Reviewed Sep 10, 2026Lawrence is a great host and the appartement has everything you need! It’s located great near the wet market and some malls, and close to the port.
The elevators can get pretty crazy, but if you manage to go outside of the busy hours it’s not too bad.

Reviewed Sep 7, 2026It was a pleasent stay, we were very comfortable staying there. There's water heater, water purifier & air purifier, fridge & washing machine provided which is very useful for us. The location was an easy-access location, easy for us to go here and there as it was located in the middle. Will definitely choose again for next stay.
The lift was very slow during peak hours, esp during checkouts and checkins time. other than that, all is well.

Wij zouden 3 nachten blijven maar zijn na 1 nacht weggegaan. Wij vonden de locatie midden in de stad niet fijn en hebben de frisse berglucht opgezocht.

Reviewed Jun 24, 2026Appartamento perfetto con tutti i confort. Letto comodissimo. C'e una lavatrice che asciuga amche. Cucinotto con tutto quelli che serve. Vista meravigliosa al 23° piano. Il proprietario super disponibile per qualunque necessità. La zona non è residenziale ma a pochi passi c'è market, caffè ed è un punto strategico per le escursioni organizzate da Get your Guide. Inoltre ci sono 2 mercati proprio davanti la palazzina e un posto enorme dove poter scegliere il pesce fresco che ti cucinano.
La zona non è resodemziale quindi si possono vedere topi in giro ma sei nel cuore di Kota Kinabalu

Doccia non comfortevole e nel corridio che portava al nostro appartamento, per 2/3 giorni c'è stata una puzza di pesce non proprio piacevole. Anche la cucina non era così comfortevole, un po' scarsa (purtroppo per esigenze alimentari siamo obbligati a scegliere alloggi con cucina).

Das Bett war etwas eng! Die Sicht (Meer) war etwas eingeschränkt! Die Rezeption fühlte sich für nichts zuständig, da es sich bei dem Gebäudekomplex um Mietwohnungen handelte!

Reception staff unfriendly & disinterested Apartment did not match photos on booking confirmation but clearly in same block Washing machine- underwear from previous guest left in machine. During wash cycle message showed drain issue. We unblocked machine to find more underwear wrapped around filter & caused water to leak from machine that we cleaned up Dishes from previous guest left to drain & remains of vegetables left in sink No hot water from main rain shower - host advised using small hose only Door code didn’t work by 2nd day - host had to reset Too many personal items left in apartment e.g. 6 pairs of slider shoes Issue with toilet blocking on last day

Reviewed Jan 11, 2026Our check-in was smooth and the host provided timely, clear instructions. Communication before and after check-in was excellent. The apartment was spacious, comfortable, and centrally located with easy access to essential services. I became unwell during my stay in KK and ended up spending a lot of time in the apartment, and it truly felt like a comfortable place to rest and recover. Although the building is a busy residential one, we rarely had to wait long for the elevator. The bed and bedding were clean and very comfortable. The air conditioning worked well, and the WiFi was fast and seamless. Having fans available was also a great alternative. We experienced a small issue with the washing machine, but the host kindly offered to arrange laundry elsewhere, which we really appreciated. Overall, we had a very comfortable stay and would not hesitate to stay here again.

The lift OH GOD. Too slow. Waiting for 20+ minutes. It is a high density building with 4 lifts including Firefighter Lift. 2 out of 4 were out of work.

Reviewed Sep 1, 2025Sam apartament ok. Dosyć czysto, wygodne łóżka. Basen bez szału, ale zgodny z opisem. Lokalizacja SUPER- 2 minuty do night market, niedaleko do portu.
Wyposażenie kuchni- talerz i 2 kubki na 3 osoby, to trochę słabe wyposażenie. O ile apartament jest ok, o tyle budynek nie jest ok. Problemem są windy, które nie są w stanie zapewnić obsługi ruchu. W weekend nie każdego będą bawić wyścigi i krzyki koreańskich dzieci na korytarzach, do późnych godzin nocnych.

Amenities like bath towels and toothbrushes were thoughtfully provided, and I especially liked the Coway water dispenser — a nice touch! Really appreciated the host’s effort to meet us even past the check-in time. The location was great too — just a short walk to Gaya Market.
The property is not soundproof, so we could hear noise from outside and nearby units at times.
