Neat and clean apartment with spacious rooms and excellent location if you have a car. Overall a good value for money.

Mattress not comfortable at all and washrooms need good drainage system.

Otel olarak değil daire olarak düşünebilirsiniz. Mescide 15-20 sar arasında taksi ücreti yazıyor. yakında market ve cami var. belediye otobüsü ile ulaşım sağlayabilirsiniz. ayrıca camaşır makinesi mevcut. mikrodalga fırın var.

The appartment was quite spacious and near to cofee shop as well small grossery shop.The basic kitchen utensils and provided. Overall good value for money

There were some cracks in the walls and mattreses were not so comfortable. The cleaning services were provided after number of reminders and days while they charged for daily cleaning services.

We stayed here with small children, and unfortunately there was significant disturbance due to ongoing construction work in the building. On the first morning, there was heavy drilling downstairs. The noise was extremely loud and, more importantly, the entire floor was vibrating, which was very frightening for the children. The hallway was also full of construction materials, which was not mentioned or advertised at the time of booking. After I complained, the hotel staff were responsive and the early morning drilling stopped, which I appreciated. However, the construction work still continued throughout the day and into the late evening. Later, they also started painting downstairs, and the strong smell of paint was coming up into the apartment, which was very uncomfortable, especially with kids. While the staff tried to help, the fact that there was major ongoing construction should have been clearly disclosed before booking. Overall, this stay was not suitable for families or anyone looking for a quiet and comfortable environment.

We stayed at the hotel for a week and it was a very comfortable stay. The children had a great time in the spacious living room, and I was impressed by their attention to daily cleanliness. The location is excellent and close to all services and restaurants. It's truly an ideal choice for families.

L' appartement est moderne. Propre. Blanc. Les lits sont confortables, draps fournit. Lieu très calme, est agréable. Le propriétaire est serviable, répond rapidement à nos demandes et fait son possible pour nous apporter ce dont nous avons besoin.

Bien qu il y avait un micro-onde, il manque une gazinière pour cuisiner. Il n 'y a pas de machine à laver et pas d étendoir lorsque l on lave le linge à la main. On allait le laver dans un lavomatic. J ai souhaité en parler au propriétaire et j ai oublié de lui en parler à la fin du séjour...

Property confirmed me room on ground floor as I explicitly mentioned that I have parents on wheel chair but I was given room on first floor where they have to take 3-4 stairs step to take elevator. It should be wheelchair friendly premises. At time of stay construction work was going on ground floor and no cleaning was there. Furniture needs to be improved specially beds. Prayer mats were not available

It was clean and spacious And the customer service was available 24 hours And the bedroom was comfortable

سخانات اثنين من أصل ثلاثة حمامات عطلانة و مكيف الغرفة يصدر صوت مزعج جداً ‏أقمت يومين في الشقة ولم يتم إصلاح إلا المكيف اليوم الثاني ‏اما السخانات لم يتم إصلاحها

الهدوء ويبعد عن مواقف الحرم من 12 إلى 20 دقيقة حسب وقت خروجك

تم حجز شقة 3 غرف مع 3 دورات مياه ومطبخ وصالة قبل موعد الوصول بأكثر من اسبوعين وأرسلت رسالة واتس لهم بتأكيد الحجز وتم تأكيد الحجز لي ثم أتفاجأ بإلغاء الحجز قبل موعد الوصول بأقل من 24 ساعه بحجة الصيانة الطارئة وعند الوصول تبين أن الشقة مؤجره لأحد العملاء وعند السؤال قال لي أن موقع بوكينج يستقبل الحجوزات ( معلق ) وتم إعطائي شقة من غرفتين ودورة مياه واحده مؤقتاً بحي يبعد عن المكان قرابة 20 دقيقة لحين التوصل لحل واليوم الثاني تم إعطائي غرفتين مع دورة مياه واحده وغرفة منفصلة بدورة مياه وأنه لايوجد حل آخر لديهم الاختلاف في الحجز : عدم توفر الشقة التي تم حجزها أو تعويضنا بشقة مماثله عدم توفر المطبخ عدم توفر منطقة لتناول الطعام عدم توفر دورة مياه إضافية عدم توفر غسالة لايوجد خدمات قريبة مشياً

Near place ,good and cozy for families, parking available.

They cancelled my stay after arrival and tried to convince me to go another place which was far about 18 minutes from the booked place , also away from Haram. After staying for about 3 hours with my family and kids in my car in the street . Finally they solved the issue and gave a very nearby place to the booked apartment (next building)

Nothing didn't got the code to open the door. Couldn't stay at the property no one was there.

No one was there very disappointing we couldn't stay at the apartment

Property have nothing inside the property not cleaning brush or Hover even they don’t have towels and Hairdryers I was really disappointed.

- During my stay, I encountered a significant number of insects. - The furniture was old, and the wooden doors seemed to have become a breeding ground for insects. - There were visible bedbugs on beds and on the sofas, which were very dirty. - Insects were present in both the kitchen and bathroom as well as living room. - Towels provided are dirty and of very bad quality which on request have been changed.

C’était trop Top! Le personnel était super gentil et disponible. Je payais entre 11 et 16 riyals pour aller au masjidu Nabawi. Cela dépendait des heures. Je recommande!

Le Wi-Fi rapide m'a permis de travailler efficacement pendant mon séjour en ville. Je n'ai eu aucun problème de connexion, l'endroit est calme et propre, et la réception est excellente.

Cleanliness. Strong AC. Large areas, perfect lighting, comfortable beds and sofas. Good house appliances (fridge, washing machine, microwave, ..etc). Very helpful caretaker (Siraj). It takes about 10-15 min to reach Masjid Elnabawi using Uber.

The AC is a bit noisy and strong air is directly blowing to the beds. Difficult access on arrival, as no once to receive us. Customer Service gave us a code for the door, but could not identify the appartment easily. So they sent the caretaker to open for us. It was about 6 am in the morning and that took 15 min to get access.

الموقع كان في إصلاحات اسفل الفندق والمواقف بعيدة ومعانا كبار في السن ، النظافة معدومة جداً . الأسرة كلها شعر ، انعدام التواصل مافي أي رقم تواصل نقدر نكلمهم عليه ، في واتس دردشة كتابية فقط . الفندق بشكل عام غير مقبول نهائي.

إقامتي مع العائلة كانت مره جميلة، حجزنا شقة فيها غرفتين وصالة وكل شي كان جاهز ونظيف. حبيت ترتيب الأثاث والإضاءة الهادية، والأولاد انبسطوا مره. بعد يوم طويل في الحرم نرجع ونلاقي الجو مريح وهادي. فعلاً الفندق يستاهل التقييم العالي.

It was good price but far from haram.

There was construction in the building on ground floor that was continuously giving noise even night time as well. It’s was very disturbing even night time didn’t get proper sleep.

Towels were not provided, and toiletries were not adequate.

Peaceful Location , near the main al Salam road with spacious rooms and Nice staff.

Electric Iron was not functioning properly and not provided with slippers / towels.

اللي يميز الفندق مو بس الموقع، حتى تعامل الموظفين فرق كبير. الغرفة مجهزة بالكامل وفيها تكييف بارد ومناسب لجو المدينة. عجبني اهتمامهم بالتفاصيل الصغيرة مثل ترتيب الأسرّة بشكل أنيق وتوفير مياه يومياً. فعلاً تجربة ناجحة.

The stay was good in terms of cleanliness, it was very good, and the receptionists were cooperative with us. It is close to the Haram. If they provide breakfast and lunch service, it would be very good.

Honestly its a very nice apartment with only 1 issue. Its got roaches. I informed the property and they're working to fix it. Other than that, the management or communication is fantasitc. The place has decent furniture. Internet is top notch. I was able to login and work from home. No issues.

Roaches in the kitchen and bedrooms. But not a heavy infestation. Only saw about 5 or 6 over 3 days. Not bad if youre staying for 2 days. But it would be a problem if youre coming in for a month.

I do not recommend this place as it lacks basic amenities. When we arrived, there were no towels in the bathroom, no toilet paper, and no soap, shampoo, or lotion provided. We had to request these items multiple times, and they were only given to us two days later. Additionally, there was a strong, unpleasant smell in the bathroom, similar to a leaking gutter. Overall, this is not a good place to stay.

Air conditioning and WiFi

Stay away if you don’t want to have bad bugs bites. No concept of hygiene bed sheets and quilts were very dirty and bed had bed bugs. My son and I got red spots on body because of that. When we checked in we got no towels and only small soap in bathroom. Looks like bedsheets were being used without washing. Location is also very far from Holy Mosque. No facilities in kitchen and support was not responsive at all.

The apartment is full of mosquitoes 🦟 inspite there is electric blue light mosquitoes killer but it didn't work, the bed was stains, the bed sheets was not provided on daily basis the area is out of sight new development, the taxi driver going around and round to find the way to haram, and the other problem was the slef opening the door locked from the first day we got an issue they didn't solve the door locked issue through out our stay inspite complain many times
