Algo oscuras las habitaciones pero nada mal en realidad es para estar de paso entre un vuelo y otro va perfecto

Habitación excelente para coger vuelos. Está a 15 minutos caminando de la T3. Llegamos a Manila a las 20:30 y luego cogimos un vuelo a las 5 am por lo que necesitábamos un sitio para poder ir andando y no depender de medio de transporte para llegar temprano. Desde el aeropuerto tienes que cruzar el footbridge y luego andas como unos 7 minutos. Al lado del hotel hay muchos restaurantes y puestecitos para comer algo. Además, la habitación tiene aire acondicionado, botellas de agua y estaba muy limpia. La cama es enorme. También hay toallas y gel.

All you need after flying into / flying out from NAIA T3!

Facilities OK. Additional points for letting us check in earlier than planned (NAIA T3 turned out to be more efficient than expected). Good choice for one night.

Pictures on Booking are definitely misleading. The room was slightly run down. One night (after or before flight).

The room was clean, AC, TV worked properly. The bathroom was clean, towels were available. Room slippers were provided. Fridge and microwave were available -didn't have the time to use it (time too short). Quite location-slept good. The person that met us at the lobby was friendly and courteous. The lady that provided us the keys was very nice and helpful considering we arrived at 130 AM. The location was convenient since its so close to the airport. There were many food establishments near the area so it was easy getting food to eat. The security guards in the morning were very nice and helpful. They helped us getting our Grab transport to Cubao since we were going to the province and had to go to CISCO Bus terminal. Overall, I really liked this place, and I wouldn't mind staying with them again when we go back to the Philippines.

La ubicación está muy bien, tan solo a 15 min andando del aeropuerto. La cama está genial. La chica (Marissa) nos esperó hasta las 23:30h para el check in y acomodarnos. Buenas relación calidad-precio🙂

A meno di 10 minuti a piedi dall' aeroporto È in una via piena di ristoranti Perfetto per chi deve stare solo una notte Il monolocale era accogliente, pulito, struttura nuova.

Llegamos a las 4am porque nuestro vuelo aterrizaba tarde y el trato del personal fue excepcional, muy atentos. Además la ubicación está muy bien, solo a 10 min andando del aeropuerto.

The room is located quite close to the airport, which was very convenient for us as we had a flight the next day. Everything was within walking distance, and it only took a few minutes to get to the airport. The room was comfortable and clean, and the staff was very polite and friendly.

They transfered me from 1 room to another room.

Ease of access to the airport. It was literally about a 7-8 minute walk to Terminal 3 at Ninoy. It is right on the edge of Makati and with a short walk you are in a nice area with fancy stores, hotels and a nice casino. Clean rooms and just easy access to just about anything you could need.

No breakfast included. There was plenty of eateries within 200 metres of the condo.

Nothing. Stay was excellent, close to the airport and metro Manila. I would recommend this facility to all.

We arrived late due to flight delays. The staff were very helpful and responsive. Thank you for helping us even it’s late

Perfect nice flat, walking distance from the airport. The area has everything you might want: from konbinis to street restaurants, supermarkets... the flat has also everything, including a washing machine, 2 broadband connections, comfy bed...oh, and it's spotless clean

Check in was troublesome although I suspect it might have been a lot easier if I had data on my phone.

I liked everything about the room , except the woman receptionist downstairs who was awful and very rude she wouldn’t let me leave my suitcase there as I got there few hours early. I wanted to get something to eat but couldn’t leave my heavy suitcase anywhere so had to waste 3 Hours waiting for room key

The women on reception was awful rude cheeky and horrible . Dreadful

Room was so spacious and comfortable. Very clean and nicely decorated. Location is perfect. Close to shops and the airport. Will definitely be staying here again. Thank you.

I am older gentleman so the bed was a little too hard for me.

The facilities were clean, the bed was comfortable, it had both a and a fan and the option of both a shower or a tabo abs there was a stove so that you could cook your own food.

It was a bit big and everything looks the same so it's easy to get a bit lost.

Apartment was spot on ,clean and tidy ,very easy to get to.

Key collection is a bit of a pain if you don't have mobile data or a local sim card.

Easy check in and very friendly staff. It's what you would expect from the pictures and great to stay for a night or long layover.

The room was immaculate, spacious, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The staff went above and beyond to make sure that my stay was perfect. They were always friendly, helpful, and attentive to my needs.

The location is near the airport - it's a short 15 minute walk or so if you don't have a lot of luggage to carry. Otherwise, a short taxi drive. There are many shops and restaurants in the area and it's a nice place to walk around. The condo was clean and comfortable. A good place to stay overnight in between flights. It's easy to get to and very convenient.

I tried contacting Marisa via whatsapp as I was leaving the airport. She didn't respond, and I was totally exhausted from a long flight, and I had to wait for her to meet me to give me the keys. I was not happy. I didn't have a local number so I didn't have data on my phone and the condo wouldn't let me use their wifi, so I couldn't contact Marisa. The agreed upon time to meet at the condo for her to give me the keys came and went. After begging the doorman for help, I think someone there called Marisa. I was really frustrated. I had stayed there once before and Ryan had met us and everything was wonderful. I was very disapponted this time.

Highly recommended Host( Marissa) and caretaker (Marivic) was responsive,and very accomodating,The unit Accessible to Terminal 3. Our overnight stay was very comfortable.

Superb unit clean and worth it to stay if your travelling next day. From towels, shampoo they r providing.

The location is very near and walkable to the airport terminal. I arrived at 1.30am and the staff was waiting for me to check in. She patiently explained what I needed to know and made sure I feel ok before she left. Room is huge for me (solo traveller) and has all amenities I needed, including the washing machine. There is a mall with many shops and eateries which I didn't visit since I left the next day for my flight. Will consider staying here again if I am to visit Manila again.

I was unable to use the TV (either has no cable connection or I don't know how to use it). Will be good to have instructions on how to use the TV. Hairdryer that was provided seems to be a steam iron rather than a hairdyer. No issues with that actually.

The doorman concierge was hard work. It's a shame because the lady that took us to our room was so amazing. Your bed mattress is really hard.

Near the airport Location is quite good near the airport.

The room smells cigarette and it seems not clean to me. It was not presented well. Bed covers was not presentable.

No staff in there to assist us. We left and did not stay in there. I need a refund. Be sure to specify if it’s a hotel or just residential. I was expecting a hotel with 24 hours service.
