Muy limpio, muy cómodo, todo nuevo, piso completamente reformado, las camas muy cómodas también y muy bien ubicado

Por poner una pega es que no tiene ascensor, una segunda planta…y el edificio bastante antiguo y sin reformar, bastante descuidado

A really lovely apartment. Excellent amenities including air conditioning and a washing machine. Super clean and comfortable in a great location handy to the city and public transport. Would definitely be my first choice for a future Vienna visit.

Just need to be aware of the second floor location with stair access. Thi ps might not work for everyone.

Spacious, had everything we needed. Very clean. Clear instructions for arrival. Air-con was very welcome as it was quite hot.

The only minor complaint was that the internet was generally quite weak. Generally this wouldn't be a problem, but it was during the world cup and we had problems watching the games.

Die Unterkunft ist wie beschrieben, es ist alles vorhanden, was man für einen Städtetrip braucht. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Kommunikation war hervorragend und unkompliziert. Gerne wieder

Чудове розташування (до собору святого Стефана 30 хв пішки), тихий район. Квартира насправді красивіша, ніж на фото - простора і зручні ліжка. Приємною несподіванкою були привітальні солодощі до кави. Приємні господарі, ми не розібралися як відрегулювати холодильник - прийшов пан і усунув проблему за хвилину.

Все чудово!

The apartment is as good as it gets as shown in the photos. We love the comfortable space and cleanliness. Everything is provided in careful detail eg. detergent for laundry, coffee capsules and coffee machine.

Service efficace et réactif. Logement très confortable et bien équipé. On a pu laisser nos bagages dans le bureau du concierge.

Tolle Lage, alles vorhanden, was man für einen Aufenthalt benötigt! Vor allem waren die Betten richtig gut und praktisch: Billa ist direkt gegenüber. Die U-Bahn in wenigen Geh-Minuten erreichbar.

Very good location, the apartment is amazing and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Short walk to the historic centre and plenty of places of interest and gastronomy options nearby.

Appartement sympa, pas mal d’équipements mais relativement basiques

Loin du centre , transport peu pratiques Immeuble en travaux Hôtes peu à l’écoute notamment sur les bagages réponses très longues et finalement qui n’aboutit à rien, en gros si vous n’avez rien à leurs demander c’est bon mais il ne faut pas avoir un problème quoi .

The apartment was to warm. We couldn’t figure out how to turned the heater off, we could make it a bit chillier but it was still way to warm for us

We arrived an hour after check in and the apt was still being cleaned we had to wait in the hall an additional 25 minutes. Zero wifi basically, it barely worked which was a real issue for my daughters college zoom call. We used all our phone data as we couldn't stay connected n search even basic things. It's up 2 big stairwells, no elevator.

ドナウ運河近くで、電車やバスも近く、中心街には歩いてもさんぽがてらちょうどよかったです。静かな環境で、お部屋も広く、気持ちよく過ごすことができました。ホストの方が親切で、カギの開け方も丁寧に教えてくださいましたし、最後の碑」、ごみを出しに行ったら、ちゃんと見守って、てつだってくださいました。

This is a very nice apartment: spacious, clean, comfortable, quiet, with a well equipped kitchen. It is a five minute walk to the metro which takes you all over the city. There is a supermarket on the same street and an Aldi around the corner. We enjoyed our time here.

Al llegar e ingresar a los espacios comunes, es algo decepcionante. Pero…al ingresar al departamento, es todo PERFECTO!!! El buen gusto, la comodidad, todo impecable!!! Muy luminoso, con aire acondicionado en todos los ambientes, sillones y camas comodisimas. Excelente ubicación también.

Шикарная, современная, с новым ремонтом квартира. Центр, очень близко к историческому центру. Вселение и выселение прошел соответственно инструкцмям . Легко. Есть маленький дворик. Очень тихая. Все работало. Рекомендую.

Не могу сказать что мне это не понравилось, так как я знал об этом заранее, но все же для таких как я хочу добавить , что парковка на улице очень проблематична . Ее нет . Только на специализированных парковках, что обходится достаточно дорого . Хотя соседи мне разрешили поставить машину в маленький дворик. Машина была маленькой. Так что мне повезло.

The apartment is very nice, clean, modern and well equipped. The kitchen has everything you may need for cooking and dinning, the beds are nice and comfy. Everything is modern and well-maintained. The location is also very convenient: just a 10-15 minute walk to the city center, but the surroundings are quiet and nice. The closest grocery store is a minute away. The check-in is straightforward, and the host gave all the information we needed beforehand. We also were able to park our bikes in the courtyard. Could not recommend this apartment more. I hope to stay here again one day)

As a traveler and remote worker, I can say this was the most beautiful and cleanest home I have stayed in over the past three years. It was beyond amazing.

About an hour before checkout, I was called into an urgent online meeting. Around 10:00 AM, the cleaning staff arrived. I explained the situation and told them the meeting would last at most one hour. In fact, it ended earlier, and just as I was about to leave the house, the staff member returned and spoke to me in an irritated manner. An extra hour doesn’t hurt anyone, and I made sure to leave the house spotless out of respect. Except this experience everything was great.

The apartment is brand new and arranged nicely with bedroom facing the inner courtyard and therefore very quiet. It is on a second floor. Very spacious too. It is well equipped and very clean. The contact with the host was excellent. The best thing though is location - we didn’t even have to use public transport once because you can get everywhere by foot. In the neighborhood you can also find great options for breakfast- that is if you don’t want to prepare it yourself - there is big grocery shop very close and local market as well.

The owner Michi was so nice, and helpful, and communicated well with us. He also responds quickly to any questions. The apartment is very clean and newly renovated. The location is great, it worked well for our purpose. The beds were very comfortable. The bedroom faces an inner courtyard and so it's quiet at night. Thank you very much Michi!

Just note that the apartment is in a walk-up, older building (as properly stated in the listing). No elevator.

The host showed us everything we needed to know and were very friendly. The best possible location and also super fresh. The apartment was super clean in every way, nice comfortable beds and a good kitchen. And also a super good location in Vienna. We couldn’t have found a better place to stay in :)
