Spacious CBD 3BR- Walk to Parakiore Recreation Center,CBD, Hosp, & Oval

Great location. The house is very nice and tidy, good space for our family and we were really enjoying our 2 nights stayed. Highly recommend :)

It was in a great location of walking distance to everything you need, spacious with all the amenities you need with the added bonus of plenty of street parking

Clean, tidy, central

We had a little difficulty working the different appliances. Heat pump especially, however one message to the owners and it was sorted quickly

Very modern and comfortable, had everything we needed.

We couldn’t always get a park on the street as it was very busy and the car parking building was a bit pricey.

Clean, spacious. Had everything we needed and beyond our expectation . Washing machine and dryer were very handy. Close to all our venues and shopping . Very quiet even though it's near a school. Had a lovely host as well. We accidentally locked ourselves out and she was quick and fast to respond . Very friendly .

Parking was difficult at times. Even the paid parking from across the road was full but we managed.

Great location within easy walking distance of the city, markets, and Avon River. Plenty of street parking although it does get busy during the day - worst case is there's a low cost car park just down the road. Spacious rooms, good showers and kitchen facilities. Quiet area too

Nothing in particular. Plenty of exercise going up and down the stairs but that's not a bad thing at any time.

The location was fantastic. It is handy to Riverside, the Square, the Hospital etc.

It’s very well located you can do anything walking since we are very near of CBD Park space is in the street and little dificulte to have one but since we opted for walk during our stay we parked the car and leave there in the same space for 3 days.

The clean cold be a little better has dirty dishes on the dish washer and one of the pillow cover has a mark on that.

Perfect for our family trip to Christchurch. The location is within walking distance of the city centre. Hadley Park is very close. Great facilities at the house. Comfortable beds. Super showers and bathrooms. It was all clean and well maintained. Excellent communication with the owner - who was so helpful. We had no problems parking nearby.

New apartment

Location was very central. 2 bathrooms was a plus. Nice modern facilities.

Parking was a nightmare. Unit is 3 stories, with steep narrow stairs, not suitable if you have any mobility issues.

The apartment was very clean. It was also very well situated to everywhere we needed to go while we were in Christchurch.

We stayed in this 3 storey townhouse for 2 nights. It has a master bedroom and ensuite in the top floor next to a small room with just a queen bed in it, then the middle floor has a very large bedroom and large separate bathroom. The beds were comfy and the location was great for everything. The lounge definitely needs a coffee table in front of the 2 sofas as there’s nowhere to put a drink except directly onto the carpet! The kitchen was very well equipped. The property is also very quiet. There are two flights of stairs in this house but this did not bother us as we’re all fit.

The small 3rd bedroom on the top floor only has a bed and wardrobe in it and no access to the bathroom on that floor except through the master bedroom. You can’t change the layout of course but that bedroom could be easily improved with a bedside table, bedside lamp, a mirror and access to a power socket near the bed.

Walking distance to the cbd. Accessible parking. Large warm home, Great for a family group.

The accommodation was such great value for money. Amenities were great! Great location. Walking distance to some cafes and restaurants.

Apartment was modern, spacious and comfortable, easily accommodating 3 x adults. Breakfast was never part of the deal, so not applicable.

It's hardly worth mentioning, but no milk in frig and lounge doesn't have a coffee table. The location was pretty good, but not within a dining area, something, however, that we were aware of when we booked. However, the kitchen was a great facility in itself if we wanted to cook.
