Reviewed Aug 14, 2026The staff gave us a call an hour before check-in and provided us with the location and provided with the necessary information. Once we reached we got a hassle-free check-in with a traditional welcome. The staff even helped us with selecting a nearby restaurant for good food and even the things were ready if we had to prepare on our own. Overall the experience was very good and I recommend everyone who is visiting Tirupati could book this property without any hesitation.

That property was good in lication. Clean and sufficient for 3 persons. The minus point is AC leakage and no hot water in bath room.

The location is a bit far from the Tirupati temples. Developing area so no nearby food options. Hope it will be a good place once it's developed.

Bathroom floors were not cleaned Bathroom mugs, buckets are greasy We stayed for around 5 hours. We didnt have breakfast, for coffee there was milk but only 2 packets of bru for 4 people.

During cleaning tym please checked dish washer and refilled. Maybe it’s language problem . Overall Property was gud,cleaned and well maintained. Staff was soo polite and humble. Reception staff has always resolved our issues on priority basis

The apartment itself was good, but the reservation and coordination process needs improvement. The call center team confirmed that we could check in at 7 AM, but on arrival we were informed the room was not ready. After several discussions, we were offered a room at another property about 7–8 km away. Since we stayed there only for a few hours and checked out the same evening, we could not utilize the bed for an overnight stay or the complimentary breakfast. Despite this inconvenience, we had to go through multiple calls and discussions with different people before a reasonable discount was offered. The situation could have been handled more smoothly and professionally. Initially the staff were polite, but as the discussion continued the tone became less courteous. Better coordination and customer handling would greatly improve the overall experience.

The house was well-maintained, clean, and offered a comfortable environment that felt just like home. It was a peaceful place to unwind after visiting the temple. The house was spacious and perfect for a family stay. Clean and well-kept interiors. The service was prompt and the hosts were courteous and helpful.
Everything met our expectations, few local tips would have made the experience even more seamless. Overall, it was a good family-friendly stay, and we would definitely consider coming back on our next visit to Tirupati.

Location wasn't that great and the approach roads were not tarred. There was a lot of standing water on either side of the property. Things will get messy for sure in the rainy season. Water outflow in one of the restrooms was really slow. It was so slow, we had to resort to filling hot water from the other rest room and get it to the one where water outflow was poor. In the future, I will book one of your other properties closer to PSR hotel and Maya Bazaar and try to avoid this accomodation.

Reviewed Sep 13, 2024Flat is huge in size. Very big hall. Rooms are adequate in size. Has 3 bathrooms and toilets. Hall sofa is convertible to single cot bed.
Property is 200 meters from the main road and its mud road. So u will be in trouble during rainy season. Old mattress are used in bedroom and its too hard. Felt like sleeping on the floor.
