Reviewed Jun 24, 2026The location is convenient. It has access to 24/7 establishments and the area is walkable and safe. The property itself provided essentials like soap, toothpaste etc. very clean and tidy. The space is what we needed for our family of 3.
This wasn’t our hosts fault but we experienced multiple blackouts. The property posted signs regarding the scheduled blackout which led us to prepare.

Reviewed Jan 10, 2026This condo unit is located in IT Park, Cebu, one of the safest and most accessible areas in the city, close to everything you need. The unit is at the end of the floor, away from the elevator, making it quiet and peaceful. What you see in the photos posted is exactly what’s inside: clean, spacious and comfortable, with extra beds included. The host and caretaker are very responsive to any queries.

Only recommendation is to somehow make the window locks safer and childproof because it can easily be opened by a toddler, which is very unsafe.

Reviewed May 30, 2025The host was very efficient with communication from the time I confirmed the booking. He had been delightful and welcoming in his communication with me. The Condo unit was immaculate and aesthetically decorated. The separate bedroom makes the unit more homely. The washing machine was an added advantage. The Wi-Fi provided is very fast, and I enjoyed watching Netflix movies. Very convenient place. Walking distance to the Ayala Central Block Mall. Taxis are freely available just outside the complex. I have no hesitation in recommending the Unit. Surely I will choose the same if I come back again to visit Cebu. Thanks, Mike & Jo

Maybe the location. I mean the location is okay since it's within IT Park and the area is very peaceful and quiet. But you do need to walk a few to get into the actual center of the it park. But this is just me since I don't really like walking that much hehe~ if you're someone who is okay with walking, then location is not a problem :>

Reviewed Apr 24, 2025It's the location that I liked the most—located right in Cebu IT Park, close to many restaurants, cafes, and bars. There is also a mall nearby, and if you plan to explore the city, there is a nearby public transport terminal that will take you to places in Cebu.
Though it's not that important for me since most of the day we are out with my family, it could have been better if the internet had been working during our stay.

Reviewed Mar 27, 2025My family and I stayed at the place for 5 days. The room was cozy. It was a perfect place to relax at the end of the night after a long day. The place was clean and the facilities were complete. There's a kitchen where you can cook your own food if you don't want to eat out or if you're on a budget. The location was perfect because it was just a few minutes away from the mall and bus terminal. The host was also accommodating. Even though we broke a glass they didn't let us pay for it. Overall, our stay was exceptional. It was indeed a good value for our money. Highly recommended!!!

I'm just a little bit unsatisfied about the male guards' because he was a little bit sullen, but I guess he was just tired because it was the holiday season, and there were a lot of people. Overall, everything was very nice.

1. The host are rude and unresponsive. 2. Check in was 2-6 pm and my guest arrived at 6 pm. They made the guest wait for 2 hr 40 min saying the room was not ready as they didn’t expect a booking 3. The manager KIM is downright rude n uncooperative - she point blank told me on a call - if u can’t wait for 1 hr to get it cleaned - cancel the booking 4. On top of this the owners who are somewhere in Australia i guess - just write messages which seem as if it’s the guest mistake to have arrived at 6 pm !!! I HIGHLY SUGGEST TO AVOID THIS PROPERTY. EVEN IT WAS DISAPPOINTING THST BEING A GENIUS 3 LEVEL MEMBER I WASN’T ABLE TO GET HOLD OF BOOKING.COM CUSTOMER SERVICE— EACH TIME I CALLED THERE WAS 20 MIN WAIT AND THEN AFTER 10 MIN IT WUD GET DISCONNECTED —- THEIR TOLL FREE NUMBER ALSO DIDN’T WORK
