Reviewed Jun 27, 2025I stayed in the Deluxe Studio Room at Chambers Kuala Lumpur by Sky Pool Suites and it was nothing short of amazing! From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded my expectations. The check-in process was smooth and the staff were incredibly welcoming and professional. The room itself was spotless, spacious, and beautifully designed with modern furnishings and thoughtful touches throughout. The bed was extremely comfortable, and I loved the panoramic city view from the large windows — waking up to the KL skyline was a dream! The location is perfect — right in the heart of Kuala Lumpur with easy access to public transport, great food spots, and major attractions like the Petronas Towers and KL Tower. But the absolute highlight was the rooftop infinity pool. It offers a breathtaking view of the city and is the perfect spot to relax after a day of exploring. I also appreciated the fast WiFi, well-equipped kitchenette, and overall cleanliness of the property. It truly felt like a luxurious home away from home. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting KL — whether you're here for business or leisure. I will definitely be coming back!

1. Five minutes after the book I saw an error, and asked for changing/cancel it, so I could book it again. Rude answer :”No Refund!” As is its right, so is mine to write about it. 2. Using a fake address in booking.com that differs from the one they send via WhatsApp, just to appear closer to the city center. That’s against booking.com guidelines, or even fraud. 3. Cockroaches in the apartment. 4. Let me wait almost 1 hour for the checkout. So I waited there in my room for him to come. 5. Careful about the extra charges!!!! These are not normal rates, even for Malaysia. The extra charges where 215% of the normal booking price, the service cost even 1300% of the normal rates what condos cost in Malaysia.

Please be very careful when choosing this property, the property management hides a hidden fee under property service charge which is almost the same as the listed price making you pay double for what they list on booking.com. Booking.com will not be able to get you a full refund if you wish to cancel your stay and the management will simply say it is your fault for not reading the terms and conditions even when you request them for a free cancellation. The room is adequately cleaned but there are cobwebs on the ceiling, the utensils are not washed well after the previous stay, the sofa and rugs are not clean. They have Netflix on the television but you must have your own account to access it. Despite staying for 2 weeks they only changed my bedsheets once, the second time I made a request for new sheets, the management once again tells you that cleaning and changing sheets are not included in the price and it costs 50 ringgit for room cleaning.

Our stay was horrible. First the Lady at the reception was very rude and shouted at several guests. It seemed Like a normal Thing tho since Nobody really Cared. The room was ok however it smells really bad in there. Its impossible to stay in the room for a longer time. Also You cant really open the windows. There were a lot of insects in the room which we did Not experience before. Also we had a really Bad experience with one of the Security Guys. His Name is Tara bahadura damai. He was disrespectful and treated us very bad. Normally we do not write Reviews but we have not experienced anything like this Hotel before 🥲 We wish we would have never booked at this hotel. We would never come back there.
