I liked that the Condo contained most necessities to make it a pleasant stay. I liked that it was not as noisy as I thought it would be, given the location - being a busy city. We felt very safe.

The stove top wasn't working and the power supply in the kitchen wasn't working as well.

The location is great, the apartment is clean, it has everything you need not just for a short stay. I will definitely recommend this place. It‘s just a 5-6mins walk to PearsonVue . Savemore is just in ground floor. Walking distance to some restaurants.

The condo itself has a mall on the same building which is convenient to go around. Also close to the airport. The host is responsive.

The lighting needs improvement. It's dim.

The kitchen was well equipped

This place is behind ridiculous, unfriendly and with the WORSE service. BE CAREFUL. Specially if you are staying with children. I arrived with my baby and my little girl at 6am and there was not even place to store the luggage, hence we had to stay 7hours!!!! in a freezing lobby waiting to check in. My children hungry, cold, sleepy, after having traveled all night. The lobby even send me to the supermarket to storage the luggage?? I don’t know what were they playing, Agnes(said she didn’t have the lobby number to call) she didn’t help to solve the storage issue until almost noon… and they kept fooling me all morning. The building is 50 floor building and not a place to put a suitcase. And obviously not early check in even though we requested early check in once we booked. I tried to plug my cell phone to charge and the security guard said I could not do it. There re also cockroaches around the halls and apartments. Using the elevators is a hassle, out of 6 elevators only one works!!! And it is obviously always full. You need to consider at least 20minutes to move floors. And if you just want to go up or down one floor there are no stairs. If you want to use the pool you have to pay extra. And you need to walk the entire building to purchase vouchers. It took me 45 minutes. WiFi in the building barely works, sometimes in the lobby. The apartment is sooo small that there is no place to open a suitcase. There is a washer machine and no place to dry clothes. Hence the machine is useless. Everything is a hassle. It is definitely NOT worth to stay at this place and a waste of time, there are a lot of hotels around makati area same price

Trochę ciasno, słabo oświetlona łazienka, mały prysznic. Za mało działających wind - pokój na 44. piętrze, bardzo długo się jeździło w górę i w dół.

Pretty well laid out, clean and comfortable. It was nice to have access to the swimming pool, but you do have to pay extra. Having the shopping area/mall downstairs was incredibly convenient. Would happily stay again.

Shower could do with some maintenance

We really enjoyed our stay here at SM Air Residences. The unit was cozy and comfortable,.We appreciated the complete amenities (from the comfy bed and good Wi-Fi to the well-equipped kitchen) which made our stay even easier. The location was great as well: safe, convenient, and close to shops and restaurants. The check-in process was smooth and easy. We also liked the facilities in the building. Overall, our stay here was excellent, and we wouldn’t hesitate to come back. Highly recommended!

The area was very clean, the owners were friendly, and the location was perfect for exploring the Makati City and t'was so near on my exam location . I especially enjoyed the comfortable bed and the Wi-Fi connection was reliable and fast and very easy for all the needs because there is fast foods, mall in the ground floor.

It's clean. Comfortable to stay and good ventilation.

The noise of the exhaust fan in the bathroom and the garbage bag is too small and thin. The broom also has a broken handle that makes it difficult to sweep the floor.

Good location, shops and cafes on lower floors

Based on my booking experience, this is one of the most highly recommended units. Ms. Agnes, the apartment host, ensured our comfort throughout our stay, proactively providing updates and offering excellent accommodation.

The exhaust fan in the comfort room sounds noisy when turned on, but later on the sound decreases.

I had a wonderful time at this condo! It was super clean, cozy, and had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The location was perfect—close to everything but still quiet and peaceful. The host was awesome, really friendly, and quick to respond to any questions. Check-in was smooth, and I felt right at home. I would absolutely recommend this place and would love to stay again next time I'm in the area!

Clean and cozy Highly recommended and will surely book again

It was nice for a one day staycation. Price is reasonable because of its location and some amenities. I liked the kitchen and bed as well! Kitchen is equipped with basic cooking materials. Bed was very comfy too! Loved the free use of netflix.

1) Unresponsive host. It was a struggle to communicate with the hosts. It takes a while before you can even get a reply. It’s a bit annoying specially if you have questions or concerns about your stay. 2) Tiny cockroaches. There were some tiny cockroaches all over the place when we came in. There was some in the kitchen, and bed. My husband even got bitten by one. 3) No free parking space and use of pool wasn’t free as well.

Specially if you dont have a car, all sorts of xpo are available near the bldg. 5. If you have a senior with you it is very comfortable bec resto are near so with the spa, salon etc...

NOTHING

HOST LOCKED US OUT FOR NO REASON. The owner later on changed the password at 12 am, and informed us via booking.com, not on What App, which was where we were communicating. We spent a long time struggling to get out the password, and the host didnt even answer our calls. Since we were stranded outside of the door, the guard was close to kicking us out. We texted the host about the situation and they have yet to acknowledge or even apologize for the awful service. CHECK IN PROCESS WAS A HASSLE and took forever, as there was no front desk staff to help out. I had to dig into my email for instructions, and call the owner for the authentication letter.

There's a payment for the pool use and only 2 person can be allowed .we are 4 so we didn't go for it. Hot water in the shower, not going to the top rain water.connection to be fix. Soap rack and shower connection to be clean.

The apartments have everything for a comfortable stay. On the ground floors there is a shopping center with many shops and cafes. The host is in touch 24 hours, promptly helping with any questions. Highly recommended, especially for families with children.
