Stunning apartment - beautifully appointed, with stunning views from the balcony. The kitchen has everything you could need, the lounge is spacious with amazing views and the bedrooms had plenty of storage space.

Parking a family hire car in the (tight) garage is not much fun! A small ‘pot’ of shower products was not enough for a 4-night stay.

Everything was excellent—the room was comfortable, the facilities were outstanding, and the cleanliness and attention to detail made our stay very relaxing and enjoyable.

Bardzo wysoki standard wykończenia nie tylko apartamentu ale i całego obiektu. Świetnie wyposażona kuchnia, wygodne łóżka i piękne widoki z tarasu. Wygodny garaż podziemny nawet dla dużych samochodów. Również prywatny ski-room z własną pralką i suszarką jest tiptop!

We loved this apartment, we stayed 2 adults and 3 grown up children good space for all. V clean and well designed. Beds comfy. Great location. Good communication with staff. V high tech, good tv to watch movies on. Only 5 mins from train station and cafes. Great having washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher- all worked. Easy to get in with codes, no keys to lose! Overall we would definitely stay again.

I won’t mention the ordinary things, I will mention the things that I haven’t seen in other hotels: 1 - Air conditioning units everywhere 2 - TVs in every room with a soundbar 3 - Each apartment is on its own floor, so there are no neighbors right next to you 4 - A professional coffee machine for free 5 - Everything you need in the kitchen is available, so you don’t need to bring anything with you 6 - A large balcony 7 - Free washer and dryer 8 - A small step stool for kids at the sink and a toilet seat for children 9 - 360-degree parking, simply amazing 10 - 4 minutes walking and you reach the lake Thank you, Miss Mara

Location was great, balcony, sun blinds & coffee machine were plus points. The views were good and the quality of the apartment and its amenities were exceptional. Sonos was a bonus. The beds were very comfy and overall the apartment had a luxurious feel to it. My family rated it 10/10

لقد زرت في زيلامسي 4 مرات ، لم اسكن في شقة مثل هذا الشقه . متكاملة بجميع المواصفات والمقاييس قليل 5 نجوم . جديدة نظافة 10/10 متكاملة بجميع المتطلبات 10/10 الاطلالة 10/10 جميع غرف الشقه بها اطلالة تبهر حتى دورة المياة لها اطلالة جميع اطلالاتها بنورامية مطبخ متكامل 10/10 الشقة مؤمنه بكميرات من جميع الجهات. موقف للسيارة خاص بدخول ذكي يوجد بها شطاف مياه ☺️ قريبة من سنتر زيلامسي مشي على الاقدام 5 دقائق بشكل مختصر من لم يسكن في هذه الشقه لا يقل انها زار زيلامسي واستمتع بالسكن عبارة عن 4 ادوار كل دور مستقل بدخول ذكي . يوجد في الطابق الارضي منطقة غسالات الملابس لكل شقة غرفة خاصة بنطقة الغسيل .

The location couldn't have been more perfect. The apartment itself was finished to an incredibly high standard, with top of the line fixtures and fittings. It was incredibly well cleaned. We would happily book here again.

We received clear instructions and were personally greeted by the apartment supervisor. Everything was perfect! The quiet location, spectacular views, comfortable beds, elegant apartment design with high-quality materials, top-notch equipment, well-thought-out lighting solutions, and the additional service spaces (ski room, washing/drying room, parking) made our stay exceptional.

Great location with an amazing layout and finishes. Laundry facilities were very helpful. Gorgeous views! It was perfect! The owners were beyond helpful. It's probably the best place we have stayed at in all our travels.

If a bond villain had a mountain apartment, this is what it would look like. Super futuristic with every gadget you can think of. It was worth it for the rotating platform in the underground garage that I used gratuitously for the entire stay. The furniture, equipment and decor is of the highest quality. The wrap around balcony is amazing and the location is fantastic. Cannot fault at all - not to mention that Zell am See is also beautiful. Can highly recommend.

Stunning! Everything about this apartment exceeded our expectations. The details were spot-on—from the well-equipped kitchen and modern appliances to the fully stocked bathroom (there is a rinser) and high-quality bed linens. The balcony offers a magical view over Zell am See lake, which was simply breathtaking. We were also greeted with a thoughtful gift upon arrival, and Patrick was incredibly supportive and cooperative throughout our stay. Staying in this apartment truly made our trip unforgettable. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Wonderful apartment! Great location with a stunning view across the lake (Top 4) and just a short walk from the railway station. The beds and pillows were extremely comfortable and everything was finished to a very high quality. Air conditioning was very welcome as the temperature reached 31 degrees while we were there.

Usually I do not write reviews, but The beauty of this place forced me, and I will write my review in English to let the review translated to many languages. This place is a piece from Heaven. The owners are angles even you did not need to see them, specially Mr.Patrick. If you want to take a break from the whole world, this is the right place for you. You will enjoy it to the maximum. If there is a rate more than 10, this place definitely will take it without any doubt.

The view was breathtaking, the location was close to the lake and other restaurants and grocery stores. The apartment has very modern style with everything almost automatic and maximizes the use of natural light. Attention to details in every aspect and have AC if needed.
