Washing machine not functioning & some items in the Apartment were broken or scratched

Quiet, cozy, and comfortable. Conveniently located a stone throw away from the mall.

The apartment was lovely and clean, in a great location. The host was accommodating and really easy to communicate with.

Nothing, but maybe a suggestion of a bottle or two of water in the fridge?

Excellent accommodation in a perfect environment...if it wasn't almost always booked I would stay there all the time I'm in Joburg. A very helpful host too, home away from home.

Pésima comunicación. Gracias a la seguridad del edificio que nos ayudaron y nos dijeron cómo acceder tanto al piso como al parking (que habíamos solicitado). Funciona con tarjeta de acceso y ningún día funcionó el acceso al parking. El primer día solo había 1 toalla, solicitamos más y nos trajeron más toallas que apestaban a tabaco. El día antes de salir preguntamos si podíamos dejar el coche en el parking y nunca recibimos respuesta.

The location of the property to Sandton shopping mall and great host.

Location, security, wifi and setup. Lovely place in the hart of Sandton. If I need to be in Sandton again I will stay there again.

The open box of milk provided, nearly empty handwash, huge used body wash in bathroom. No dishwashing soap. First day I had a cleaning serves nothing the rest of the stay. DSTV did not work. No remote for secure parking.

Als je het eenmaal gevonden hebt, dan is het fijn om bij aankomst een winkelcentrum te hebben voor de eerste levensbehoefte (banken, supermarkt enz). Verder heeft het appartement alles wat het moet hebben.

Het vinden van de locatie (het appartement) vonden wij een crime. Het zit in een complex (waar hoog op het flatgebouw dan wellicht Raphael opstaat) wat een gewone woontoren is (en in een gebied wat vol staat met hoge gebouwen). Uiteindelijk hebben wij de host gebeld (wel heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam) die ons hielp het gebouw te vinden. Eenmaal gevonden was het ook niet zo makkelijk. Parkeren onduidelijk, concierge die nergens van wist en (hoewel we van de host wisten dat de sleutel in een envelop bij de buitendeur van het appartement lag) je komt ook niet zomaar de woonetages van het gebouw in. Uiteindelijk hebben we het weten te fixen, maar ons humeur was toen al tot het dieptepunt gezakt. Het appartement zelf is oke (maar ook verouderd). Bedden heel hard en binnen warm. Maar centraal koel/warm systeem leek ook kapot, dus wij hebben ramen open gezet (voor zover die open konden).

Everything!! Pictures does not do justice this apartment is beautiful. OMG appliances, kettles and cutlery. I will definitely book again. It is close to Convention and Mandela square. Also very secured. Securities are nice and very helpful.

The location is excellent with direct connectivity to Sandton Square and the mall as well Sandton Convention Centre. Spacious and nice balcony view.

List the property as non-smoking. There was a smoking smell. Security could improve their customer cate skills

This comfortable apartment is located above Nelson Mandela Square and has good security. I spent 8 nights here on a business trip and overall had a good experience. The guys at security/reception are very friendly and eager to help. Communication with the owner was quick and easy with nothing being too much trouble. This apartment is my new favourite in Sandton.

This host and their apartment exceeded all our expectations. The apartment was absolutely stunning, with every detail carefully considered to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. But what truly sets them apart is their exceptional honesty and integrity. I accidentally left my wedding ring behind, and they promptly contacted me to let me know, allowing me to retrieve it. This level of trustworthiness is rare and truly appreciated. We feel grateful to have had the opportunity to stay with such wonderful hosts and would highly recommend their apartment to anyone looking for a fantastic place to stay. Five stars isn't enough - we'd give them ten stars if we could!

Excellent stay, mostly loved the location and how spacious the apartment was. Will definitely be back for future trips to Joburg. Appreciated the warm support of everyone there from security to parking to housekeeping.

The security guys are amazing and extremely helpful. The unit is well decorated, kitted and clean. The gym? Chef's kiss!!!!

The toilet/bathroom doesn't have a door - not an ideal situation at all unless you are travelling alone. This is the only thing that would make me not book again.

Так как Йоханнесбург не самый холодный город, то хотелось бы, чтобы работал кондиционер. К сожалению, он не работал и пришлось воспользоваться вентилятором, который шумел. И ещё бы, конечно, хотелось шторы Blackout

Excellent location and we found Sandton a safe area. The property is connected to a huge shopping mall which has a supermarket. It’s also connected to an outdoor restaurant area and be sure to have a great steak at the Butcher’s Grill.

Shower beginning to show some mold and kitchen cabinets seem to be installed incorrectly.

I loved everything about this apartment, sparkling clean, spacious and super comfortable, it’s right across the Sandton City mall. And many thanks to their cleaner Nonhlanhla she is super cool

-The receptionist on duty was rude and not helpful apparently because the reservation did not go through their central reservations. However concierge really came through and aided me. -Pillows not comfortable and too stiff for me.

Perfect place to stay in Sandton with access to the mall and many restaurants.

It's quiet, clean and very well located.

The property was absolutely perfect and exactly like the pictures. Perfectly spaced and immaculate interior design. We even had milk for our morning coffee and complimentary water. Definitely 10/10

I always say in life everything can always be improved, but my stay in this apartment was superb in so many ways...safe, convenient, comfortable, beautiful are all fitting words for this lovely place with wonderful facilities, great WiFi, comfy and large bed and all kitchen utensils you may need...the owner was available and helpful and even insisted on paying for my overnight Mandela Square parking bill as the Raphael receptionists didn't give me my parking keys on check in...I'm seriously thinking on timing all my future visits to Sandton based on the availability of this unit.

There's nothing I didn't like really, maybe more towels could have been available, maybe some water in the big fridge?...but that's neither here nor there, it was still a wonderful experience staying in this beautiful unit.

The property is central to all attractions in Sandton. Exceptional location!

Host was responsive and apartment was well equipped. Very nice crockery and SMEG appliances! It was very clean and comfortable.

The Wifi password was sent to me by e-mail but I had no wifi, so had no access to e-mail, but when I called, the host sent it. Would have been nice to have a bar of soap at the basin or a hand soap. The quality of the cupboards are a bit flimsy but didn't affect me - just a note to say that the hinges should be screwed in to avoid doors falling off.

Beautifully furnished and was every comfortable. TV facilities are great. Couch, chairs and bed are extremely conformable.

The shower was a little small, but manageable. There were no hand-wash soap. Coffee/Tea options weren't my taste. Not a great view from balcony.

the location so close to mandela square was very convenient. I loved the balcony so I could open the lounge and bedroom doors and get fresh air. The pool is great, and the staff were extremely professional and helpful!

No Bathtub and bathroom/ toilet door. Privacy in regards for utilising the toilet is important that toilet door be closed for majority of us.

The place was spotless clean , spacious , modern, close to everything basically by Nelson Mandela Sqaure , safe and secure 5 Star place

The location is amazing, if available when im travelling to Johannesburg, it is my number 1 favourite place now.

Apartment is great and clean and host is super excellent. The Location of the apartment is great and easy access to the mall this my go to location when I am in Johannesburg
