Reviewed Jul 1, 2026The place is very spacious for a large group with four bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. It had everything we needed for our stay, and very close to the CBD so we were able to walk everywhere. I would definitely stay here again if visiting with a large group.
There is no included parking which is advertised. We paid $75 for the car park the was only a 2 minute walk away which was very convenient. And recommend screwing the blind cords into the wall (for all travelling parents, we were able to loop them around the top of the blinds).

It's a minor thing - but we would have loved more flexibility around an earlier check-in.

Parking can be an issue, be sure to organise appropriate parking.

Reviewed May 18, 2026Very good location, just minutes from all the action and food areas Very modern unit and clean. Host was very responsive with messages. Toilets have bidets which I love.
Having no bathroom downstairs was kind of an inconvenience. If you have little kids, the balcony/window in each bedrooom might be a safety issue. 3 floors might be a problem if you're traveling with people with disabilities or elderly.

The bedrooms were very stuffy due to lack of air flow. The unit is equipped with air conditioning in the common rooms and halls but not the bedrooms. It's not appropriate to leave bedroom doors open when staying with other people. Would highly benefit from ceiling fans as bedroom sliding doors can't be left open due to outside noise.

Reviewed Dec 16, 2025Wonderful for each couple to have a bedroom/bathroom. Fantastic location to walk to Riverside and restaurants. Easy parking close by.
Bedrooms are upstairs so not easy for big cases. We left ours downstairs and just took what we needed out of them.

Reviewed Dec 9, 2025The door digital code was given wrongly (1 digit wrong) in the self check-in message and this mistake had my family waiting in the cold for almost 45mins. While I am sure the team were scrambling to check what was wrong back-end, it did not give me the warm fuzzy feeling that my stay was prioritized only through back and forth messages. Also, there were no air-conditioning or fans in the rooms, so it was a little stuffy if the doors and windows were closed.

Reviewed Nov 30, 2025Nice clean property with everything needed. 4 bedrooms, 3 with their own bathroom and the other just outside bedroom door. Walking distance to some nice sights and eateries.
Not a problem for us, but the bedrooms are on floor 2 and 3. If stairs are an issue for you or someone in your party, i wouldn't recommend this property.

Reviewed Nov 1, 2025Very modern and location is amazing. Also loved no key needed and only had to code in digits. It’s walking distance to the city centre and Hagley Park. Utilities in apartment were great. Even had hair dryers with diffusers in all four bathrooms.
Probably parking but there is a Wilson’s car park about 2 minute walk away. We stayed over the weekend - so if you read the signs right out on the street you you can park for free.

Reviewed Jun 5, 2025Easy walking proximity to town. Very clean. Fantastic to have 4 ensuite bedrooms. Bathrooms included toiletries, which was an added bonus.
No fault of the owner but as with many inner city places you have to pay for parking. This isn't ideal in bad weather as you can't just jump straight in your car outside your door and parking costs add up if you're staying multiple nights.
