Non responsive property owner. Been requesting for invoice but until now its not given to me. The phone number in booking.com is not available and not rreachable. Very slow response from the staff.

We were exhausted from our late night flight so don’t have energy to work things out so had to use the tap below the shower to wash the body… It was inconvenient. The receptionist couldn’t work out our reservation when we get there. I showed him my reservation number but he couldn’t work it out. Just called someone and speaking in their language. The owner of the property came to the hotel but she also couldn’t find my booking. She was trying to find my name but couldn’t so I gave her my reservation number but she trying to find my name from the previous messages. So analogous… I don’t get it why they can’t find customers booking in their system. We waited for an hour to get in a room… Also, the hotel wasn’t that close to the terminal 3. Took us about 20 mins walk in bad road conditions.. hard to push the suitcases…

There is several stuff but only one person has an idea about what is going on. I lost like 20 minutes and went to another antrance, because of the misorganisation. Finally, the lady who manages it all, was taking over.

Convinient location and clean well kept unit with free amenities, like soap and shampoo, clean towel, and needs bedsheets, security of the condo is respectful, there are plenty restaurants everywhere as well. Located in the heart of New Port near upscale Malls.
Response time and reply of the host/caretaker. Everything else is great.

the door of Room 5H might a little loose for lucking the door, turning of keys not easy getting luck the door. Maybe need to check again by the owner and replace by the new one. Iron with ironing table or board must need to add for customer satisfaction during the stay.

There could be a hook in tile wall for a towel when you step out of the shower. There could be slippers provided. Didn’t see a remote control for air conditioner. If a regular bedsheet was there (not just a thick blanket) then air con wouldn’t be turned as low so the landlord would save power costs. Many properties do the same thing with bedding though.

The chairs on the dining table , very unsafe and dangerous. Every time I sat on the chairs I felt moving from side to side , very wobbly and unstable …. Anytime can break down and may cause injury. To me very unsafe and needs changing.

Reviewed Sep 20, 2023Immediately after booking, guests went to the property but the guard informed us to call the caretaker. But, The number on the confirmation page cannot be reached. So guests left since it was late in the evening and they have a flight at 5am with a baby and toddler and booked the hotel beside. We asked for consideration to refund or used it next time since we did not use the booking, but they would not reply anymore and even charged our credit card 2377 instead of 2338. Not recommended for booking and checking in immediately after arrival.

"I had a mixed experience with a 2/5 rating. While the condo was comfortable, security was inflexible, making it hard to book a massage. Check-in was complicated and unwelcoming, and the concierge was unreasonably strict, refusing to store our luggage briefly for some quick lunch outside. Overall, the lack of accommodation and flexibility in these areas marred the stay. Consider other options if you prioritize convenience and hospitality."
