Cozy Crib @ Air Residences - Makati

I like that it was very near to my testing site. It was clean and the owner was very accommodating.

The location is good a bit far in the night club area in makati not soo busy noiseless which is it’s nice the room is great clean and soo cozy like feels really home very minimalist,what you see on the photo same as in the person and it’s smell soo good that’s the thing i like with this room and the host is mabait and good to talk very responding..

Almost perfect. Very well appointed. Everything you needed was there. The owner was very accommodating.

Space around the bed was tiny. There were a few cockroaches in the bathroom.

Would be helpful to have information about the pool etc in the welcome pack, but the hosts are so responsive on WhatsApp nothing is a problem

I enjoyed the central location in Makati City, and the many (over-priced) places to eat and get coffee right downstairs. The building is very modern and secure, with very professional staff downstairs. Very good place to stay regarding the location.

The 'self-service' nature of the place was a bit off-putting. The apartment also was quite small, a bit surprising considering how new the place is, the Wifi was in and out, and there was NO normal TV channels to watch. Without entering your own information and login for Netflix (no way!)

El personal era realmente bueno en su trabajo, y me ayudaron cuando perdí el móvil y no recordaba la clave de la puerta.

Que tuviera que pagar por usar la piscina, cosa que no ponía en Booking. Y que cogiendo una habitación para dos personas, se me pusieran pegas para llevar a esa segunda persona. Vi un par de cucarachas, pero tampoco era un problema. Los ascensores eran un caos.

The building was modern and kept well.the room was small but it was clean and comfortable.

The check in was horrible you supposed to be sent a room code from some broker and she was in church when i was trying to contact her. It was ridiculous. Also be very careful in was approced by a man near the property who said he worked there i spent the day with him and his cousin and his wife having lunch and seeing a lookout after having my drink spiked they got into my phone robbed me of all my Bank accounts be very careful there.

Amazing apartment, really clean and modern. You even get toiletries, which is really nice. There is also netflix on TV. Building is nice and apartment is on great location. Check in was quite easy with the code. We loved to stay there and would definetely recommend it to everyone.

No cooking. We do understand not allowing cooking really smelly food, but it would be nicer at least if we could cook some pasta or some basic dish that no one would even notice we made. That is the only thing that we did not like, but it definitely did not affect our holiday and we would still come back and recommend it to everyone.

Very nice and clean place. The TV has free Netflix. The balcony view is great. I didn't use the pool unfortunately because I was only free on monday when it's cleaning day :( But I at least checked it out and it looked nice. But you have to pay 150p to enter. The door is code locked so you don't have to worry about keys or cards.

I got an email that I would receive the door passcode 2 hours before check in, but I didn't. Had to call them to receive it. The balcony door lock gets stuck easily and I couldn't close it. Somehow I forced it closed with a beer opener. I found a cockroach crawling around. The bathroom is fine but could use some bleaching. The shower is also kinda confusing to use, didn't know what to turn haha but it works fine. Also, if you're impatient I dunno if this is the best option. The room is on 47th floor so the elevator takes ages to arrive :/ and even then it might be full. But these are just minor things.

My second time staying in this unit. Seamless check-in, digital key is very convenient. Unit is still clean and comfortable.

I had a very comfortable stay.The unit is clean,living room smells good too. I like how the design is tasteful and it's not stuffed with unnecessary furniture. Toiletries and dental kits were also provided. Host was responsive.

Its located near the mall, groceries and food are easily accessible when you need it. Checking in and out is easy. The place is clean and confortable bed & pillows.

The location of the property is very convenient, the district is clean and safe compared to other districts and the room was cozy and clean.

The sofa and the shower were broken. So we had difficulty putting our baby to sleep on the sofa because one part of it kept falling down. Also the water in the shower was flowing everywhere so you can not wash yourself without getting water splashed all over your head and face. The staff on the ground floor (mainly security men) were not helpful when we asked to make a copy of the document. They said they could not help us nor they showed us where to do it. Also the faces were very unfriendly, all of them behave like angry policemen and it makes you feel intimidated.

This rental was more than just a place to sleep – it was a home away from home and it is filled with enough perks to make me have a satisfying stay for 3 days. You can find a variety of restos, shops and grocery stores which makes it more convenient for everyone. The room is spotless in all corners and the overall layout was just plain cozy, making the room feel like a welcoming sanctuary. If you're looking for an experience that goes beyond the ordinary, this is your place.

It's not soundproofed. You can hear footsteps from people walking in the alley and the roar of racing cars outside at dawn. Otherwise, everything else is perfect!

So happy to have found this gem! It was in a new building with great furnishings. The check-in was easy and the owner friendly and very easy to deal with. It is attached to a shopping centre and has lots of food options nearby.

Second time staying here. Love the apartment and the location. Would definitely stay again!

The unit was well kept and cleaned especially right after a previous booking checked out earlier same day. Complete amenities and check-in/out process was quick and smooth. Highly recommend, especially with places like a grocery, coffee shops and more are the just walking distance next to/around the bldg. Will consider future stays in my next booking plans in Makati.

This studio was nicely laid out and very comfy. Felt more like an Airbnb. We were able to make some food, use Netflix to relax, and sleep in with the blackout curtains.

check-in was smooth and the host seemed responsive through booking and WhatsApp. the bathroom is a little tight but wasn’t a big issue for us. could be for taller folks.

Very very homey and very clean unit 👏🏼 Everything was provided! Owner was also very accommodating. Everything was accessible -- savemore grocery, coffeeshops, and restos!

The room was very clean, and the landlord was also very kind. They helped me check in.

The host was attentive but the security gave us problems on our first night checking in. The accomodation is central and shops,restaurants and a mall in the same building. We really enjoyed our stay.

We could not use the pool because we needed vouchers. We were never told about this. And the admin office only works half day on Saturday and dies not open on Sundays.
