Toilet is small and bedroom bed was noisy to sleep on as there are sounds when movement is made. No cabinet to store clothes and toilet door and bedroom door cannot be locked. Building lift is old and slow and there are smoking smell along corridors

The location is the best close to all the good restaurants and the metro very accessible the room is big and the price is very reasonable

номер был просторный с проектором и огромной душевой комнатой, все прилично и чисто, вид из окна был не такой красивый, потому что нам достался номер с видом на балкон, выхода на балкон не было, а сам он не очень приглядный, но это ни чуть н помрачнело наше пребывание в номере, кровать мягкая и удобная, поспали прекрасно. место на пешеходных улицах, вышли ночью пройтись и было классно. Недалеко красивейший храм

в принципе ничего не смутило, за свои деньги прекрасный вариант) ну разве что ожидалось что-то более роскошное, как на фото, в целом все так и было, но само здание старенькое, со старым лифтом и все такое, но нас такое не смущает) тем более мы вообще не понимали как выглядит город, и все понятно совершенно) Наоборот специфический вай обеспечен)

Gorgeous room - comfortable pillows and bed. A table and chairs in the room which is convenient for working or eating. Great location, right on Beijing Road - lots of restaurants as soon as you come down from the hotel. There’s a fridge and a projector in the room. The staff were super friendly end helpful. I love that you don’t need a card to get into the room-you get a pin code for the door keypad at check in. The WeChat account that you add at check in responds to your queries quickly.

Хороший отель в самом оживленном районе. Древняя улица с древним храмом. Но довольно шумная улица и звук доносится до номера. В целом, номер приятный. Чистый, просторный. Есть чайник, холодильник. Все ванные принадлежности.

Шум с улицы. Нет европейских кафе, только китайские варианты еды. Веганам тут не место.

The location was amazing! Super close and convenient to many popular spots, and not too far of a walk from the closest train station.

I don’t have many complaints if any at all. For the price, I’m very happy with it.

with this price, the unit offers great value for money and very convenient access. Just downstairs are the shops, making it very convenient to buy or get food. What i like the most about this place is the digital lock. It doesn't use the key or card and whoever reaches home first won't be affected. It also doesn't require inserting a card for the electricity to work.

It is in Beijing Road, so lots of options to shop and dinner arround. Metro is at 15 minutes walk. Personal very kind and helpfull. Cheap fairs considering location and overall room size.

Shower room was too small, inefective courtain to retain water from spliting all over the restroom, bed was old with bent mattress and room was not very clean.

The room was nice, everything worked well. The bed was big and comfy :) Location is great, near Dafo temple which looks fabulous at night, not far from metro and Beijing road is just at the door. I felt comfortable. Super nice staff, thank you so much!

The elevator is taking too long to wait sometimes

Amazing and helpful staff. Always ready to help and the room was cleaned every single day. Free use of laundry machines, free water bottles. Everything was taken care of.

The location is very good it's close to Beijing Presbyterian Street. It's surrounded by food and a few malls. It's really a good place. The management came as soon as we called them to inform them that the lock was unable to be locked. There is also tea and coffee for us to bring back to our room to brew. I love the room especially the tatami and Japanese style where I can take photos and videos of it.

Room size very small. Don't have value for money. Description in booking.com and real room totally different. Room is so small for 3 person. Don't have even cupboard.

It is situated near a street market and malls.

I had booked, as per booking.com, a deluxe twin room which was supposed to be a spacious apartment with 4 beds and a sofa. When we arrived there, one the room was not spacious, only two beds in the room and no sofa as well. When checked with the reception, they said that they have no such apartment there. That from the clear wording ‘4 double beds’ implied four people can sleep in the room. After a lot of negotiation, we got another which was slightly larger but still no sofa. They tried to get us a sofa from another room but with the size of the room, the sofa would have been constricted. Also, the room service is very poor, only the beds were made, towels changed, and bottles replaced. The room was not swept in all the days we stayed there. Additionally, the beds in the room were very hard to sleep on. We were very disappointed as we had expected a spacious room with all the details mentioned in the description from booking.com.

As often happens in China you will find many smokers in the corridors even if there is a sign that smoke is forbidden. And also the furniture is a bit old but I can't complain about it, it is in line with the price

When I made the booking there was a washing machine listed as being in the room but when I got there this was a surprise to the staff who told me there was a laundry room when I showed them that there should be a washing machine in the room they where prepared to put me in a bigger room and move a washing machine into it. This was an extraordinary offer to make. However, I did decide it was not necessary. The room was comfortable, and the laundry was good. I doubt that many other hotels would be prepared to put a washing machine in a room even when the room description was wrong.

There was no Rolls Royce to pick me up at the airport. 🤣😂

The location is great. For the price the room is very spacious.

There was no hot water in my room for the duration of the stay. The staff was ok, but there were some miscommunications.
