Spacious BGC 2 BR with a view

Apartment is clean and spacious, despite being in a big city, our stay provided a peaceful place, overlooking the greeneries. Love that it’s centrally located in BGC, too. Unit manager is excellent and helpful at all times. Washing machine was a pleasant addition.

The “extra charge” on top of the advertised price is way too high, and ‘almost hidden’ and can trick the booker into thinking price was that good until you click the final payment and you see it charged on your credit card. One of the beds are a bit too hard to my liking but that’s subjective and it did not affect our opinion on the property. Overall, am glad to be able to find this place.

Everything! This unit is GREAT space! A very roomy living room, a functional kitchen, a spacious primary bedroom, a very nice second bedroom, and two clean bathrooms. The location is awesome! Everything you need is in walking distance. Property managers are helpful and available. The building staff is friendly and also very helpful! A true home away from home.

I have nothing to note here. I could say the weather, but in August it was as expected.

Perfekte Lage nahe dem Forbes Town Center. BGC konnte ohne Probleme zu Fuß erkundet werden, vom Forbes Town Center bis zum Market Market ca. 20- 30 Minuten. Makati, Venice oder Ortigas konnten per Taxi schnell erreicht werden. Supermarkt bzw 7-Eleven in direkter Nachbarschaft.

Man merkt der Wohnung das Alter mitlerweile an. Es gab nur eine Key Card für den Aufzug, so dass man sich Absprechen musste bzw zusammen das Appartment verlassen musste.

The location was really good, accessible around BGC, the host replied so late when we our inquiries. The unit was spacious, the view was great.

I was very warm in the living area and the Master bedroom (despite the use of AC) The second bedroom has a well functioning AC. The bathroom's plumbing and fixtures need some reinforcement.

Huge apartment and the location is perfect. The additional charges were a bit too much for a night stay. Quite significant from the advertised price. Easy to miss when booking.

Property manager, Angelica Jamshidi provided great communication, before, during and after our stay. Location was walking distance from numerous restaurants and bars and 10 min. Walk to St. Luke’s.

A/C in living room/dining room was leaking.

The place is spacious with beautiful views looking through ceiling height windows. Best areas of BGC are within walking distance like the high street and restaurants. I had an appointment in St Lukes which is also within walking distance. The gym offers plenty of work out equipments and weights.Best value for your money

The pool was quite small. The property has a missing toilet seat in the main bedroom. Needs to scrub the faucets in the sinks and probably the sink as well.

Great location! Burgos less than a minute walk, high street is only a 5-10 minute walk. There’s a convenience store nearby, as well as a few fast food restaurants. The place is nice and spacious, and they provide basic amenities like toothbrush and toothpaste.

Wifi would randomly stop working for a bit, aircon was not working well (couldn’t turn it on or off whenever you wanted to). Also, we stayed for 5 days and needed extra towels and it took a more than day to get new towels. The pool was also under maintenance for two days while we were there which was fine but it would have been nice to know beforehand as we ended up not being able to use it.

The air conditioning in the masters bedroom needs to be checked. It wasn’t working well.

Two out of three elevators were under maintenance. Everything about the room was great.

Good location near the hospital, very clean just a few ants here and there but that's normal in some tropical places.felt like a nice and safe location. Laundry machine T.V work great.

Just the A/C in the living room couldn't really use it so it was HOT. It would of been nice if they told us before the booking or give us a discount.that the living room A/C air-conditioned was leaking. And also our room the A/C air-conditioned wasn't even work good set all the temps correct and it was blowing very little cold AC felt like it was around 80some degrees.so my wife daughter and I was hot during our stay. My sister in the other hand her room A/C was cold.

AC was not working at the receiving room. AC at the master's bedroom was not cold.

It was very clean and the place was big. You had everything you needed. because we came from different locations, it was practical to have a washer to wash our clothes.

The aircondition was working but it didnt felt like its getting more cold in the room.

As advertised, it has lots of space to move around. We like the view of the city and the park below when the curtains are drawn. The staff, from the security person outside in front of the building to the receptionists, housekeepers and plumber, were all very friendly, helpful and accommodating. Very good location, lots of restaurants, a market (we discovered on our last day) and safely walkable even late at night.

The place needs a general cleaning. It had a very musty smell, especially the bathrooms, so the first thing we did was go to SM market and bought Lysol disinfectant and deodorizer which we left in the unit for the next guest/s’ use. There are tiny ants and trails at the kitchen area. The pots and pans need to be better organized and not just stacked anyway on top/side of each other. There are no soap or toiletries except a dental kit in the bathrooms. We needed soap more than dental kit for hand hygiene. We booked a condo to stay in mainly because of the capability to do our laundry. I found out that the water connection to the washer was leaking and then burst and the hose came got disconnected. I notified the management company who sent a plumber within the hour.

Great location with easy access to almost everything, including market, grocery stores and many restaurant are in walking distance. I would definitely use this property again and will highly recommend it to friends and family.

The location was nice, the staff that assisted me was very kind and accommodating.

The bed was very uncomfortable, felt really bad quality. On top of that i had long hairs in the bed , remaining there from the previous guest- which made me feel like the bed wasn’t really cleaned. On too of that, there were some stains on the bathroom floor, and in general the smell wasn’t good

Really great location and complete ammenities. The washing machine is a game changer as we are traveling with young children and clothes get messy.

The water pressure in the bathroom was faulty and kept making a shrieking squealing noise.

Location was perfect for the BFC area. Lots of GREAT restaurants, bars, nightlife - so much within easy walking distance. Good police presence, you definitely feel safe walking along the streets. AC was strong ;-)

Thicker towels, larger bed - not so great for someone who is 6"2. Just remember to bring bottles of water with your to the room.

The owner were very friendly and the accomodation where clean and prim. The view was amazing and the bed was very comfortable that we slept like a log

The condo was not clean. There are some serious issues with how the cleanliness has become an overriding concern in the way the upkeep is conducted. The owner needs to seriously consider a new cleaning crew. The shortcuts taken by housekeepings is affecting the condition. Dirty floors, dirty kitchen w/crumbs and debris on countertops as well as floor, the main bedroom’s bathroom shower does not drain ( after three minutes you’re standing in two inches of water, it’s disgusting) The guest bathroom was flooded when I arrived due to a leaky bidet hose. I had the privilege of detecting the source of the leak, finding one filthy cloth under the kitchen sink to wipe it up while I squeezed excess water into the toilet that has a broken seat. However, even with those serious housekeeping concerns, it’s the stocking of the condo’s kitchen and bathroom that is inexcusable! There was exactly ONE, YES, I SAID ONE, bath towel in each bathroom. Zero washcloths, zero hand towels. A four night stay got me ONE TOWEL PER BATHROOM!!! PS- I went to the mall and bought two bath towels which I decided to contribute to the condo’s inadequate collection. How about the kitchen you ask? There were no dish cloths, no hand towels, no paper towels… absolutely nothing to wash or dry a dish. To advertise as a high end condo in a neighborhood as nice as BGC, is not right! SUBPAR EXPERIENCE AT BEST.

It was very spacious as described. The location was perfect with many restaurants within walking distance.

This is more of a personal preference, but I would’ve enjoyed a softer bed and slightly cleaner bathroom shower.

The location is the best part, lots of great bars, shopping and restaurants within walking distance and the view is fun too.

The sheets were rough on my skin, the pillows were a bit too hard and puffy and we could only get one tv station on the smart tv somehow. We tried to stream and we’re unable to make it work so just used our iPad. The guest bed only had a blanket, no sheets and it took quite a bit of back and forth to get that handled. I was getting a lot of push back about them not believing me and being weird like we were trying to use extra or something.

Location and the condo itself was excellent. The management was receptive to our concerns.
