Reviewed Jan 22, 2026Location is good. The view from the room is good.
1. The check in and check out is such a hassle. You need to meet the cohost even when you have a super early flight. There’s no option of leaving the key on a box. 2. There are so MANY COCKROACHES in the unit. It is all over the living room and toilet. 3. There was a pungent smell as we walk in the door of the unit. 4. The security guard and staff are extremely rude. 5. I don’t feel safe as I felt like someone was trying to open the door twice in my 1.5 days of stay there (1 night) 6. The tv is facing the sink and the couch is next to the tv so it is impossible to be comfortable while watching some movies on a night in. Overall, I have a very bad experience at this place and do not recommend.

Reviewed Dec 7, 2025After a tiring 10-hour trip from UAE, we were disappointed to be greeted by the co-host named “ROSELLE”, whose rude with sarcastic behavior made us feel unwelcome. We had booked the place for 4 days to relax during our stay but ended up leaving the next day because we couldn’t feel comfortable after what happened. There were also small cockroaches in the bathroom. Not recommended.

Very well furnished, equipped and impeccably maintained. Super comfortable and top quality. Swimming pool, gym and Shopping mall in the danger building complex so handyI definitely recommend!

Reviewed Sep 24, 2024In general a nice department in a big building with many of them. Easy access to transport (Metro, Transport Hub, Taxi), Restaurants and Convenience Stores. It is located in a busy area, so not quiet from outside traffic, however no noise from neighbours or similar. Good place to stay.
San Lorenzo Plaza has 4 Towers, each with its own Lobby. I was waiting in the wrong one ;-). The department is in Tower 4, so assure to be there for getting the key.

Reviewed Sep 4, 2024My son and I really love the view from the bedroom! The place have a lot of food establishments and there’s a grocery store nearby. There’s netflix and wifi. We chose this place because its near the Visa Center.
Maybe too early to check out, but over all its super fine!
