The Beacon Condo - Studio Tower 1

Le studio était bien placé avec le Waltermarket à proximité. Pas mal de restaurants et bars à côté ! Une vue imprenable sur la ville, magnifique de jour comme de nuit ! Un immeuble bien sécurisé et avec un personnel accueillant et disponible.

Rien d’alarmant mais peut être plus de serviettes à disposition. Sinon rien à signaler de particulier

Just stayed here for one week...... Good room, with a great view over the city! Room was clean, easy to access, shower was warm, netflix and wifi worked fine..... I also only saw one bug all week..... I wasn't sure what to expect as there were some not so good review but for me the room was great..... The floor is a little tired but it's really not a problem at all... I'd stay again. General area is chill too..... Check out the secret bar just round the corner called 81+

There is only one sink (bathroom).... So if you do need to wash any dishes it's in the bathroom...

CLEAN AND VERY RELAX

Habitación suica. No se aspira ni se trapea. Baño mojado, espejo sucio. Piso destrozado. Baño con cucarachas Baño lleno de hongos. Le dijimos esto al encargado del departamento, lo volvieron a limpiar pero quedó igual. Adjunto fotos más de cómo estaba el piso con pelos cuando entramos y los hongos de los baños :(.

There’s usually a bit of a line for the elevator, but everything is kept really clean. We did spot a small cockroach in the cabinet near the bed, though. The Netflix app was locked the next morning. I sent a message through Viber to ask for the code, but I didn’t receive a reply.

It is close to shops, malls and resto.

Can’t access netflix. I thought they have an account for guest.

The view was awesome! Very comfortable and easy to check in. All convenient store near this The Beacon you can just walk. Would love to come back again!! ❤️

I liked the location and how friendly the host was. The communication with the host was very good. Also Netflix and water was provided.

The Sauna is broken since 2 month and it was not mentioned before. Also it is not mentioned, that the fitnes gym is NOT included. You need to pay extra 100p for the gym.

Łazienka czysta ale wymaga małego remontu i odświeżenia. Właściciele studia niepotrzebnie przysyłają dużą ilość mejli komplikując wynajem.

La vue imprenable sur Manille, surtout la nuit, la rapidité des ascenseurs, la spacieuse et belle piscine et le confort du lit.

L’appartement est un peu défraîchi avec du mobilier trop gros pour sa superficie (surtout la table et les chaises)! Le sol est très abîmé et faire la vaisselle dans le lavabo n’est pas très hygiénique.

The apartment is as advertised, although a bit smaller than what it seems in the pictures. Great view of the city from the window.

Some cockroaches here and there. The bathroom could use some work.

keyless entry. place is quite small but the room rate is not expensive so it's fine. floor is chipped but it's fine. sheets and towels are clean and fresh. lots of convenience store, restaurants, pharmacies around; walmart is also just a few steps away.

The property is quite dated and in a busy area of Makati area. Public transport is not a problem nor finding places to eat and buy necessities. The room was clean and cozy , few tiny cockroaches which I’ve also encountered which could be common problems in these types of facilities ( buildings). There were coffee and tea drinks which were available and they didn’t skimped on this either it was enough for the days were there ( other places has little to none). The property manager communicated well with us and made sure we were comfortable.

If you're looking for value for money in a great location, you can't go wrong here. Solo traveller just off an 18 hour flight and needed a base for a couple of days before heading off to the islands. Grab Taxi from the airport to the door 270 pesos. Cafe with free wifi next door. 39th floor with amazing views of Manila and in a great part of the City with easy access everywhere.

For the price you're not going to get 5 Star luxury with exceptional finishing touches. It was clean, had a fridge, microwave and rice cooker. A gym and outdoor pool on the 6th floor and the roof terrace and views more than make up for that.

The location is very convenient, and the condo has everything we need. It looks fantastic in person, offering a beautiful view of the city lights. The bed is comfortable, and complimentary water bottles and instant coffee were provided.

The shower holder is broken, and we cant access the Netflix on the third day of our stay.

The view is amazing...the room was on the thirty-ninth floor. there was a swimming pool in 6 floor..
