This was my first time staying in BGC, and it was a great experience overall. The location was very convenient, especially since it was close to my office, making my daily sprints easy and hassle-free. The area is also accessible to restaurants, shops, and other establishments, which made it convenient for both work and after-office activities. The place itself was comfortable and had everything I needed for my stay. What really stood out was the premium booking and admin service. The entire process was smooth, professional, and well-organized, from booking to check-in and throughout my stay. The team was responsive and attentive, which made the experience even more enjoyable. As a bachelor staying in BGC for the first time, I found the location practical, convenient, and easy to get around. I would definitely consider staying here again on my next visit.

Easy communication with owner, property and us. Location and cleanliness. The staff’s professionalism especially the lady in the front desk named Rosie.

The check in process was lengthy due to poor connection. But Rosie at the front desk was helpful and patient. Owners service provided help which is great. So nothing really be unhappy with.

No blackout curtains , mattress average quality.

Cleanliness, Proximity to Establishment , Staff are readily available and accommodating.

Just minor thing like missing a bathroom floor towel.

An excellent and very cozy apartment, clean and comfortable, with perfectly functioning hot water. It has all the amenities for living: a fully equipped kitchen for cooking, a comfortable bed, a powerful air conditioner and fan, all bathroom essentials, and a washing machine. The host is always quick to respond and assist with any questions. We were very satisfied with our stay.

Fortunately, there was nothing like that.

From the moment we arrived, the experience was outstanding. The staff greeted us warmly and even offered complimentary drinks upon check-in. Our room was spotless and spacious and had a stunning city view. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the amenities, like the fluffy robes and premium toiletries, added a touch of luxury.
