Pas d'oreillers dignes de ce nom,de simples petits coussins dégarni en mauvais état. Absence de balai!! Un serviette de bain par personne pour une semaine. Et un unique torchon pour la semaine. C'est quand-même un peu juste

L'emplacement. Tout près de la station

Les oreillers n'étaient pas confortables. On n'a pas pu utiliser le four parce qu'il manquait la plaque. Malheureusement pour nous, il y avait des travaux dans la rue. Juste sous la fenêtre. Il faut installer la clim car il faisait très chaud. Les ventilateurs ne marchaient pas. Donc on étouffait.

Las toallas estaban para tirar a la basura (parecían un trapo, llena de flecos), no había insonorización, tampoco horno (así lo describe el anuncio), el colchón era imposible. Para que no doliera la espalda, abrimos el sofá cama para ver si así se dormía mejor, pero era igual de gastado y malo. Había solo dos rollos de papel higiénico. El lugar para dejar las toallas secar, estaba flojo y se caían. Las fotos no son reales, este no era nuestro apartamento.

Dobra cena i świetna lokalizacja

Trochę brudno i nie wygodne poduszki, brak żelazka i głośno w nocy.

Чисто, просторно. Удобные кровати. Всё необходимое для приготовление пищи есть. Балкон выходит во внутренний дворик поэтому очень уютно и там можно попить кофе.

Сложно найти место для парковки. Отсутствие микроволновки.

Appartamento molto ampio e con molto potenziale, situato a pochi passi dalla fermata della metro e da quella del pullman. Per arrivare in centro con i mezzi ci vogliono solo 15/20 minuti. Terrazzo molto carino con la presenza di un divanetto molto comodo.

Cucina e bagno completamente da ristrutturare. Noi eravamo nell’appartamento numero 9 e le foto non corrispondevano a quanto trovato nell’appartamento.

forse la posizione non era male, ma l'alloggio era penoso. Il manager era disponibile a chattare ma non mi ha risolto nessun problema.

struttura fatiscente, le foto messe su booking erano di altri appartamenti nello stesso stabile credo, ma l'appartamento che mi è stato dato era penoso: puzzava di vecchia soffitta, i materassi erano sporchi, i letti rotti, il bagno miserabile con areazione insufficiente e sporca, senz aun tavolino, senza le sedie, con le finestre vecchie che facevano entrare rumori e tutto dall'esterno. Alloggio da incubo.

Dostaliśmy pokój, gdzie w kuchni nie ma nawet kubka na herbatę. Są jakieś małe filiżanki i szkło na trunki, ale klasycznego kubka brak. Pierwszy raz nam się trafiło, ze ktoś udostępnia kuchnie i nie ma w niej cukru, herbaty, czegokolwiek. Jest ekspres na kapsułki i kilka kapsułek jednej kawy i to wszystko. Materace stare i zużyte. Ręcznik który dostaliśmy miał 3 większe plamy szare. Nie wiem czy były brudne czy niedoprane, ale takich rzeczy nie daje się gościom do użytku. Dostaliśmy informację, ze w pokoju nie wolno palić, a po otwarciu okna na parapecie ślady po popiele, pety, ewidentnie ktoś nie uszanował prośby, a osoby sprzątające nie raczyły posprzątać. Mało udogodnień, po zdjęciach spodziewałam się lepszego standardu.

Die Küche ist schon etwas renovierungsbedürftig und eine Kaffeemaschine hat gefehlt.

Die Lage zur U Bahn. Unkompliziertes einchecken.

Flair von einer billigen Absteige. Zwei ungemütliche Räume mit vier Betten. Keinen Teppich, Pflanze, Gardine, Schrank usw. Die Bilder stellen was gemütliches dar, ich sage nie wieder. Die Handtücher ähnelten Lappen, Fliesen im Bad hohl, werden zeitnah ab fallen. Wir wohnten zur Straße. Es war soooo laut, die ganze Nacht durch. Blick aufs Uni Krankenhaus, ständig Martinshorn. Die Bilder vom Internetauftritt geben ein ganz falsches Bild. Ich kann nur abraten. WLAN funktionierte schlecht, TV nicht vorhanden. Die Küche war soweit ok aber leider Kakerlaken. Also Finger weg! Hier versucht man mit aufgehübschten Bildern einen Eindruck zu verschaffen, den es nicht gibt.

Wszystko mi się podobało. Było rewelacyjnie. Dwa dni w Wiedniu minęły bardzo dobrze. Fajne miejsce do wypadu do miasta.

Apartamento bien comunicado pero algo alejado del centro. Era bastante antiguo y le faltaba una capa de pintura y algo de equipamiento, pero cumplía su función para dormir y en relación calidad-precio estaba bien. El acceso fue cómodo y autónomo.

Notre expérience dans cette résidence a malheureusement été très décevante. L’état général des équipements est très ancien et détérioré et ne correspond pas au niveau de confort que l’on peut raisonnablement attendre d’un hébergement. La literie est particulièrement inconfortable, ce qui a fortement affecté la qualité de notre séjour. Même les équipements les plus basiques sont insuffisants ou dans un état inacceptable : les coussins sont fournis sans housses de protection, et les serviettes sont très usées et dans un état déplorable. Plus généralement, l’ensemble donne une impression de manque d’entretien et de renouvellement des équipements.

Apartamento muito quente e não havia ventoinhas para os dois quartos(noites muito mal passadas). Quando falado com o anfitrião , disse que não podia resolver. Além disso, não havia coisas básicas de uma cozinha, tais como um microondas, uma torradeira…

Lokalizacja przy stacji metro skąd można się dostać do głównych atrakcji Wiednia.

Brak klimatyzacji(tylko wiatrak) w wakacje bardzo gorące mieszkanie, nie dało się spać. Brak TV. Brak parkingu : znalezienie miejsca było bardzo stresujące, brak parkomatów tylko aplikacja. Na szczęście my byliśmy na weekend, a wtedy parking bezpłatny.

The location was perfect, just a few meters from the metro station and several bus stops. There was also a supermarket nearby, along with everything else you might need, making it very convenient for our stay.

We had no issues with the apartment itself, as the amenities did not list air conditioning. However, adding an air conditioner would increase the value and comfort of this apartment tremendously. I would personally appreciate having one, especially during the summer time. ;) Either way Thank you for the fans

La ubicación no es muy céntrica pero tiene el metro al lado y andando es media hora al centro.

Un bel appartement très spacieux et agréable. Le métro est au pied de l'immeuble, l'accès au centre ville est direct et rapide.

L'appartement donne sur une avenue très fréquentée par les voitures et la chaleur nous poussant à devoir ouvrir les fenêtres, le bruit venant de l'avenue était vraiment dérangeant. La circulation est incessante, même la nuit... C'est vraiment dommage. Les fenêtres fermées, c'eût été beaucoup plus supportable.

La ubicacion genial, piso grande y bonito, cocina bien equipada, baño muy limpio, vistas a la facultad de medicina y una boca de metro al lado, aislamiento del calor bastante decente, ya que soñp sentimos un poquito de calor y fuimos en una ola de calor. En cuanto al ruido, esta cerca de una autopista concurrida, pero no es un problema muy serio, simplemente a veces se escuchan los coches, no es nada que impida el descanso.

La presion de la ducha es un poco baja, y una de ña ventanas estaba un poco fuera de ñugar y costaba cerrarla (nada muy complicado).

Nada. Fotos engañosas. Lugar muy cutre por falta de mantenimiento. No te fíes de las fotos y del centro está muy lejos. Un horror y obras nocturnas en la calle aparte de ruido de coches infernal. Una auténtico robo.

Solo me gustó la distribución y que sea una casa antigua de techos altos. El resto nada de nada.

Supermercado cerca y algun restaurante que otro. Controlando los tranvías tienes uno al lado. Está lejos del centro para moverse a pie, 1 hora al menos.

Ático con un calor horrible sin aire acondicionado. Había dos ventiladores de los cuales le faltaba la rejilla a uno. Si habrías los ventanales no podías dormir del ruido ya que la calle es súper transitada. Coches y tranvía a todas horas. Es más pequeño de lo que aprecias en las fotos y no tiene salón ni televisión.

Очень удобная кровать, в апартаменты легко попасть (простой доступ/заселение).

Из-за того, что рядом находятся больница и медицинский университет, по утрам и вечерам было очень шумно. Также сейчас сложно добираться на метро: из-за ремонтных работ закрыто много станций, поезда задерживаются или не приходят, а поездка до центра занимает больше 40 минут.

The apartment was clean, and spacious. The beds were comfy, and the bathroom, kitchen and balcony/terrace were all great. The location was very convenient, the city centre was very easily accessible by walking or tram. We especially appreciated having a fan in the room as it was quite hot. We would definitely stay here again!

The location is really great, the metro station is just 3 minutes away. The apartment was clean and really beautiful. The views from the windows were amazing. The kitchen was fully equipped.

Přijeli jsme ve čtyřech, 2 dospělí a 2 děti (13, 16 let). Počítalo se s tím, že budou spát na rozkládacích gaučích v obývacím pokoji. Nebylo tam ale žádné povlečení. Pouze pro 2 lidi v ložnici. Chyběli ručníky. Ani po upozornění se žádná náprava nekonala. Spát na ne příliš pohodlném a čistém gauči bez čistého povlečení není nic příjemného.

Die Lage ist sehr gut. Das Appartement (Nr. 12) ist nur fünf Gehminuten von der nächsten U-Bahn Station (U6) entfernt. Die Unterkunft ist sehr geräumig. Ausgestattet mit einer kleinen Küche. Alles ist sauber und es stehen für die heißeren Tage Ventilatoren zur Verfügung.

Die Eincheckzeit war etwas problematisch. Wir wollten das Donauinselfest besuchen und haben angefragt ob wir früher einchecken können. Dies wurde verneint und ein Check-In Fenster von 15:00 - 22:00 angegeben. Dazu mussten wir vom Fest wegfahren um den Check-In zu machen und dann wieder zurück. Dies war sehr umständlich vor allem wenn man bedenkt dass dort keine Personen anwesend waren bei denen man sich anmeldet sondern die Unterkunft mit einem Zahlencode gesperrt wird. Demnach hätte bei einer aufrechten Buchung der Check-In ja auch nach 22:00 in der Nacht stattfinden können. Das Appartement entspricht nicht den Bildern.

занадто коротка шторка в душі, не прибрано під ліжком, плями на постільній білизні, на підлозі дірки в паркеті, в кухонному столі щілина, не було солі і цукру, кава не була розрахована на кількість людей, всі склянки припали пилом, із закритими вікнами чути все що відбувається на вулиці, брудні стільці на кухні, після минулих гостей залишилася закрутка від сережки

Great location, really easy to get to. Very well organised and a nice space to hang out in.

Midway through our stay, we were interrupted one morning by a guy letting himself into the flat. We had a language barrier, but he was clearly very surprised to see us. He was there to do construction on the balcony, and needed to be in the flat all day. We had no notice of this, and it was incredibly uncomfortable / disruptive - I had to be on a zoom call at one point in the bedroom while he was using a woodsaw in the kitchen, it was really loud The guy was nice, but I was trying to relax. We contacted Vienna Living and were told that this had been organised by the landlord in error, and that no booking should have been made while works were ongoing. David promised me a partial refund, but I have not received this despite following up four times - every time he says it will be sorted, but this hasn't happened.

Apartamento com boas condições, com varanda e uma boa cozinha. Mesmo em frente a uma estação de metro.

Apesar de estar mencionado, é impossível dormir sem ar condicionado no Verão. No ultimo andar o apartamento aquece imenso. Fica aqui a minha recomendação.

Appartamento a pochi passi dalla fermata del tram n.42 che porta in centro, spazioso ma necessita di una ristrutturazione: il bagno vecchio con la vasca e la tenda, la cucina spartana, ambiente deludente rispetto alle foto pubblicate.

SCARSA insonorizzazione (visto che la camera era proprio affacciata su una strada di grande percorrenza) per me è stato difficile dormire. Mancanza di un condizionatore e il piccolo ventilatore fornito era scadente e praticamente inutile. Le foto pubblicate sono relative a tantissimi appartamenti diversi, pertanto non sono rappresentative del posto che poi si prenota.

Brakowało trochę drobiazgów: haczyków w łazience, woreczków do lodu.

This apartment is definitely not prepared for hot weather. We stayed in Vienna for three days during a heatwave where temperatures reached 37°C. There was only one small fan for four people, which made it absolutely impossible to sleep at night due to the extreme heat. Additionally, the pillows desperately need to be replaced—sleeping on them was basically like sleeping on a sheet of paper. I highly recommend avoiding this place during the summer months. We also had issues checking in. It was 3:00 PM (the official check-in time) and we still hadn't received our access PIN, which delayed our entry until after 3:30 PM.

Właściciel to oszust, odwołał nasz pobyt 45 minut przed przyjazdem na miejsce, zarekomendował nam inną droższą lokalizację i obiecał pokryć różnicę w cenie (wiadomość wysłał poza poza portalem booking, z prywatnego telefonu), ale nie dotrzymał słowa - finalnie do wyjazdu musiałem dopłacić ponad 140 EUR pomimo, że miałem całą z nim korespondencję w SMS. Po anulowaniu rezerwacji nie odpowiadał już na moje wiadomości, kontakt z nim był już niemożliwy. Pierwszy pobyt w Wiedniu to koszmar, masa stresu :(

Jauks un ērts dzīvoklis. Ļoti atsaucīgs un izpalīdzīgs viesu uzņēmējs. Tuvu AKH, kas man bija svarīgi. Ērts publiskais transports. Viegli nokļūt jebkurā vietā.

Skaņas no ielas bija nedaudz par skaļu.

Near transport to the city, double bed was comfortable and the apartment was spacious. Plenty of utensils for the kitchen. The host was helpful in responding to queries.

The single bed was extremely uncomfortable and not possible to sleep on. The sofa bed was a slightly more comfortable option. The shower head kept coming down and the drains were clogged in the shower and sink. The interior was not as nice as the pictures displayed. The noise outside (though reviews warned us) was much louder than expected and hard to sleep. The fridge had a terrible smell. The WiFi was not working on arrival (6pm) and didn’t get a response until the following day.

Bardzo przyjemne, ładne mieszkanie, blisko metra. Nie było problemów z dostaniem się do mieszkania. Było czysto. Kuchnia dość dobrze wyposażona (garnki, miski, talerze, sztuce itp. kostki do zmywarki).

Trochę dalej od centrum i dość głośny hałas z ulicy w nocy, brak blachy do piekarnika w kuchni

El apartamento era muy amplio. Cabían 8 persobas sin problemas con 3 camas dobles y un sofá cama. La entrada sencilla y según indicaba en la especificación. Muy bien comunicado con el resto de la ciudad y el precio muy competitivo. En general bastante bien.

Lo único que no me gustó de la gestión del apartamento fue que intenté contactar en varias ocasiones y por diferentes vías con el alojamiento para consultar la posibilidad de hacer el check in antes de la hora oficial y no recibí respuesta. Tuvimos que dejar las maletas en los lockers de la estación y volver posteriormente a por ellas

Czysto, schludnie, przytulnie, jest wszystko czego trzeba. Blisko do sklepów, restauracji i środków komunikacji miejskiej. Miejsce dobre na krótki jak i dłuższy pobyt.

Els llits eren molt incòmodes, estaven deformats. No havia taula per menjar, només una petita a la cuina per a dos. L'apartament Donava a una carretera amb molt tràfic de cotxes. No anava la llum de la sala d'estar. Tot una mica descuidat, en general.

Ήταν κοντά στην στο κέντρο της πόλης! Άνετα προσβάσιμο. Καθαρό και άνετο! Κανένα πρόβλημα με πάρκινγκ!

Όλα ήταν καλά

L'appartamento è grande e luminoso, soprattutto per 2 persone. L'host gentile e sempre disponibile telefonicamente le richieste che abbiamo fatto. C'è una cucina per eventuali pasti in casa, il frigo e tutte le zone sono separate abbastanza bene. Nelle vicinanze inoltre c'è la metro U6, e il posteggio bici del bikesharin, comodissimo. L'ingresso e il check-out completamente autonomi.

Strada molto trafficata a ogni ora, non ci formalizziamo di solito ma c'era un discreto rumore. Purtroppo il modem non era funzionante, e se posso, inserirei dei kit di cortesia oltre all'unica saponetta presente. Bagno un pò vecchiotto, ma dotato di vasva e doccia. Metterei qualche pensile per vestiti/asciugamani. Qualche problemino di pulizia in qua e là.

it was good as a place, we enjoyed it juste recommendation: normally in all the apartment I've stayed there is coffee, oil and salt... it could be great to have this for the guest :)

Perfect location! So close to the public transport. You get the real experience of living in Vienna. I would def book again in the future. The apartment was very nice.

Die Ausstattung/Möbel könnte etwas modernen sein. Ist relativ einfach eingerichtet.

We didn't experience any problems during our stay. In addition, they were very helpful and quick when I told them that I forgot something in the apartment after the checkout. I would definitely recommend!

All was perfect, but I mostly liked that it was way cheaper than all other apartments in Vienna, considering it was the Eurovision week and everything was super expensive. But it has everything we needed.

Супер-близько до станції метро, в квартирі чисто, достатньо посуду, є ліфт. Зручно заселитись-виселитись. В цілому можу рекомендувати)

Це інша квартира, її немає в варіантах. Схожий ремонт, але інша квартира. Дуже шумна вулиця, з відкритим вікном спати неможливо. Коли жарко, то напряжно, оскільки кондиціонера немає.

Загальна чистота в порядку. Доволі хороше місце розташування. Є багато посуди для готування . Всі спальні місця окрім одномісного ліжка комфортні.

Саме головне, що не можливо закрити двері з середини, так щоб ззовні не можна було відкрити. Якщо хтось знає код, може зайти в любий момент, це не безпечно. Не помитий посуд (тарілка для салату в жирі) . Постіль не дуже чиста та з дирками. Брудні полиці (тканинні) для одягу . Одномісне ліжко не рівне, провалюється матрац в зоні ніг та голови. Нажаль не було гелю для душу і тд.

Es gibt einen Fahrstuhl. Es gibt einen modernen Kühlschrank und einen guten Herd. Es gibt eine Badewanne. Das Apartment ist recht geräumig.

Es gibt keinen Fernseher. Der Balkon in den sehr schmutzigen Hinterhof ist recht klein und wohl gerade errichtet worden. Das Schlafzimmer ist zur lauten Hauptstraße Währinger Gürtel hin. Es fahren Autos 24/7. Die Doppelfenster sind alt und halten den brüllenden Lärm nicht ab. Es ist so gewaltig laut, dass man eigentlich nur mit Ohrstöpseln, Tabletten oder extrem stark alkoholisiert dort schlafen kann.

The apartment didn't look as the pictures. It is old while pictures look very new. Common basic items such as shower gel or coffee were not provided

Die Lage war super, da man sowohl Straßen- als auch Ubahn direkt um die Ecke hatte und so alles sehr leicht erreichen konnte. Um die Ecke war ebenfalls ein kleiner Bäcker, sowie eine Apotheke. Die Unterkunft ist sehr groß, man hat jede Menge Platz und der Balkon in den Innenhof ist bei schönem Wetter sehr toll. Dort wären allerdings Möbel noch ganz gut. Es gibt einen Aufzug.

Leider ist die Küchenzeile sehr heruntergekommen und auch nicht sehr sauber. Im kleinen Schlafzimmer fehlen Vorhänge und das Bad ist wirklich sehr sporadisch ausgestattet (keine Seife oder Ähnliches, kaum Haken,…) Die Dusche ist auch sehr seltsam, da man eigentlich immer das halbe Badezimmer flutet, da die Duschvorrichtung nicht passend angebracht ist. Im Waschbecken fehlt der Siffon. Am aller schwierigsten war aber, dass wir das große Schlafzimmer mit dem tollen, neuen, großen Bett leider nicht nutzen konnten, da die Lautstärke der Straße leider wirklich nicht auszuhalten war. Es benötigt dringend neue Fenster, diese sind überhaupt nicht richtig dicht und bieten daher keinen Lärmschutz. Das ist sehr schade!!

Nonostante l’appartamento fosse carino, abbiamo dovuto comprare tutto il necessario per poterci lavare dato che in bagno abbiamo trovato solo una misera saponetta (zero traccia di bagnoschiuma o shampoo) e come “cortesia” solo tre cialde di caffè (eravamo in tre e abbiamo prenotato per tre notti) quindi, di conseguenza, abbiamo dovuto comprare anche un pacchetto di cialde (che abbiamo lasciato noi per i prossimi ospiti). Inoltre c’erano due tende che non riuscivano a coprire le finestre, per cui di mattina entrava tutta la luce possibile (anche qui ci siamo accontentate cercando di bloccare le tende con gli zaini per coprire il più possibile con scarsi risultati). La posizione era abbastanza lontana dal centro e per la prossima volta, inoltre, consiglio di mettere le foto dell’appartamento in cui davvero gli ospiti dovrebbero soggiornare e non 260 foto meravigliose che possono ingannare i clienti (perché la realtà dei fatti non era quella mostrata qui su booking, anche se ripeto che l’appartamento non era male).

Literie totalement inconfortable Bruit infernal à toute heure du jour et de la nuit venant de la rue (voitures, tram, métro), qui était une artère très circulante + vibrations au passage du métro Rideaux non occultants Tout ceci n'était absolument pas spécifié dans l'annonce sinon nous n'aurions jamais loué ce studio

Lokalizacja blisko stacji metra. Za rogiem piekarnia, a dwie przecznice za domem sklepy Billa i Hofer. Apartament mieści się w kamienicy przy ruchliwej ulicy z tramwajem (a za nią odkryte metro), więc słychać szum z ruchu ulicznego. Bardzo dobry kontakt z właścicielem.

Espace de l’appartement et l’emplacement

Nous avons constaté plusieurs manques dans l’appartement : * Il n’y avait pas d’épices ou de produits de base dans la cuisine. * Aucun produit de nettoyage ou lessive pour les vêtements n’était disponible. * Il y avait seulement un petit savon pour 4 personnes et pour 3 nuits. * Même pas une bouteille d’eau n’était fournie à notre arrivée. Ces équipements minimums auraient été appréciés pour rendre le séjour plus confortable.

Nice accommodation for a good price, doesn't look like the photos from what we had, easy to get to and from the center though, would probably stay again.

The blinds on the windows wouldn't shut properly and let light in when we managed to shut them.
