Reviewed Mar 11, 2026Lovely spacious apartment. All facilities were in a good working order, tidy and neat. The host is an absolute pleasure to communicate with and very tentative to any suggestions. The combo washing machine was a great addition especially with a baby around.
Unfortunately the scenic view from the bedroom that overlooks the open space across is becoming a dumping site. The outside coffee table on the balcony perhaps needs some attention/ repair.

Reviewed Feb 9, 2026Beautiful, modern, clean and convenient apartment. Communication with host was excellent. They assisted with bedding for my daughter on the couch as well. Walking distance to Sunbet Arena. I can highly recommend these apartments if you are attending an event or visiting Time Square and do not want to use a car.
Check in took a while, but i presume that was because of the event held at Time Square.

Reviewed Jan 23, 2026Had an amazing stay at Unit 505 Menlyn Maine Apartment! 😊 The unit is well-equipped with all kitchen appliances, crockery, and cutlery - made cooking a breeze! 🍳 The bedding was super clean and comfy, bathroom was spotless and fantastic, and the lounge area with Smart TV was 👌. Sleeper couch. Aircon worked like a charm and the washing machine with laundry essentials was a bonus! 👍 Love the desk and dinner table in open plan living space.Highly recommend this place for a comfy and hassle-free stay. They have add ons for smaller kids like fold away.

Reviewed Sep 15, 2025The location is excellent, very close to restaurants and shops and the view is nice. The apartment is very neat with quality kitchen utensils and the linen is of good quality and very clean. The owner is responsive and helpful. We had an enjoyable stay!
Nothing much except that the handle for the water tap in the kitchen needs to be fixed. It keeps falling off when you open or close the water.

We had to drive around a bit to find the correct building as the address entered into Google Maps, took us to the shopping centre and not the correct building.

TV service was not available. Only some online apps installed on TV Stan was not available for download on TV. Was told that if I had a DSTV account I could log in but I am an overseas traveler and don't have such account. The smell of the floor polish that is used in the corridor is overpowering and not pleasant as you smell it the whole time

The unit is large, the wifi is amazing, the unit has a study desk and backup power in the building. Reception is very helpful and kind. The owner responds basically immediately, support any needs within minutes and the service is exceptional. Collecting the keys upon arrival was a breeze, and check in and check out is super-fast and efficient. The unit is 5-star plus.
I liked everything. The bed is comfortable, large, the equipment is of best quality, and everything is in new status. The room is large with lots of space.

I liked everything in the unit, everything is brand new status, the room is large, well maintained super secure building in prime location and the only recommendation i have is that the dining suite can be upgraded to match the exceptional quality throughout the aprtment.
