Reviewed Jun 20, 2026Great location with ease of access to shopping malls. Many different kinds of food around. Hassle free checkin and checkout. Owner was responsive. The bedding is comfortable. Loved that they have a water filter with cold and hot water.
One minor problem is that the ceiling fans are quite dusty. Other than that, everything's good.

There are many remote controls for air conditioning & 3 ceiling fans instead of one or two remote controls. A bit confusing.

Reviewed Jun 22, 2025Location was great and accessible to the mall. So convenient! The beds were very comfortable and the shower had a fast hester and had good pressure. And the water dispenser is much appreciated. The gym and pool was good too! Kids love making fortress with the pillows
Only 1 glitch with the WiFi which started to not work on the 2nd day. But it was all right as we had our data and were out of the room most days.

Reviewed Jan 4, 2025Owner very helpful. Initially the door access code provided doesn't work. When I contacted the owner, they responded immediately and provided a new access code. Check in was easy. What I like the most, the location is excellent. Sunway Velocity is just below the unit and 5mins walking distance from the sheltered walkway to MRT station (Cochrane).

Reviewed Jan 4, 2025The property is clean, having a clear view of KL major skyscrappers. We booked this property for a few days before new year’s eve. Managed to go up the sky deck for a spectacular fireworks display. Would love to stay here again in the future as we arrived one day late due to flight resceduled. For those who enjoy shopping & dining, this property is just few steps away from the Sunway Velocity Mall. Owner is also responsive.
