de jungle, met een luxe villa

Waar het park super netjes werd onderhouden, was het huis van binnen niet geheel schoon. Troffen allerlei haren aan en zelfs een kunstnagel. Ook de mogelijkheden om thuis wat te koken waren erg beperkt door slechte pannen en matig kookstel.

Magnifique séjour dans cette villa de luxe au calme, dans un cadre supérieur.

Le chemin d'accès est un peu cahoteux et la ville est à 15 min zn voiture mais ça vaut vraiment le coup.

Die ruhige Lage mitten im Grünen. Jeder hat seine Villa für sich mit eigenem Pool Zugang. Es bietet viel Möglichkeiten zur Entspannung. Gute Ausgangslage für die verschiedenen Aktivitäten.

Die Straße ist nicht befestigt, aber gut befahrbar. Wir wussten es vorher und waren darauf eingestellt. Es passt ehrlich gesagt super zum Charakter vom Aqua Viva.

El lugar es muy bonito

No hacen la limpieza, la cama no es comoda, cobran por cambiar las toallas, una de las noches no había nadie que abriera la puerta de la entrada, estuvimos 10 minutos esperando a que el vigilante abriera el portón pero jamás apareció

Unpaved road a bit too long. Better get SUV

Var et flott hus, nydelig jungelaktig hage. Veldig likt som på bildene. Alt kjøkkenutstyret var på plass, enkelt å lage litt mat selv. Flere fine plasser å sitte. Deilig med basseng. Ok trimrom

Lå ganske langt fra Bacalar. Også et stykke fra lagunen. Lite sol ved bassenget, ingen plasser å sole seg. Men hvis en liker skygge er det perfekt. Personlig ville jeg bodd nærmere sentrum. Personalet kunne vært litt hyggeligere. Det koster 30 pesos å leie bassenghåndkle

Es ist etwas weit weg vom Zentrum (10 min mit Auto), wenn man ein Auto hat, gar kein Problem. Der Ort ist sauber, gross, und intim. Es gibt einen kleinen Laden um das nötigste zu kaufen (Eier, Milch, Käse, Schinken, Chips, Bier) und einen Wäsche Service (50 mxn pro Wäschmaschiene, also ca. Chf 2.50). Das Personal ist sehr nett und Hilfsbereit. Den Beachclub ist ok, es gibt aber wesentliche schönere Orte um in die Lagune reinzugehen.

Apartment exceed our expetattions.

No tiene que ver directamente pero la calle para llegar aún podría mejorar mucho, ojalá el gobierno local ayude con eso.

De villa was prachtig. Alles was super schoon en het personeel was super vriendelijk. Ze spraken niet allemaal even goed Engels maar kwamen er telkens wel aan uit. De binnenplaats werd super goed onderhouden. Het speeltuintje was geweldig voor onze dochter.

De douche boven hadden we telkens geen warm water, terwijl we beneden in de keuken wel warm water kregen, dat was minder comfortabel.

Heerlijk ruim huis middenin de jungle! Van alle gemakken voorzien. Zwembad ook fantastisch! We hebben er genoten!

De matrassen zijn keihard en we hadden niet altijd warm water in de douche.

Le confort de la maison

L’emplacement avec des prix exorbitants pour le centre ville ainsi que le fait de devoir partir à 10h le matin ce qui est assez compliqué pour s’organiser.

The villa was modern and spacious and just like the pictures. We stayed there for 3 days and it pas perfect! Communication with the host was smooth. We also liked the pool and our daughter loved the small children’s playground. There was also a laundry service, which was really convenient.

You need a car to get to the center of Bacalar, but we knew that before we booked, so for us it was not a problem.

La villa est vraiment très agréable et spacieuse. Les jardins sont magnifiques La piscine est grande mais un peu fraîche

La casa excelente, todo nuevo y muy cómodo. Te traen garrafones de agua y café para la cafetera americana.

Es la jungla y hay mosquitos - trae repelente para estar afuera.

Tout était parfait ! Nous ne voulions plus partir. Tout est pensé pour qu’on se sente bien. Le personnel est très gentil, le lieu est propre et très bien entretenu. Gros plus, il y a une petite supérette avec tout ce qu’il faut pour se préparer un repas simple. Je recommande +++

Beautiful Villas, very spacious and walk out to pool is gorgeous.

Not an easy walk to the beach. About a 20min walk in non paved streets full of mosquitoes. Not beach front and you need a car.

Schöne Unterkunft in ruhiger Lage, sehr gute Ausstattung, viel Platz, toller Garten/Anlage mit Pool, Klimaanlage hat super funktioniert, Personal war sehr freundlich

Wifi war langsam (streamen über Netflix, YouTube,… ist aber auch über Fernseher gut möglich)

Mooie huisjes. Mooi zwembad. Goede gym.

De weg naar de huisjes is heel erg matig. De huisjes kunnen wel een klein beetje aankleding gebruiken.

Schitterende villa met een mooi zwembad.

Late check-in tijd en vroege check-out tijd.

Die Unterkunft hat uns sehr gut gefallen.. Wir waren direkt am Spielplatz, was für unseren Sohn super war. Auch der Pool und der Beach Club waren toll. Kate und auch die angestellten waren sehr hilfsbereit und schnell bei jeder Frage zur Stelle. Immer wieder gern.

Die Straße ist natürlich nicht optimal aber mit jedem Auto machbar. Die Straße ist leider in Privatbesitz somit kann die Unterkunft nichts verändern. Größere Löcher werden eh immer wieder mit Steinen aufgefüllt. Für uns war die Straße kein wirkliches Problem.

Clean and super big appartement with everything you need yo stay there. The journey to the complex itself goes through a stretch of jungle which is fun! Also very close by to a super relaxed spot near the lake (5/10 min drive). Our son loved playing in the pool.

Zeer mooie en ruime villa. Goede en vriendelijke service bij de receptie. Villa ligt op ongeveer 15 minuten rijden van het centrum. De omgeving is fijn en zeker een aanrader!

I like the property and the village which was great distribution ,own parking lot,kitchen facilities,basic kitchen utensils,in general it was good place to stay,we was 2 days,personal staff was very kind they explained everything and give us some advice for the beach club,which was very quiet to relax on the dock and listen the water from the lagoon,is was more like a galmping with cabins,the hotel give some day pass and we didn’t pay for entrance,they offer laundry service for $50 pesos,pool are great on the property to refresh from the heat .

Didn’t like the way to get in to the property,bumped road and little bit far from the main road,in the jungle basically,not to close to bacalar town about 20 minutes drive,not tv on the bedrooms ,bed not very comfortable to sleep,WiFi some times failed,the cut the hot water 2 hours before our check out,mosquitos it the area we recommend use mosquito lotion,beach club isn’t a beach,i a camping places who’s let it is in to use the dock for a swimming,they offer a restaurant service very limited food options,far from the property about 10 minutes drive,not a very good road,but the view of the lagoon is gorgeous,

Hele fijne villa's in de buurt van Bacalar. Modern, schoon en een fijn zwembad. Je hebt wel een eigen auto nodig om er te komen.

Mitten im Regenwald gelegen, etwas abseitz vom See

Logement moderne, propre, très bien équipé, spacieux, idéal pour notre famille. Bonne literie, personnel accueillant et serviable. Nous avons apprécié la salle de gym, la piscine, le petit magasin d'appoint et aussi l'accès au beach club sur le lagon.

Tout était parfait. Dommage que nous ayons dû réclamer les 100USD de caution qui n'ont pas été remboursés automatiquement. Cela a été fait après réclamation.

The apartment was beautiful, large, clean and well maintained with everything you needed to self cater. Air-conditioning worked well and the rooms were spacious and well furnished. We really liked that drinking water and ground coffee were provided. The pool area is fantastic with a large clean pool. The music drove us slightly mad when we arrived but the staff kindly turned it off so we could relax and read our books with just the jungle sounds. The hotel offers a washing service which ended up being cheaper and easier than the laundry service we had used in town previously. There is a small shop with basics and pool towels can be hired. They provide a great information card with some excellent restaurant recommendations, trips etc. Communication was really good before and during our stay. The hotel is calm and relaxing with a fantastic staff team on duty 24hr. We loved our stay here.

The location is just a bit too far from town which meant we ended up eating in more than we intended. The beach club at the end of the road is ok but quite basic (although food was good). We stayed for 6 nights and there is no option to exchange towels during stay without paying for new ones. We ended up paying for them to wash their own towels in a service wash and give them back to us - when staying that long at least one towel exchange should be included!

Het heeft geen directe toegang tot het meer en je kunt het meer niet zomaar op (moet eigenlijk overal via een prijzige beachclub of restaurant), je kon wel gebruik maken van de beachclub een stukje verderop maar die was niet zo mooi. Er werd in de 4 nachten dat wij er waren niet schoongemaakt tussendoor. Je zit in de jungle dus het is eigenlijk altijd vrij donker en vochtig buiten.
