Riad l'Esprit des Patios & Spa

Wij hebben enorm genoten van ons verblijf in de prachtige Riad. Het personeel was uitmuntend, de service, het ontbijt. Alles was top. Wij zullen Yassin, Adil en Hafida nooit meer vergeten. Wat een top personeel, wij komen hier zeker terug!

Niks viel tegen, het was een top verblijf

This riad was wonderful. Very clean and bright. The rooms are equipped with everything you need, if there isn’t something the staff will do their best to provide it to you. The location allows easy access to the big square. My greatest admirations go to Yassin, who is a wonderful host. He is very kind, professional, friendly, caring and thoughtful. It was pleasure meeting him.

La struttura è un’oasi di pace, curata nei dettagli, pulita e accogliente. Posizione all’interno della medina. Ottima colazione. Lo staff sempre gentile e pronto a soddisfare le nostre richieste rappresenta il vero valore aggiunto!

Se devo trovare un aspetto migliorabile é la piscinetta, ma per noi è stato irrilevante.

Riad en plein cœur de la médina. Tout est accessible à pied et facilement. C’est très calme et idéal pour se reposer après 1 journée à se balader dans les souks et la piscine est rafraîchissante. Le petit déjeuner est incroyable, il y a tout ce dont vous avez besoin. Le personnel est très gentil et fait en sorte que votre séjour se passe pour le mieux. Mention spéciale à Yassine qui est une personne formidable, rempli de gentillesse et qui vous montrera tous les coins à visiter à Marrakech . Il est toujours présent pour vous aider et ça rajoute un + dans votre séjour. N’hésitez pas à lui demander des conseils sur les lieux à visiter ou autres…

Muy limpio y bien ubicado, las camas eran muy cómodas y el personal muy amable, siempre atentos y con una sonrisa. Nos dejaron hacer antes la entrada y nos estaban esperando con te y pastas. Como era mi aniversario de boda nos prepararon pétalos por la habitación y una tarta. Nos hicimos un tratamiento de haman y masaje que fue espectacular. Y el día de la salida como el vuelo salía por la tarde nos permitieron dejar la habitación más tarde de lo habitual. Sin duda volvería a repetir por la amabilidad con la que tratan a los huéspedes.

Un havre de paix exceptionnel au cœur de la Médina ! Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans ce riad. L'emplacement est parfait : situé à seulement 10 minutes à pied de la célèbre place Jemaa el-Fna, tout en restant au calme. Dès notre arrivée, le personnel s'est montré très gentil, chaleureux et aux petits soins pour nous. L'établissement est très propre et la literie est très confortable, garantissant des nuits réparatrices. Notre chambre était particulièrement grande, décorée avec goût et dotée d'une climatisation efficace, ce qui est un vrai plus à Marrakech. - Petit-déjeuner : Un délicieux festin marocain traditionnel, frais et copieux chaque matin. - Terrasse : Un véritable havre de paix, idéal pour se détendre, avec une agréable petite piscine pour se rafraîchir. Bien-être : La présence du hammam au sein du riad apporte une vraie touche de relaxation en fin de journée. - Excursions : Vous pouvez réserver plein d’activités négociés par le Riad vous permettant de profiter un maximum de Marrakech. Je vous conseille absolument de prendre Ourika et/ou le pack Quad + Chameau + dîner, qui sont proposés à un prix très raisonnable et cela vous évitera de chercher la bonne agence à l’extérieur (gain de temps assuré !) Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés. Nous y reviendrons sans hésiter lors de notre prochain voyage !

L’emplacement parfais et la flexibilité des arriver en fond un plus, un petit déjeuner maison excellent et copieux.

Très joli riad au cœur de la médina, offrant un excellent confort et un vrai sentiment de sécurité. Le personnel est vraiment exceptionnel, aux petits soins pour nous de jour comme de nuit. Toujours disponible, de très bon conseil, avec une organisation parfaite des excursions et des transferts aéroport. Une vraie plus-value pour l’établissement ! Un grand merci tout particulièrement à Hufida, Khabija et Yasin pour leur accueil, leur gentillesse et la qualité de leur service. Les petits déjeuners, pris sur la terrasse, sont délicieux et variés. Le riad est également extrêmement calme : aucun bruit la nuit, alors qu’il se trouve à seulement 5 minutes à pied de la place Jemaa el-Fna. Une situation vraiment idéale pour visiter Marrakech en journée et ressortir facilement le soir pour dîner. Un véritable havre de paix où l’on est heureux de rentrer après une journée dans l’animation de la médina.

Me encantó el hotel, las habitaciones super limpias, el desayuno está increíble, te hacen sentir como en casa, las personas que trabajan en el hotel super atentas y super buenas, se preocupan mucho por ti, si te tenían que dar una botella de agua fresquita te la daban sin problema, y el trato fue increíble si algún día vuelvo sin duda voy a repetir este hotel, darle las gracias por todo, y encima el último día aunque tuvieras que dejar la habitación, te dejaban tus cosas y te permitían ducharte un 10/10

La struttura e lo staff sono stati estremamente accoglienti, gentili e disponibili a qualsiasi ora. Soprattutto Yassin, ci ha accompagnate di notte al punto di ritiro ed ha aspettato che il nostro taxi ci venisse a prendere. Grazie ancora

L’accueil était vraiment très agréable. De jour comme de nuit, le personnel était aux petits soins. Un lieu reposant et très proche de la place.

Staff, em particular o Sr. Yassine, que foi extremamente prestável com a sua simpatia e acolhimento. Pequeno almoço maravilhoso, típico marroquino, e sempre com pequenas alterações em cada dia. Estado geral do Riad muito bem conservado e limpo. Localização espetacular, perto das principais artérias da Medina.

Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno meraviglioso in questo riad a Marrakech. Ambiente autentico, pulito e curato. Lo staff è stato molto gentile e disponibile, facendoci sentire come a casa. Ottima posizione e colazione deliziosa. Lo consiglio vivamente!

Fantastic staff, beautiful Riad, very close to main square. Certainly a culture shock but felt very safe. Beautiful breakfast and amazing refreshing drink the lady made us.

Es un oasis de calma. Súper tranquilo, bien cuidado y muy limpio. El personal es súper amable y dispuestos a ayudarte en todo siempre. Se agradece muchísimo que la piscina esté en la azotea y tenga zona de tumbonas. El desayuno excepcional. No se escucha nada de ruido. Tienen servicio de transporte que se agradece muchísimo. También hay Hammam, aunque no lo probamos. Muy recomendable. Nos dieron un té y unas pastas de bienvenida que estaban deliciosas.

Por decir algo: éramos 3 y la cama supletoria era muy pequeña (aunque súper cómoda igualmente). Faltaría mejor iluminación en el baño en la zona del espejo, y un espejo más fuera del baño, en la habitación.

Nagyon segítőkész és kedves a személyzet, sehol máshol nem tapasztaltunk még hasonlót. Hafida és Yassin figyelmessége, segítőkészsége kiemelkedő volt. Nagyon finom volt a reggeli is a tetoteraszon és welcome menta tea is. Hangulatos a közös helyiség.

A szobák kisebbek mint a kep alapján hittük.

Einmal die Betten nicht gemacht wegen Missverständnis - kann passieren, aber dann war leider kein Personal mehr da ,dass das Zimmer machen konnte :-(

O alojamento estava muito limpo e o staff sempre muito simpático. O quarto era simples mas super funcional e limpo. A localização era óptima, recatado e silencioso mas a 10min a pé da praça.

O pequeno almoço era bom mas podia ter mais opções.

Locatie is old medina, dus in de avonden kan het soms wel een beetje eng zijn.

Le riad est vraiment parfait, idéalement situé et surtout mention spéciale pour Afida qui est un ange ❤️ Elle veille sur les vacanciers avec un œil de maman, toujours là pour faire plaisir et arranger les demandes. Vous pouvez lui faire entière confiance. C'est un amour de femme. Il y a aussi Yacine qui est adorable et qui a une grande connaissance du Maroc. Le riad est proche de tout et si vous avez besoin d'un taxi Afida vous trouvera quelqu'un. Nous avons dîné le premier soir un excellent tajine. Les petits déjeuners sont copieux et très bons . La terrasse offre un vrai dépaysement. C'est vraiment un sans faute où nous reviendrons. Merci à eux 🙏

Der Mitarbeiter Yassin und seine Kollegen waren sehr aufmerksam, liebevoll, zuvorkommend und haben auch Sonderwünsche erfüllt. Darüber hinaus waren die Zimmer immer sauber.

Yassine è stato fantastico, è stato sempre super disponibile e pronto ad accontentare ogni nostra richiesta. Veramente toop!! Bello anche il Riad, la colazione top!!

Tolles Riad! Schönes , sauberes Zimmer, bequemes, breites Bett. Leckeres Frühstück auf der Dachterasse oder im Erdgeschoss. Freundliche Gastgeber und Mitarbeiter. Meine Sorge, dass es im Innern eines Riads laut ist und man die anderen Gäste hört, war unbegründet. Es war sehr ruhig und entspannt.

Every excellent review of this place is absolutely true! Hotel is tricky to find at first but then you realise thats how it is in the old town. It is indeed a little oasis, 10 min walk from everywhere you need to be, so perfectly quiet, clean and comfortable. The staff is very welcoming and what makes them different from other places is that they are actually genuine! If you don't feel like eating out I strongly recommend to try their homemade food! It is really gorgeous and breakfast on the terrace is just brilliant! Shame we didn't have time to try their spa as our schedule was packed but would absolutely return their again if we visit Marrakech in the future! There's nothing you wouldn't like about this place I promise! What a gem! Thank you to all the staff for all their hard work and running this place to such high standard!

Perfect location. Easy working distance to the main square. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Arranging taxis, places to visit/eat. Hafida was excellent. Nothing was too much trouble for her. 😊

La gentillesse du personnel et particulièrement de Hafida! Elle a bien pris soin de nous. La chambre est très confortable et tranquille pour dormir. La climatisation fonctionne bien et la douche aussi.

La rue pour arriver fait un peu peur mais c’est sécuritaire et une fois arrivé on se sent bien et en sécurité.

Séjour fabuleux au Riad L’Esprit des Patiots. Milles mercis à l’ensemble du personnel pour leur hospitalité et leur bienveillance, qui nous a fait nous sentir comme chez nous durant ces 4 nuits. Nous tenions à souligner la propreté du Riad, ainsi que la délicieuse cuisine de notre hôte, aussi bien les petits-déjeuner que les repas du soir (les meilleurs tajines et couscous que nous avons mangé à Marrakech, à gouter absolument !) Enfin, retrouver le calme du riad, ainsi que sa piscine sur terrasse, est plus qu’appréciable, dans cette ville toujours en effervescence.

From the moment we arrived, we were picked up by our lovely driver arranged by the hotel. We were immediately stunned by how beautiful the riad was. All the staff were incredibly welcoming and kind, always greeting us with warm smiles. The room itself was spacious and very comfortable. The air conditioning worked perfectly and was nice and strong, which was especially appreciated in the heat. The room was cleaned and tidied every day by the lovely housekeeping ladies. The rooftop was also beautiful, with a lovely pool area to relax in. The sunbeds were extremely comfortable and it was such a nice place to unwind after exploring the city. The location of the riad was perfect. We had no trouble walking to all the main tourist attractions. Although many people say to be cautious in Marrakech, we felt very safe throughout our stay, as the riad was situated in a great area.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt. Alle Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter des Riads waren immer sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück (und vor allem der Minztee) waren super und wir haben viel Zeit auf der schönen Dachterrasse verbracht. Wir können die Unterkunft für eine Woche Marrakesch auf jeden Fall empfehlen.

Emplacement du riad, le personnel extrement gentil, serviable, souriant, à répondre à toutes nos questions ... Une grosse pensée à Yassine en particulier ... n'hésitez pas à dîner au riad, car la cuisine y est délicieuse, tout est fait maison. Les petit-déjeuner sont à délicieux ... Si, vous aimez marcher, vous pouvez tout faire à pied ... 10 mn la place jemaa el fna, 10 mn du quartier de kasbah, 45mn à pied des jardin de majorelle, 10 mn du palis bahia ... Bref super emplacement dans une petite ruelle très calme...

Ce que je peut repprocher peut-être l'insonorisation des chambres.

Die Unterkunft hat uns außergewöhnlich gut gefallen und wir können sie uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Wir waren mit zwei kleinen Kindern (3 und 1) dort, alle waren sehr kinderfreundlich. Besonders möchten wir den Angestellten Yesin loben. Er war immer hilfsbereit und hat uns auch beim Frühstück Nachschlag vom Amlou gegeben und uns mit den Kinderwägen und Gepäck geholfen. Zur Kinderfreundlichkeit: Wir haben ein kostenloses Upgrade bekommen (vielen Dank nochmal!), damit wir mit den Kindern mehr Platz haben. Das Bett war groß und sehr bequem, nicht zu hart, nicht zu weich. Das Frühstück ist uns im Urlaub immer besonders wichtig und war außergewöhnlich gut. Es gab marokkanische Spezialitäten wie Amlou und M‘Semen, geschnittenes Obst, Eier, frischer Orangensaft etc. Wir hatten zweimal Frühstück und es war auch ein kleines bisschen Abwechslung, z.B. einmal French-Toast-Küchlein, einmal Pancakes, einmal Orangen, einmal Kiwi. Der Pool ist klein und unbeheizt, zum Abkühlen aber super geeignet. Die Dachterrasse ist schön und dort kann man wunderbar frühstücken. Den Spa-Bereich konnten wir wegen der Kinder und der kurzen Zeit in Marrakesch leider nicht nutzen, sah aber ansprechend aus.

Es gab nichts auszusetzen, selbst wenn man kleinlich ist.

The riad is located away from the busy centre and although its hard to find at first you soon realise thats how the city actually is. It is very safe, just watch out for the bikes! In fact, inside the riad felt really safe too, we left rooms unlocked when going for breakfast and dinner. The riad is within walking distance from all the main attractions. Rooms are spacious and clean. Upon arrival you're treated to the traditional tea and biscuits, which adds a nice touch. There's excellent WiFi and access to Netflix on the TV in your rooms. Breakfast was served on a terrace. I loved the fact that it is not a buffet :) its freshly made each morning and whatever was served was enough. Staff is very helpful and accommodating. When we had to leave earlier, the breakfast was prepared especially for us, before the usual time. Some reviews mentioned the beds being hard but it is not the case, they are firm but nothing to worry about at all! Staff is really helpful and will definitely do their best to fix whatever the issue might be. After coming back from the desert trip we had dinner at the riad and homemade moroccon dishes are better than in the restaurants, so do give it a try :)) there are no hidden charges, city tax was mentioned prior to booking.Price list for spa services is also available so you won't be faced with anything unexpected. The city in general operates mainly with cash, so do take that into consideration. The pool was not on a list of our priorities since it is a city break so we weren't too bothered with it being small. Id imagine hotel resorts outside the city would accommodate for that. Some reviews stated the pictures do not correspond with reality but it is not true, what you see is what you'll get. Relieved I didn't book anything in the centre of the Medina, as its too busy and loud. This riad is truly an oasis! We were very happy!

Struggling with an answer to that tbh. I'd say if we were looking to spend time in the pool this wouldn't have worked for us.

I stayed at Riad L'Esprit in Marrakech and had a mixed experience overall. Pros: The riad is absolutely beautiful inside, with a charming and authentic atmosphere. The rooftop terrace is a highlight — it features a small pool and the option to have breakfast there, which is a lovely touch. The staff were generally very kind and welcoming during my stay.

Cons: The breakfast could be significantly improved. It mainly consists of simple carbohydrates, with very limited protein (usually just a fried egg), and the selection is almost the same every day, which becomes repetitive. I also tried the spa services. The foot and leg massage was average, acceptable for the price. However, the pedicure was disappointing — one of my nails was cut too short, which caused it to bleed, and there was no apology from the staff member. The rooms are not well soundproofed. One night around 4 a.m., other guests were very loud inside the riad. Unfortunately, there was no noticeable response from the staff, and the noise continued for about an hour, which negatively affected the stay. The street leading to the riad can feel somewhat uncomfortable at night, with people sleeping outside in the later hours.

El desayuno está muy bien y la ubicación es buena. El riad está bien decorado, limpio y el personal muy atento. Es una buena opción con buena relación calidad-precio.

Le riad est difficile d’accès et lorsque nous avons demandé de l’aide par téléphone, une employée a refusé de venir nous chercher. Heureusement que qu’un riad voisin nous a tendu la main pour trouver le bon riad. La terrasse n’était pas à la hauteur des photos et l’insonorisation est discutable.

La localisation, au cœur de la médina, à distance égale du jardin secret et du Bahia palace. Le personnel également était d’une gentillesse extrême, merci pour l’accueil !

La struttura è molto bella, curata e ospitale. Lo staff aiuta in tutto e sono molto disponibili. La colazione ricca e servita in terrazza, una chicca in più.

La posizione è un po’ pericolosa. Stare attenti nei pressi immediati del Riad, a noi è stato scippato un cellulare, ma questo può succedere ovunque, bisogna solo essere attenti.

Il vicoletto e la piazzetta antistante sembrano isolati. Ma sono tranquilli. Il riad è davvero a 10 minuti a piedi dalle maggiori attrazioni della Medina. Consigliatissimo.

Beautiful setup. Staff were wonderful (happy to assist, cheerful and really nice people). The included breakfast on the rooftop patio was a great way to start our day. It was amazing (plentiful, a lot of variety, fresh fruit & juice).

It’s not that easy to access but we managed to be successful and worth it.

Sehr gemütliches Bett, total entspannte Atmosphäre mit dem Rauschen vom Brunnen und zwitschern der Vögel :) total liebe Gastgeber, die uns alle Wünsche erfüllt haben. Top Lage direkt im Herzen der Medina mit tollen Restaurants nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt.

Obsługa, bardzo miła, sympatyczna i pomocna

1) Taras obiektu wygląda na żywo zupełnie inaczej, „basen” to większa wanna, w dodatku brudna, taras jest bardzo mały, wg mnie zdjęcia podkręcono 2) nieustanny hałas jakby z kanalizacji, rur, w tym miejscu nie da się spać bez zatyczek, dla mnie nie był to odpoczynek i wysypianie się, może na dwa noclegi bym przymknęła oko, ale na więcej jest to poprostu męczarnia a nie odpoczynek 3) obok leżaków na tarasie jest pomieszczenie techniczne z pralką, codziennie jest tam prana pościel i ręczniki co mocno słychać. Nawet w dzień na tarasie nie da się wypocząć

Se escucha todo el ruido de las otras habitaciones. La ducha solo tiene una cortina que no llega al suelo, cada vez que te duchas se inunda el baño, con lo que resulta bastante incómodo

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce Riad au milieu du mois de mars 2026 Nous y avons trouvé : - La proximité de la place Jemaa El Fna et des monuments à visiter, - Le calme et la quiétude après nos pérégrinations dans la médina, - Une chambre spacieuse et confortable (très bonne literie), - Un personnel chaleureux, disponible et attentif, - De petits déjeuners copieux et variés chaque matin sur la terrasse, - La possibilité de profiter de délicieux plats faits maison chaque jour, pour déjeuner ou pour dîner sur place au Riad à un prix qui rivalise avec beaucoup de restaurants. Nous avons pris l’option des transferts pour l’aéroport-Riad qui simplifie l’arrivée et le départ. Et puis n’oublions pas les soins au Riad tel que les hammam et les massages qui sont de très bonne qualité.

Riad molto carino. Camere ampie . La nostra , numero 9, una tripla ma in realtá erano due camere indipendenti . Molto bene ! Condizionatore che funziona da riscaldamento . Posizione comodissima . Vicino ad una piccola piazzetta dove arrivano i taxi . Abbiamo utilizzato il transfer organizzato dal Riad sia per l’arrivo che per la partenza. All’arrivo un ragazzo del Riad è venuto ad accoglierci in piazzetta. 5 minuti a piedi dalla Piazza principale . Colazione ottima ! Personale attento e sempre a disposizione per qualsiasi richiesta.

Struttura ottima. La colazione è veramente buonissima e abbondante. La struttura è pulita e accogliente. Lo staff gentilissimo. La camera molto carina, pulita e dotata di tutto ciò che serve. Consiglio vivamente di soggiornare qua! Organizzano parecchie gite in giornata con partenza direttamente dall’hotel!

Praticamente nulla. Solo un po’ di rumore di notte che non abbiamo capito da dove arrivasse (non erano rumori dalla strada) e al mattino se si è al piano terra e la colazione non viene servita in terrazza causa maltempo. Ma tutto sopportabile. Abbiamo preso la guida per girare la città per una durata di 6 ore (e 120€!) però, ingiustificatamente, la visita è durata 4 ore. Non è colpa della struttura, però consiglierei di scegliere meglio le persone a cui si affidano!

1st breakfast they did NOT ask how we liked eggs cooked. They came out over easy. My wife doesn’t eat raw eggs. They did NOT offer to make her a cooked egg. 2nd & 3rd day NO breakfast as we had tours and left at 7:30. No coffee or tea. No food, no take away offered “just NO breakfast “ before 8 am. Which we paid for in our rack rate.

Quiet time AM and evening.

Very pretty Riad in a great location. Lovely experience. The staff are wonderful.
