Place has so much potential and with new ownership it could be great.

Disgusting. First walk in to see the big skyline view but the glass is full of thick smudges of some substances, which are impossible to miss, clearly across the room. Then I notice cheap air fresheners all over the place. Why? To fight the smell of the sewage coming from the bathroom. The glass shower door looked like it had not been cleaned in years. It’s so obvious, and yet ignored. If they can’t do the obvious, what don’t I see that isn’t being taken care of? Booked for 5 nights, yet there was only enough soap for two. There’s a lamp, whose wire runs under the bed to the outlet, for which the plug does not match the outlet and the wire on the lamp has been retaped with electrical tape. Not only is that a fire hazard but how cheap can you be? It’s embarrassing. No soap or a drying rack for the washer and I found out why. The washer leaks all over the floor as the drain filter has never been cleaned or replaced. Broken furniture, decrepit walls, holes in sheets, damp towels left to dry in the closet for future guests. A lot of this has been said to them before in the reviews, and you can see how combative and accusatory the tenant is. I booked five nights and left after two. Been traveling for months throughout Asia. This place is the worst.

Absolute paradise! Probably the best view in all of KL. The whole complex is new, most apartments are still e pty which I don‘t understand. All the amenities are great, huge pool and whirlpool, gym nice gym and yoga studio. Big game room etc. the apartment is beautiful too and again.. that view!! On top of a big nice mall, which seems to struggle unfortunately, most shops are empty but still enough shops, groceries and restaurants. It‘s a bit outside the city but very easy accessible by metro, and I prefered it over the centre bc it‘s more quiet and the view is much better. Good communication with the owner, all very safe and uncomlicated. 100% recommend.

Bathroom drain smelled quite bad, the wi-fi barely worked in the room and unfortunately there is no wifi in the common areas. The room key card didn‘t work well either. But other than that all perfect

Although they offered a refund for five nights, no proof of this was ever provided, and our concerns remained unaddressed. To make matters worse, my credit card was charged for six nights despite us staying only one. This host’s lack of professionalism and poor communication make this a place I strongly recommend avoiding

Everything was absolutely amazing! Since we booked our stay, they host was responsive and was there to help out with any questions we had. The view from the apartment is amazing and is definitely the best apartment in Malaysia!

Location & lovely apartment

What a wonderful stay @ Datum apartment.. extremely comfortable, clean, contemporary furnishings & a wonderful view of city from 36th floor & surrounding area. The pool & amenities were 5 star. Light rail to KLCC on your doorstep .. Highly recommend.. Thank You for the opportunity

The hosts are very nice and very helpful. The location is superb just 5 mins to KLCC by train. A lot of restaurants and local shops nearby even the shopping mall just under the property.

The hostess was really friendly and very responsive. The location was easy to reach. We mostly traveled with Grab but the LRT station is really close by. The appartement itself is good. It's big and has everything you need. The view is spectacular and the swimming pool is also really nice. I have the feeling that a lot of the appartement in the complex are empty so you have the swimming pool for yourself. The shopping mall is great for a quick lunch, getting cash or buying groceries. The shops itself are not that great.

The bathroom smelled a little of drainage. Especially after showering. The big pillows were a little bit worn off, or looked that way. More towels would be nice.

Very clean, lots of amenities, fully equipped kitchen, spacious, on the light rail transport line, pool, gym, prompt response from staff and good directions for check in. View was just incredible day and night. Really great stay. Furniture was clean and comfortable and bonus was the washer/dryer. Most places we went only needed to take one train. Great food at the Nasi Kandar restaurant downstairs and a good Thai massage place and hairdresser upstairs. A couple of pharmacies and mini marts were very convenient.

The flat comes with full facilities even basic cooking ingredients that help us alot. Stunning awesome view make our vacation is chilling memories. The check in/check out process is also smooth and easily. I'm quite satisfied with contactless check in check out like this. Location is perfect with Datum Jelatek shopping mall is attached in resident building. Local Night market on Friday is a plus point for us with plenty of cheap delicious food and fresh fruits there. Overalls, we were pleasant to stay in here and definitely would like to book again in future if we ever thinking of staying in KL.

The flat comes with full glass that make it beautiful flat with incredible view anywhere of the flat. But it's thin glass of wall so noisy from LRT trains and traffic made me felt annoyed in my first day then later i got used to it so that's no longer issues. But i highly recommend you to carry earplugs to soundproof incase you are sensitive with noises and used to sleep in quiet space.

The unit is clean and really comfortable. The mall is just down the unit and super easy to access to shop and restaurants. I really enjoyed my stay and definitely will rebook again. Also, owner is fast response and super responsibility. Well done guys 👏👏

Nothing. It is a good location, as long as you understand that you’re in a busy city near light rail and highways. It’s normal to have traffic noise in such places but it wasn’t too bad. Wear ear plugs a day you’ll sleep fine.

Enjoyable stay at this comfortable, well maintained and clean apartment with wide ranging views of KL. Great to have a dining table which also served as a work table. Connections to the Datum Jelatek Shopping Centre ( alas the supermarket has ceased trading ) and the Jelatek Railway Station are excellent. Distant from core areas of KL. I used the train service every day. 24 hour security for apartment block . Will look forward to staying again.

Instruction booklets ( photocopies) for the appliances should be in the apartment: TV setup, washing machine, induction cooktop

All was perfect. Specially recommended the thai spa inside the mall. And eastern restaurant with delicious food on 2th floor. And the pool was really good, the new gym, very silent atmosphere for chilling. Interior was good. And sleeping there was peaceful.

We only stayed one night, but we liked the appartment very much. The self check-in is easy as you will get all the instructions before the arrival. The metro station is about 2 minutes away. Nice area, nice view, everything was ok!

Wow what an amazing accomondation! you have your own flat with a small kitchen and a washing mashine. amazing views from every window! on the 11th floor there is a huge swimming pool which feels like a private pool because not many people are using it and you can see the incredible skyline. the sky ring is also really awesome. you can be at the petronas towers in 10 minutes with the metro. totally recommended!

The house is clean. Has all the basic ammenities. Suitable for small families. Roy is very helpful too. Most important thing is the view is stunning. You can see the KL skyline standing majestically esp. at night. Will definitely come back.

The cuttleries is a bit dirty. Remember to clean it before use.

Everything's great! The place was wonderful with a great view. The unit was well equiped and clean. Parking is provided too. Especially like the ring observation deck which provides great photo memories. Even have a small mall downstairs which is great convenience.
