1BD Townhome Walk to Lake!

The location was convenient. The house rules, check in and check out were simply.

location was perfect with easy access to train station etc. very quiet, good night sleep.

cleanliness - soap holder in shower still had remainder of old soap. things in dryer - from previous person? cupboard doors to the washing machine/dryer don't slide very well and are only just hanging the tracks. i used the washing machine and the agitator didnt spin well, clothes were not clean so i had to hand wash. continual interrupting communication from owner/manger regarding rubbish left in the courtyard, i mean - how many times did i need to be reminded of what to do (however i understand some people may have let you down in the past). when blinds are closed and lights on - you can see in from the outside.

The apartment was tidy and sheets were very clean. Bed was comfortable. Aparement has working AC and heating and well-appointed kitchenette.

No proper shading on windows - means no privacy and outside street light interrupts sleep. Noisy upstairs neighbors were walking around and flushing toilets at night. Insufficient instructions on how to get to property as the address is around the building and leads to a locked gate. Not well-maintained - broken desk and clogged bathroom sing. Not well accessible - steep stairs go down to this lower-ground apartment.
