Wij hadden een kamer met privé plunchpool. Super!! Grote kamer, heerlijk bed, grote badkamer, heerlijke stortdouche. Uitgebreid ontbijt!! Vriendelijk personeel. Alles perfect voor ons!

Wat ik als verbeterpunt zou kunnen aangeven: meer ligbedjes zeezicht gericht/aan zee. Stonden teveel stoelen en tafels met uitzicht zee.

Location and kind of very nice private beach, two very different pools with nice views, helpfull ans caring stuff that sort things very fast and are very nice with good advice. Very nice rooms with balconies

The wc/shower location in the room and glass walls may not be convenient for families. It is not separated. Breakfast could be bit more rich with fruits etc and a bit more places in the ac room.

Hotel muy completo en todos los sentidos. Ubicación ideal, lejos de las zonas con mucho ambiente, pero lo suficientemente cerca para ir caminando sin problemas, incluso hasta el Night Market. Piscinas muy bonitas y agradables, situación frente a la playa, posibilidad de usar sus toallas, incluso en las excursiones que puedes contratar desde el propio hotel. Nosotros hicimos 3 excursiones y alquilamos un coche dos días, todo con un precio muy competitivo y sin problemas. Desayuno buffet, aunque mejorable, muy completo y variado. Personal muy atento. Posibilidad de dejar el equipaje y ducharse en caso de que tengas que hacer el check-out antes de irte de Krabi.

Hotel ideal para familias con niños, por todos los servicios que tiene. Si buscas cierta tranquilidad o un ambiente relajado y sin ruidos, podría ser un impedimento.

Great easy location, nice breakfast, very family friendly. All staff were pleasant and happy to assist. The children loved the scuba jets in the main swimming pool. And the swim up rooms.

The staff were friendly, room was clean and spacious, air condition was super cold like how we like it and the location was great.

Pillows and bed were a bit too soft for us but that's a personal preference. Breakfast spread could have more variety but otherwise was good.

השירות במלון היה בינוני נקיון חדר לפעמים הגיע רק מאוחר אחר הצהריים, גם כשביקשנו קודם. יחס מאוד גנרי.

מלון מעולה . צוות נהדר . היו התלבטיות בגלל שהרבה כתבו שיש ריח של ביוב בחלק מהחדרים , אבל אנחנו לא הרגשנו כלום והיינו בכל המלון . מיקום מצויין על האוננג ממש ליד כל הבלאגן אבל במרחק שלא שומעים כלום . אוירה מקסימה .חדר אוכל עם ארוחת בוקר טובה ומספקת .

השירותים ללא נעילה .האמבטיה ללא נעילה . הדלת בשירותים גם לט נסגרה עד הסוף ככה שהיה חוסר פרטיות . למי שמתלבט כדאי לסגור חדר עם גישה לבריכה ולא בריכה פרטית .

استمتعنا كثيرًا بإقامتنا في Centara Ao Nang Beach Resort & Spa Krabi، وكان اختيارًا موفقًا بكل معنى الكلمة. الموقع رائع وقريب من كل شيء، من الشاطئ والخدمات والمطاعم، وهذا الشيء سهّل علينا التنقل والاستمتاع بالمنطقة بدون تعب.والغرف واسعة ومريحة.. الشاطئ قريب جدًا، والمكان جميل ومريح ومناسب للعائلات. والأجمل من ذلك كان طاقم الفندق، كانوا رائعين جدًا وودودين، وسريعين في تلبية أي طلب أو مساعدة نحتاجها، وهذا الشيء فعلًا فرّق معنا وجعل إقامتنا أكثر راحة ومتعة. كانت إقامة جميلة واستمتعنا بكل لحظة فيها، وبكل تأكيد أتمنى أن أكرر التجربة مرة أخرى 🤍✨

We stayed at the room with the terrae pool. overall the room was nice but there was a constant smell of mold in the room.

The place has very good facilities - rooms are big and clean. Pools are big and great. Location is excellent and beach access and beach related facilities are also very good

1. The price dropped in the 3 weeks before our arrival in a significant percentage . I approached to update the price we booked for the room which was much higher and got declined. I would expect a place with great service to always be competitive and offer the best price for its guests. If I booked the place a year ahead I should not get “punished” for it. 2. Cleaning of the rooms was in a bit late hours.

Hotel buildings themselves were terribly unleveled - there’s a hidden step every 10 steps - watch your steps and be careful of falling. We fell few times in 2 nights. Even inside the room. A smart solution should be found

היה מושלם פרט לעובדה שחסרה חנות נוחות במלון, אבל הכל כל כך קרוב שזה לא מהותי

Het resort is een fijne plek om met kinderen naar toe te reizen. Personeel was liefdevol tegen ons baby’tje en er was een leuke kidsclub. Er was wel een babybad. De gezellige straat van Ao Nang was op loopafstand. Binnen 5 minuten sta je in de drukte, kan je de zonsondergang zien en heb je veel winkeltjes en restaurants die betaalbaarder zijn dan het hotel

Het babybadje lag volledig in de zon. Er was in geen enkel deel van het zwembad schaduw te vinden. Hierdoor was het, om met een baby, onmogelijk om te zwemmen. Ook vond ik het resort te duur om op locatie te eten/drinken.

המלון בשיפוץ כולל הסביבה , זה לא היה נעים הרגשתי שמסביבי אתר בניה. לא הקנה ביטחון לי ולילדים שמסיס שי הרבה עובדים , לא יכולנו בערב לחזור ברגל . היה ההרבה אבק ולכלוך גם כתוצאה מכך. חבל שלא היה מצויין באתר בזמן ההזמנה שהמלון והסביבה בשיפוצים . לא הייתי בוחרת במלון . כמו כן שביקשנו מים נוספים ומגבות ל- 3 אנשים ולא לא 2 כי היינו 3 , עשינו לא פרצופים וגם לא הביאו מ מספיק מים. בנוסף ביום האחרון השאירו תפוח אכול על אחת המזוודות. בהחלט לא שווה את המחיר לא אמליץ ובטח לא אחזור אליו

The location by the beach was excellent. The swimming pool with slides was perfect for my family. The restaurant at the pool had live music and fire show, which was an amazing experience. The restaurant staff are very nice.

The reception staff were very slow. Rooms were not ready past check-in time. The kids club is not active (very small with no activities). The hotel doesn't offer many activities. The hotel app is not well developed. The gym is extremely small. the gym facility is not clean and hotel tenants are not keeping it clean after using either. The hotel was crowded and over occupied. The breakfast buffet is really bad (but the restaurant ala carte is good).

Rooms were very noisy even with earplugs. Somelevel of noise is expected of course but can't sleep normally like this. Restaurant food at the beach restaurant was of low quality and just crap which was a disappointment. No issue paying resort proces for food but the food was crap.. Staff seemed disorganised, with mostly 'trainee's'and just understaffed. Cleaning of rooms haooened late in the afternoon sometimes or early, likely due to understaffingm

The staff in the bar and restaurant area were very innattentive and avoiding customers for the most part. The breakfast was average. The rooms could do with a good clean. Very dated and old dirt everywhere. There were so many kids running up and down the corridors day and night, yelling and screaming and the parents yelling after them many times after midnight. Several guests standing in the corridoors asking for some quiet and guest respect

The foul smells emitting from the big drains, even though water was flowing as it rained.

There are good slides for the kids. 2 separate pools for everyone to enjoy. Proximity to the beach is added advantage. Very well done beach area for people to sit and relax. Both the swimming pools are big enough for everyone to enjoy and not get disturbed by unruly guests.

The staff and the services are horrible. No one smiles, no basic courtesy, they use lack of understanding English to fleece you. The staff will never tell you the deals at the hotel and restaurants. When you ask them about the deal they'll act confused but will give you the deal. However, when you get the bill, it'll all be added back and they'll argue and find reasons to not extend the deal. There is not drinking water in the resort unless you pay for it. Even if you are eating at the restaurant, they'll not give you water to drink unless you buy a bottle. Same in the room -only 3 bottles of water provided (500ml each) and if you want more, you've to pay for it.

This is a good location Beach hotel, clean and easy to access to beach. Hotel café beside the swimming pool, gym, children's playground all under one roof. Front desk Ms Bua is a lovely girl, very helpful so as is the bell boy Ann. The hotel manager is a friendly lady, with good hospitality.

Please allow kids below 12 years eat free breakfast. Thank you

Clean and well run staff were exceptional and Naru went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable she is a credit to Centara. Well done Naru youll go far. The beach is literally 30 seconds was from reception. Rooms are well maintained and comfortable.

Shops and restaurants/bars were a bit of a trek.

The tour lady had a terrible attitude. The staff made the decision of changing our room after I went to the reception for the second time extremely angry because they decided to give us a room that had a door with other room (which was never previously notified, to ask if it was okay with us) and kids were screaming, crying and trying to open that door, we just wanted to rest after such a long day an they told us that was the only room available to await for the next day but honestly it was impossible to sleep, so they had to sort it out and clean a room to change us there for the night, I have videos of this

Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Meerblick in der obersten Etage. Sehr schön. Freundliches Personal. Sehr gute Laage, direkt am, meiner Meinung nach, dem besten Strandabschnitt zum Baden in Ao Nang. Frühstück ist sehr gut. Viele indische Familien mit Kindern.

Wir hatten einen Mojito am ersten Abend im Hotel. Bei einem Preis von 300,- Thb, war ich doch sehr überrascht, daß er in einem Plastikglas serviert wurde. Deshalb ist es dann auch nur bei diesem einen geblieben.

Food from the restaurant was inconsistent but still nice. Breakfast was not so great but the egg station was good.

The location was great! So it made it easy to go around places. It had an amazing pool side and I enjoyed the breakfast. Good restaurant nearby. It’s a lovely area with lots of resorts nearby and having the beach was a highlight.

Extremely thin walls. We could hear the people above us , next to us and those in the corridor. The bed was not very comfortable. For the price I did expect a bit more. But overall it was a good stay.
