Toda a gente adorou. Nunca ouvimos um ‘não’ do staff. E sempre com um sorriso na cara. Tudo era possível. Um excelente serviço de concierge. Desde suttles a organização de jantares. Aconselho muito o jantar na vila . A comida era óptima e muito em conta. Toda a equipa responsável pelas refeições da vila eram espetaculares. Foi uma estadia memorável! The team made a real effort to make our stay special, particularly for my mum’s 60th birthday. The decorations (which we paid for) were beautifully done and the cake was arranged seamlessly. The spa facilities were a highlight – the massages were excellent and the hammam was lovely. Staff were polite and responsive throughout, and small requests (like providing a high chair) were handled quickly. Early check-in was also appreciated.

The main issue was housekeeping. The listing suggested daily cleaning, but this was not the case in practice. The same staff member appeared to be responsible for both cooking and cleaning, which made it difficult for cleaning to be done consistently. There was also no microwave, which made reheating food difficult as the oven was not practical for this. Flies were a noticeable issue, both indoors (including the living area) and outdoors, especially during mealtimes. While this may be a regional issue, it did affect comfort. Simple measures such as table fans during meals (which help keep flies away), food covers, or fly traps/zappers placed near dining areas would make a significant difference.

Everyone at the villa was extremely accommodating and friendly. I hosted a women's retreat and all of the women felt safe and comfortable at all moments. We appreciated all of the little details to make our stay as smooth as possible- everyone went above and beyond. We interacted with Younes and Muhammad the most, every day, and we were always greeted with a smile and openness to help. This ranged from setting up movie night outside, advice with spa treatments, organising breakfast times around our activities and feeling safe and secure everynight with Muhammad the security man outside- setting up fires and greeting us when arriving in taxi's. These extra moments are what made this retreat such an unforgettable experience. The villa itself is a stunning property and cannot be faulted. But it is the family like atmosphere that makes this a 5* property and somewhere I will always recommend others book for their Marrakech stay.

Nothing to say here as if we had any small hiccups it was always happily sorted- a quick message or a check in would resolve any issues smoothly and quickly- perfect for large family celebrations or in my case, hosting a women's retreat- where smooth organisation and good communication is essential (I asked many many questions constantly and always received a helpful response).

I had an incredible stay at this stunning villa in the heart of Marrakech. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed warmly by the attentive staff, who ensured every need was met. The rooms were spectacular, beautifully designed, and offered a perfect blend of luxury and comfort. The chef prepared delicious meals that delighted our taste buds, and the jacuzzi experience was simply magnificent. Our kids absolutely loved the pool and the garden, and the spa facilities were top-notch. The sauna, hammam, and massages provided by the professional team were the cherry on top. It was truly an amazing experience for our entire group. Highly recommended!

We had an unforgettable stay at this luxurious villa, which truly felt like a palace. The traditional Moroccan architecture added so much charm, and the beautiful jacuzzi was a highlight, especially during the chilly weather. We enjoyed a fantastic dinner prepared by the in-house chef right by the pool, which was absolutely delicious. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the staff was incredibly helpful and attentive, ensuring that everything was spotless and just right. We absolutely loved our experience and can’t wait to return!

The rooms were all a good size, with en-suites in all but one room. Lovely outdoor area with great seating areas and a fire for colder months/evenings, as well as a well-sized indoor lounge. The host was responsive. Gated parking for 1 car, with further parking on the street as needed. Breakfast was tasty and plentiful and the host was flexible with timing of breakfast, as well as putting some pastries out the night before for a morning we had a very early start. Attentive security guard.

- The charges for all extras were very high. E.g. €50/hour to use the jacuzzi is steep. To book a taxi into town via the villa, we were quoted €100 by the villa (using the only service they helped organise), when a local taxi was €20. No access to sauna without paying extra. Felt like a bit opportunistic from the villa. - Communication in advance could be improved slightly with a €150 tourist tax we were asked to pay in cash on arrival as well as a €150 cash deposit we didn't know about in advance. - One set of house keys was a bit of a nuisance. Most of the time the security guard or host was in so this wasn't a a major issue, but would recommend supplying a couple more sets considering up to 12 guests stay there. - Location is quite far from the centre of town - not a major issue and we knew this in advance, but if requiring regular trips into the old town, be prepared for lots of taxis. - In our bedroom, the shower took about 10 minutes to heat up, and then could fluctuate between hot/cold on some days.

This Villa was everything we hoped for and more. Beautiful with loads of room and spaces to socialise as a group. In particular the onsite staff were amazing from our host / receptionist to our security guard and our housekeeper / chef!! Great food and such helpful staff who met our every need and ask, thank you!!

This is a luxurious self-contained villa on the outskirts of Marrakech. Beautiful appointed, with hamman on site, swimming pool and well maintained garden. We had an issue with the in-house chef on our first evening, which the owner dealt with extremely well.

Villa rules that was not stated before arrival turned the holiday and Villa stay very bitter. Manager was very rude to us and made us waste a lot of time when we could be experiencing the Villa that was not cheap to stay in. On top of the disrespect from the manager called Yousef the Villa owner Hisham stepped in and made things a lot lighter to manage. Even though the main issue was not resolved causing me to spend more money, he was a lot more respectful and easier to deal with. One thing that put me off is the amount you pay to stay in the villa and the extra costs of things when it should all be inclusive. Adding hot water to a Jacuzzi shouldn’t be €50. Happy to have experienced the Villa but would not recommend to tourists especially with a manager like that. No customer service experience what so ever. Luckily I come from a Moroccan background and found the situation got dealt with a little nicer because of this. Happy my friends was not alone during this trip. Modern furnished villa with so much style in traditional fashion, and yet cozy and very comfortable. Garden feels like you're in tropics. One of the best places i stayed in Marrakech, the villa is outstanding its like a big private palace with a beautiful garden with a big outdoor Hot Jacuzzi ***** , its 5 stars indeed i wish i could of stayed longer... The staff was wonderfull , we had a special organised secret birthday event i can say the owner really did a great job and the chef was like a *MOROCCAN GORDON RAMSAY* The food was incredibly delicious. I recommend this property to big familys and group of freinds you will absolutely not regret it .

I thought the double taxation was not right. Having paid the full value+tax for the facility with our credit card, we were made to pay additional 60 Moroccan Dirhams per person per day, cash!

I am writing this review on behalf of myself and 5 friends who also stayed here. We will gladly recommend this place to anyone planning to visit Marrakech any time soon. Things we liked. 1. The staff: Les by Younnes, they were friendly, accommodating and very helpful. Younnes was always available to help and even arranged fun things for us to do and transport. 2. The Breakfast: Fit for Kings along with the 2 ladies who made sure it was well done and always ready for us. 3. The Villa itself is very lovely, fully functional, and comfortable. It's also much bigger and nicer than the pictures project. There is so much more to say about this place, but I'll limit it for this review. But I'll say this emphatically, I WON'T THINK TWICE ABOUT BOOKING THIS PLACE., if its available I will take it.

Younes was an exceptional host. Extremely helpful and went out of his way to arrange everything. Good breakfast. The Tajine was cooked to perfection.

For such a fantastic villa, it was a bit off putting that there is no hot water in the bathrooms after sunset as it is all solar powered. So only cold showers at night !!

The property was really matching our expectation and reality is better than the pictures :-) ! this is a big property where everybody can have fun together but can also have some quiet time in large room Younes (Customer service responsible) and his team were super friendly, available and helpful to take care about our friends group. Breakfast was really good and fresh ! Younes provided good tips that we can enjoy our stay in Marrakech.

villa is not the correct word this is a mansion with Moroccan charm and a modern twist. the breakfast was excellent. I felt safe the security guard was a sweet heart. The host Hicham was welcoming. The chef for dinner and breakfast was excellent. manager Younes the manager took us shopping and gave tips on where to go and eat. you will not regret staying here ! Thank-you guys ! see you soon

lovely spacious villa; with everything you could wish for… the villa is located on a main road; with easy access to shops and supermarkets Hicham, Mohamed, Habiba, the chef and also the other guy (sorry, forgot the name) were amazing!!!

From the minute we booked Hitcham was on hand to answer any queries, after a bad experience with a cancelled booking by another Host, Hitcham’s assistance was reassuring. On arrival he messaged ensuring we had a safe journey to his property. His property is grand it’s all modern with the traditional decor and mostly done by hand. As we landed on Christmas Eve, Hitcham arranged a lovely Christmas tree all decorated and lit up for us also, very thoughtful. As a family of 11 with two elderly parents and children from 3-15 everyone was satisfied. Hitcham was always a message away for assistance and his housekeeper/ chef Fatima was lovely and on hand 9-5 everyday as were his gatekeepers 24hours so gave reassurance for security. Rooms were all equipped with en-suites, ac/heating and ample bedding etc, not to mention the grand bed etc. in the basement of the property was a full on spa,massages, hamman sauna etc (availible for an extra charge) all great though. Outside the pool and gardens where again beautiful the pool isn’t heated so was a bit cold during the month of December but still clean and well maintained. Hitcham is very trustworthy and knowledgable. He arranged us hire cars at a fair price and delivered and collected them for us, one of the best hosts I’ve dealt with. Supermarkets, cafes and fast food all availible within walking distance. A great host, a great property and a credit to Marrakech. Would defiantly come back and stay at Hitchams property. Situated and honest 15 mins from the airport and about 15mins from jmal fna square, 2hrs 45 from Ouzad falls and about 1hr 15 from Agafaya desert. Parking for two cars and you will never wait more than 30 seconds for your gate to be opened. Google translate helps a lot when speaking to housekeeper and gate keeper or if you speak Arabic or French you’re sorted. Hitcham speaks fluent English. I’ve been to marrakech a few times and would say this property is very fairly priced for what you get.
