Quiet Room In Old Quarter with Netflix and Free Laundry 3rdFloor

Great location, close to the lake but not directly on a noisy street. A lot of good local eats and cafés at walkable distance, cute cocktail bar downstairs (with a door that cuts off sound in between). Host was really friendly and nice and even let me check in super early after my overnight train, and welcomed me warmly with banh com. Good water pressure and temperature, and host was very attentive. Self check in was very easy, same with check out.

Really like our stay here (1 night) - it was in a good location, was really clean and comfortable. Highlight was the free laundry on the rooftop. The lady who runs it is also super helpful and really friendly

Only downside is the size of the room however that’s all the same with Vietnam hotels so was a minor and expected

Amazing location, perfect for exploring Hanoi. The room has everything you will need, and the air con works well! Van was the best host, giving me amazing food recommendations and always being there to help me navigate the city. Free laundry is a plus too!

这里位置很好，如果是想感受老街氛围的话，住这里是很不错的。 而且房间隔音很好，我是一个对噪音很敏感的人，但基本上听不到太多噪音。基本上也是晚上一楼的酒吧放音乐的时候会有一点点声音（真的就是一点点），以及早上其他人出门的时候的交谈声。但毕竟你没法追求绝对的安静，带上耳机或者耳塞睡好一整晚不成问题。 一楼的鸡尾酒酒吧看起来很不错，可惜我酒精过敏就没喝。感兴趣的可以去试一下，我看谷歌地图上的评价都挺高的。 五楼有洗衣机和烘干机可以免费用，有洗衣液所以不用自己带。 房东人很好，一位很健谈的女士。会说英文，她会给你介绍附近的景点还有特色食品之类的。和她的聊天十分愉快，有问题也会热心帮忙。冲着这一点我就愿意给这里一个高评价。

如果硬要说有什么不满意的地方…… 没有牙刷和牙膏，不过我自己带了，倒也不是什么大问题。 然后洗手台那边的墙皮有一点点受潮脱落的痕迹 都是一些不太重要的问题，总体而言我在这里还是过得挺愉快，挺舒适的。

I loved the host! She’s an amazing person, every time I’m coming to Hanói I’m going to stay here for sure!! 10/10 she would help me with everything!! Miss this city and my host so much already!!

Il y avait une soirée exceptionnelle dans le bar au rez de chaussé, mais avec les boules quies ça allait et la soirée s’est terminée assez tôt.

Der Eigentümer Van, sehr gut über WhatsApp erreichbar, gibt gute Tips, gute Kommunikation trotz das ich ihn nicht gesehen habe, die Lage, mitten in der Altstadt und doch ruhig, gut geschlafen

Mir hat lediglich eine Ablagefläche oder Schrank im Zimmer gefehlt sonst alles ok Das das Zimmer kein Aussenfenster hat, habe ich bei der Buchung gewusst, nur ein Hinweis , kein Minuspunkt

Хороший вариант остановиться на одну ночь. Очень отзывчивый и заботливый хозяин, всегда на связи по любым вопросам. Чистое постельное белье, удобная кровать. Расположение в самом центре старого города, все рядом в пешей доступности.

Отсутствие окна, но это было заявлено в описании. Немного душно, из-за того что нет доступа к воздуху. Шумные соседи, которые ночью возвращаются в номер. Это скорее обращение к постояльцам, проявляйте уважение к другим людям, можно ведь спокойно подниматься по лестнице и не кричать, вы можете мешать другим спать ночью.

Perfect location. It truly was quiet as well. Very comfortable, and VERY convenient to be able to use the laundry machines.

Le gérant est très disponible par whatsapp et nous a beaucoup aidé. L’emplacement est idéal et malgré tout la chambre que nous avions été relativement silencieuse. Il y’avait de l’eau chaude avec une bonne pression. C’est très simple mais c’est un très bon rapport qualité prix.

Lovely room, in a perfect location and the owner was so lovely and friendly. Cannot recommend this place enough! If I return to Hanoi I will definitely stay here again.

Wspaniałe miejsce w ścisłym centrum Hanoi. Większość zabytków w zasięgu spaceru. Bardzo miła i pomocna właścicielka była w z nami w stałym kontakcie. Pozwoliła zostawić u siebie bagaże przed i po pobycie. Poleciła nam wiele miejsc wartych odwiedzenia. Na duży plus zasługuje też możliwość bezpłatnego użycia pralki. Mieszkanie było czyste i wygodne.

Situation géographique est bonne et la nuit le cartier est relativement calme.

La chambre correspond à l'annonce, mais les photos de l’extérieure sont un peu trompeur, car la chambre qu'on m'a donnée n'a pas de vraie fenêtre, donc rester sous la clim et lumière en permanence. Je pense que le hôte devrait spécifier ça dans la description.

Van ist eine unglaublich hilfsbereit Gastgeberin, die sehr bemüht ist einem den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten. Bei meinem nächsten Aufenthalt in Hanoi, werde ich auf jeden Fall wieder versuchen hier ein Zimmer zu bekommen.

Está muy limpio, la habitación es ancha y tiene todo lo necesario. La anfitriona, Vân, es encantadora y súper atenta, te ayuda en lo que necesites. La lavadora y la secadora están arriba en la terraza, y son de uso compartido. El cocktail bar de abajo es silencioso, no molesta.

Hay que entrar a través de una escalera muy estrecha. Para mí no es un problema, pero hay que tenerlo en cuenta si viajas con equipaje muy grande o si necesitas un ascensor, porque no hay.

The location is great. While on my business trip I decided to get some Traditional Chinese Medicine, acupuncture and massage for an ongoing health issue. Having access to a full kitchen was a great help here to cook my herbs. Also the place is just around the corner from the medicine street, and close to great places to eat. The room is quiet, the bed comfy, I slept great.

I have no complaints. Maybe a warm color bulb for the lamp for winding down at night. But a lot of places don't even supply a lamp, so I was grateful there was one at all.

Die Gastgeberin ist sehr freundlich und super hilfsbereit. Die Lage der Unterkunft ist großartig und es ist trotzdem sehr leise und man kann gut schlafen.

Nous avons passé un séjour absolument parfait ! L’emplacement est idéal, en plein cœur du quartier ancien, proche de tout. L’accueil a été exceptionnel : chaleureux, attentionné et toujours prêt à aider. La chambre était confortable et parfaitement équipée, ce qui a rendu notre séjour encore plus agréable.

Good location, it is indeed a quiet room as I can hardly hear noise from the busy streets of hanoi. The kind host, Van is always available and give all information needed for my stay. Netflix provided is great to wind down after a busy day of travelling.

I had a very comfortable and safe stay at this centrally located homestay. The property is well-secured with entry cameras and security locks, offering great peace of mind. The host is extremely friendly and knowledgeable about the city, always happy to offer helpful travel tips and guidance. I shared a couple of suggestions during my stay, and the host was quick and eager to address them. Overall, a great experience — highly recommended!

An apartment in an unbeatable location. Van, the host, sends recommendations for restaurants and places to visit, and is very easy to talk to if you have any questions. The apartment is close to must-see places and is also near Beer Street, but the area is super quiet and there are no annoying noises. I have to return to Han Noi at the end of my trip, and I will definitely stay here again.

The place was clean and comfortable and was exactly as it was advertised. The location was perfect. Although in the busy old quarter is was also very quiet and peaceful inside. Van was a very welcoming host and communicated well.

It was quiet, like it said in the Titel. Having a washer and dryer was for me just superb. Water was provided. House shoes were provided. I liked the self check-in. It's well organized.

Location is the best.

The host is helpful , but pretty annoying. I don't want to receive "good morning, how was your sleep" every morning. The bathroom is small and not comfortable. No windows in the room.
