New towhouse walk to the hospital & CBD & the Lake

Property was great, beds comfortable, lovely modern house.

The sofa was quite dirty. But maybe just stains.

I stayed here while taking my mother‑in‑law out of town for a procedure, and the property was easy to find, warm, comfortable, and surprisingly spacious — exactly what we needed during a rushed and hectic time.

There honestly wasn’t anything I didn’t like about the place. Everything was comfortable, welcoming, and just right for our stay. I especially liked the location.

Property was clean and tidy and perfect for what we needed. Walking distance to town and Claudelands (where we went to a concert). Definitely stay here again.

the house smelt like vomit upon entry and none of the outside bins had been cleared (all were full) The drains in the bathroom smelt like sewerage There is mould all through the showers There are stains on the ancient bedsheets The sheets were wet and also scratchy (very old) The towels are also very old (one has torn bits hanging off it but it was still presented for use) The pillows are bamboo and absolutely giant (all in the house are the same) The house is pitched with a lot of amenities and not a party house but the opposite is true. There are only a couple of pots and pans to cook in, as well as only one oven dish (no trays). And there are no tongs. There’s also no coffee pods, nor any glad wrap or foil (all non-essential to provide for guests but certainly things that are a nice touch to offer). There is no drawer in the fridge for vegetables and fruit. There is no drying rack for dishes. There is no broom to sweep up There are no bin bags There is no big bowl for things like fruit and vegetables. There is an outdoor clothesline but no pegs There is no plug where the bedside table is placed between the beds in the first bedroom upstairs There are no dish cloths to wipe down surfaces (only one for dishes) so limited in terms of the cleaning products advertised on booking.com It’s all pretty limited in terms of resources, which we weren’t expecting for a 3-bed place with a kitchen in the suburbs (and from the images online). The wifi is also not working well throughout the house despite being advertised in that way The couch downstairs has black stains all over it We sought compensation and received half a nights worth in return which felt like a slap in the face for the place not being clean and as advertised online

We love the fact that there were 3 toilets in the house. 1 bathroom 1 bedroom with ensuite and a loo downstairs. Laundry facilities and a gas stove top for quick and easy cooking. The apartment was nice and quiet with no road noise problems.

There were no small bread and butter plates only the dinner plates.

New and clean apartment. Rooms a great size and was close drive to city and sports grounds. Recommend to others.

Garage is very small and only suitable for a small car not a SVU. Limited on street parking available due to apartment development. Coffee machine does not work.

The steepness and shallow depth of the stairs to the upstairs bedrooms. A little stuffy upstairs with not much airflow.

The townhouse was extremely clean and tidy. Nice and warm. Had everything we needed for a one night stay. Close to amenities.

The house is lovely. Very quiet, very new, all the amenities. The location is excellent, the neighbourhood is lovely. It was very warm and welcoming.

I found the bed a bit too firm but that is personal preference and I had a sore back at the time.

The property had everything we needed for our 5 night stay.

There was nothing we didn’t like about the property.

Too hot- no air conditioning, extremely noisey neighbourhood, unsuitable parking for larger vehicles.

Location near city center and arterial routes was good. All bedrooms and bathrooms nicely spacious and well appointed. Living area laid out well. Pleasant decor and design.

Beds were rather firm for me. Duvets a bit too warm for mid October for 2 out of the 3 of us. Providing cooler duvets or an option would be good. Kitchen set up a bit minimal, with not many cooking items, and no lunch or small plates. Also only one cleaning cloth and tea towel. Would have liked a hand towel and more tea towels, and also paper towels for cooking use.

Location was great, apartment new and clean! Was perfect for what we needed. Unfortunately we didnt get to enjoy it as much as we had expected. We arrived late as was working at a job site. Left early and didn't end up staying the second night as job was completed. Will be back :)

The location was very good

A lack of electrical sockets in the bedrooms so unable to use the bedside lamps. We were a party of five but there were only four dining chairs.

We loved this townhouse. It was perfect for our time here. It was spacious and comfortable, had laundry facilities available. The downstairs had an A/C that kept the space very comfortable. Located in a nice neighborhood.

Our only complaint is that there was no A/C in the upstairs. Despite moderate temperatures most days the upstairs just didn't cool down much. The fans provided were helpful, but it was still hard to get good sleep due to the heat.

Fantastic house in a great location for our Hamilton stay. We will definitely be back! Thanks for having us!

New, modern, comfortable. Everything our family of six needed for an overnight stay in Hamilton. Close to the city but nice and quiet for the night. Great to be able to park in the garage. Rooms were great sizes and it suited us having the ensuite and family bathroom.

Multiple facilities lots of bathrooms, clean comfy stay thank you we all really enjoyed our short stay in what felt like a very new house very nice place to stay would stay again.

Tv didn't seem to have freeview channels at the time we weren't there to watch TV so didn't question it. Had youtube tho so Allgood.
