Che dire, Qin è stata semplicemente la persona che ci ha meglio accolti durante tutto il nostro viaggio in Cina. Sempre disponibile per qualsiasi richiesta. La struttura inoltre riserva scooter elettrici compresi nella tariffa (per chi ha almeno 2 notti prenotate) che sono fondamentali per visitare la città. La colazione prevede prevalentemente piatti cinesi, preparati al momento da Qin (piatti deliziosi!). Inoltre si trova pane tostato con burro, uova fritte e frutta fresca deliziosa. Prenotate senza pensarci, vi troverete divinamente.

Qin war eine hervorragende Gastgeberin die uns bei den Ausflügen unterstützte und kostenlos Roller zur Verfügung stellte. Auch das Frühstück aus gebratenen Nudeln fanden wir persönlich sehr gut.

Wir hatten uns einen direkten Ausblick auf den See erhofft. Leider blickten wir stattdessen auf ein hässliches Betongebilde, einen Parkplatz und ein unordentliches Erdbeerenfeld.

Everything about the property is exquisite. From the early communication with Qin, who was so helpful throughout our stay, gave us a free room update, to the pristine location of the accommodation, the beautiful furnishing & details and the delicious breakfast. The accommodation was a pure bliss and oasis. Qin was always so nice, always ready to help us, she even gave us a free bag of snacks when we left and ordered a taxi for us. I highly recommend this place if you want to have the perfect stay in Guilin.

Nothing, everything was perfect

Nous avons adoré cet établissement qui est situé dans un coin calme en face d’un lac et de collines. Notre chambre était spacieuse et donnait sur ce magnifique paysage apaisant. Nous avions du thé de qualité à disposition directement dans la chambre. Notre hôte Qin était extrêmement à l’écoute et généreuse. Elle nous a prêté un scooter, elle a lavé nos vêtements, elle nous aidé à commander de la nourriture et elle préparait un très bon petit déjeuner. Elle nous a aussi fait une attention pour notre lune de miel ! C’est une personne d’une gentillesse incroyable ! Enfin, l’établissement est à côté d’un petit terrain de football donc nous avons été jouer au foot avec des habitants de Guilin c’était super !

C’était peut être un peu loin de la ville mais l’établissement prête des scooters. Également il n’y a pas d’ascenseur mais il me semble qu’il y a des chambres au rez-de-chaussée si besoin

Beautiful property with a lovely view!!

Hotel pulitissimo e camere spaziose e belle. Proprietaria dell’albergo gentilissima e disponibile. Ci ha organizzato tutte le escursioni. Hotel fuori dalla città che però si raggiunge facilmente con il taxi che costa pochi euro. Peraltro la posizione dell’albergo è molto bella.

La colazione ha poche opzioni occidentali.

Qin was an amazing host. She could not do enough to help us. The hotel was in a beautiful lake side location just a few minutes walk from Reed flute cave. Free laundry service and free e bike rental are included. Great hotel with the personal touch and the gorgeous cat Meng Meng!

Die Managerin Qin sowie alle Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und bemüht.

* Die Lage ist zwar idyllisch an einem kleinen Tümpel, aber auch nicht romantisch oder schön, sondern einfach fernab von allem. Bei 6 und mehr Kilometern bis zu den gängigen Sehenswürdigkeiten helfen die zur Verfügung gestellten E-Scotter ungemein, allerdings wohnt man dennoch ziemlich ausserhalb. * Unser Zimmer, sowie der gesamte Wohntrakt, hat feucht-muffig gerochen, da es ein massives Feuchtigkeitsproblem gibt. Da hilft auch kein Vanille-Spray, welches ständig versprüht wurde. Die Wände in unserem Zimmer wurden mit Tapeten überzogen, damit man die riesigen Wasserflecken an den Wänden weniger sieht. Sämtliche Metallträger sind verrostet. Hier muss es eine Havarie gegeben haben, die nur kosmetisch behoben wurde. Dies ist gesundheitsschädigend! * Zu unserer großen Überraschung wird das Frühstück immer wieder gelobt. Wir empfanden das Frühstück als äußerst simpel und alles andere als vielfältig oder ansprechend. Es gab jeden Tag Banane, Wassermelone, Toastscheiben, Ei und tiefgefrorene Dumplings. Bitte nicht missverstehen, aber ein abwechslungsreiches Frühstück sieht anders aus. * Allgemein finden wir die Bewertungen für diese Unterkunft übertrieben hoch und das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt im Vergleich überhaupt nicht - diese Unterkunft ist unserer Meinung nach teuer!

Very nice room design, with a great location near a lake with a view of the mountains. Qin was a great host and made us feel very welcome. She also helped us arrange an excursion, recommended nearby restaurants, ordered food for us, and had our laundry cleaned. Our short stay at this hotel was one of the highlights of our China trip.

Il nostro soggiorno è stato perfetto sotto tutti i punti di vista. Avevamo una camera enorme, con un letto comodissimo, delle vetrate con una bella vista sulle montagne e sul vicino laghetto. Il bagno spazioso, dotato di tutto il necessario. La vera differenza la fa Qin, che vi assisterà in qualsiasi cosa abbiate bisogno. Per noi ha organizzato la crociera sul fiume, ci ha acquistato i biglietti per lo spettacolo Impression, e organizzato il rientro. Il giorno successivo avevamo una gita perfetta x 2 alle terrazze di Lonji. Al mattino prepara un'ottima colazione e il giorno della nostra partenza, visto che dovevamo lasciare l'albergo molto presto, ci ha preparato un pacchetto lunch per non lasciarci a pancia vuota. E' stata la miglior conclusione di un viaggio impegnativo per la Cina. Consigliato (super plus il servizio di lavanderia e la possibilità di utilizzare scooter elettrici!)

Nulla. Unica nota da tenere presente è che è posizionato in una zona defilata e tranquilla, quindi per trovare un po' di vita serve un mezzo di trasporto.

La persona che gestisce questa struttura mi è stata molto d'aiuto prima del mio arrivo a Guilin che, purtroppo, per colpa del tifone a Shanghai non c'è mai stato. La struttura mi ha rimborsato completamente il soggiorno. Grazie ancora e ci vediamo la prossima volta.

Non forniscono il pick-up da aereoporto/stazione, in futuro migliorerei questo aspetto.

La struttura si trova in una zona molto caratteristica e pacifica, lontana dal rumore cittadino. La camera era ampia e comoda e una nota di ringraziamento a Qin che è stata sempre molto gentile, disponibile e sorridente.

Great stay thanks to the wonderful host, who was extremely welcoming, kind, and helpful. She helped us arrange the rice terraces visit directly from the hotel, which was great (but overpriced).

The room could have been cleaner, and the location is a bit inconvenient for reaching Guilin city center.

Qin est une hote adorable toujours prête à rendre service. Hotel à taille humaine, situé près d'un lac. Très bons massages commandés au dernier moment. La chambre est spacieuse. Qin cuisine le petit déjeuner, attentive à nos demandes. Prêt de parapluie, linge lavé et séché dans la journée gratuitement, excellente adresse!

The owner was extremely friendly and welcoming (and Meng Meng the cat is beautiful and very cute). She took care of us like a mom, and even helped us out with patching up a wound when I got injured. The location is very pretty, right by a peaceful lake and just a few minutes walk from the Reed flute cave. Breakfast was extensive and nourishing and the bed was very comfortable.

The location is a bit removed from Guilin city center. This is not necessarily an issue: you can take an escooter for free or taxi to the city center for very cheap (about 10 yuan), but just worth knowing in advance. Another minor downside, is that the tour packages offered at the hotel, are somewhat expensive compared to tours available from other companies in the area.

Amazing stay at Secret Garden Lake Front! The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the free e-bikes made exploring easy. Loved the fantastic massage, and the staff was very accommodating. Highly recommended!

Она постоянно угощала нас свежими фруктами, а питьевая вода всегда была доступна в неограниченном количестве. Отель расположен в очень живописном и красивом месте с прекрасной атмосферой для отдыха. Особенно порадовала возможность бесплатно брать напрокат скутеры — это было очень удобно и значительно облегчило передвижение. Также здесь можно познакомиться с китайской культурой: при наличии времени гости могут принять участие в чайной церемонии и попробовать себя в каллиграфии — для этого всё предусмотрено. Единственное, о чём мы пожалели, — что наше пребывание оказалось слишком коротким. Здесь очень уютно, спокойно и комфортно, а отношение к гостям просто замечательное. Однозначно рекомендуем этот отель!

Потрясающий отель! Теперь понимаю почему такие положительные отзывы на букинге о нем. Останавливались там на три дня, байки дали бесплатно, накормили завтраком, угостили местным десертом. Хозяйка просто милейшая женщина, которая помогает абсолютно с любой вашей просьбой, посоветует куда сходить, а еще самостоятельно организовывает поездки) Все находится в доступности, прям напротив отеля сразу пещеры, рядом можно попить кофе, до города минут 10 на такси Сама живу в Китае, поэтому с точностью могу сказать, что отель стоит себя на все 200%, особенно такое теплое отношение и котик хозяйки мен-мен!)

We had a great time here. Our host was amazing and went to any extent to make our stay as comfortable as possible. There was also a lovely cat named mong mong who was super cute!

You feel yourself at home. Every question well solved. Great English spoken tourguide who has shown us places out of tourist areas. Hotel is 5 minutes drive from the center in a very calm place. Great for relaxing after a busy day. Chines Breakfast done freshly every morning. Had nice conversation with the owner.

Der Service ist ausgesprochen nett. Die Hotelmanager organisieren verschiedene Besichtigungstouren. Wir haben zwei Touren gebucht und waren sehr zufrieden. Wir waren zu zweit und wir konnten die Touren nach unseren Wünschen planen. Auch das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis war gut. Zum Frühstück gab es eine kleine Auswahl, die aber sehr lecker war. Man kann im Hotel auch mittags oder abends essen, es gibt sogar eine sehr leckere Pizza. Man kann dort auch Wäsche waschen und trocknen. DIe Lage ist sehr schön und ruhig.

Die Lage ist etwas abgelegen und man braucht ein Auto, um ins Zentrum zu kommen. Taxifahren (z.B. did) ist aber sehr günstig und komfortabel. Sonst war aber alles perfekt.

Super sød og hjælpsom vært, der også gerne hjalp med booking af aktiviteter, ture og transport. De havde også el scooter vi kunne låne, så man selv kan komme lidt omkring eller køre en tur ind til Guilin city. Maden var rigtig god, Menuen er primært lokale retter.

This is a small Hotel the rooms are big and well appointed and spotlessly clean . The staff go above and beyond to help you and are incredibly helpful and friendly. The breakfasts were good and very tasty . The area is quiet and beautiful and only a few minutes walk to some incredible caves . A taxi into town is just a short trip and costs 15-20yuan . We would definitely stay here again .

As luzes do quarto são muito fracas e deveria ter uma rede contra os mosquitos a porta da varanda do quarto. Só há 1ângulo do quarto em que a vista é bonita, a outra parte dá para um parque de estacionamento de carros!

Beautiful scenery from the room.

Sound of the air conditioner which couldn’t be turned off, even after removing the electricity card. There were mosquitoes in the night, so we plugged-in mosquito repellent after which we got to sleep. The corners/edges in the toilet weren’t very clean.

It is placed in a very serene and quiet area, very beautiful. The owner Qin is very kind and loves to talk and help about the things to do in the city!

Как же нам повезло выбрать такой замечательный отель! Вокруг красивый пейзаж, доброжелательные хозяева, удобство во всем. Нас встретили, быстро заселили. Номер чистый, опрятный, все что надо есть, подушки обалденные! Каждый день меняли полотенца, тапочки и все принадлежности были. завтрак отличный, арбуз, кофе, чай, пельмени, все есть чтобы не остаться голодными. Очень удобно расположен. С одной стороне живешь на природе, с другой до города 10 минут на такси. От отеля есть экскурсии, так же если возникают какие то вопросы, вам помогут их решить. Отель пет Френдли. Хозяйка замечательная, душевная женщина. Очень довольны нашем проживанием тут, такое ощущение что съездили к родственникам на дачу! Всем рекомендую! 想替我向萌萌小猫问好！

Qin, the host, is the most sweet person that we met in our trip in China, no doubt about it! Her hotel is a lovely place to stay, in a quiet area of Guilin center. Our room was very clean, comfortable, spacious and with a beautiful view to the mountains. Breakfast also was lovely, we do recommend to try the hand-made osmanthus jam, delicious! The hotel offers many other services as well. This hotel is super recommended if you're looking for a place to stay in Guilin. Xièxiè Qin! 😄

El hotel está ubicado en una zona tranquila enfrente del lago, hemos disfrutado de los paseos mezclándonos con la gente del lugar, la dueña del hotel nos gestionó las excursiones sin tener que salir , nos hacía el favor de llamar al taxi y lo pagaba ella porque nosotros no llevamos la tarjeta Alipay y no admitían la visa ni efectivo, ella nos lo cargaba a la habitación , hemos tenido un trato muy amable

This was genuinely one of the best stays I’ve ever had. As a solo traveller, the hotel was extremely well organised, offering support with scooters, taxis, and bookings, including my day trip to Yangshuo. The room itself was excellent. It was spacious, very comfortable, and had amenities that exceeded expectations, offering outstanding value for money. What truly made the experience exceptional, though, was Qim. Her generosity, home cooked meals, and genuine hospitality went far beyond expectations. The combination of excellent organisation, a fantastic room, and outstanding personal care made Secret Garden Hotel an unforgettable place to stay, and I couldn’t recommend it highly enough. Special thanks to Qim for her kindness and generosity, which truly made this stay stand out.

- la gentillesse et le personnel incroyablement disponible et aimable ! Nous vous recommandons vivement cet hôtel. Pour notre départ tôt le matin vers la gare, on nous avait préparé un panier repas ! - il est possible de laver ses vêtements : lave linge, lessive et sèche linge. - les repas sont excellents. Nous avons petit déjeuner et le dîner. - la literie est confortable, la salle de bain est sublime. Nous n’avons pas manqué d’équipement durant notre séjour.

Hôte adorable, très à l'écoute et toujours prête à rendre service. Elle nous a organisé des sorties pour les rizières et la visite d'une culture de thé. Nous conseillons vivement cet établissement. Le lit et l'oreiller étaient très confortables et moelleux.

L'hôtel est décentré et il faut prendre un Didi ou un taxi pour rejoindre le centre, mais en contrepartie, il est très calme.

La propriétaire à été très à l’écoute, nous étions une grande famille, elle nous as demandé si nous avions des vêtements à lavé car elle avait discerné qui nous venions d’un grand périple (nous étions 9) laver, sécher Et quand nous avions voulons payer, elle nous a dis que c’etait pour nous souhaiter la bienvenue. Nous avions nos beaucoup apprécié cette marque d’attention. Et après nous a organiser la suite de nos parcours en nous proposant des taxis.

El trato del personal tanto el de la mañana como la mujer de la tarde, súper súper acogedores. Nos aconsejaron súper bien con las excursiones que hicimos, nos tramitaron todo. Además, el día de salida nos ayudaron a bajar las maletas, nos trataron como si fuéramos de su familia. Sin lugar a dudas repetiremos :)

The hotel is lokated about 500 m from the famous Reed Flute Cave at the outskirts of Guilin. To the city center it is a 15 minutes ride by Didi taxi. The staff was super friendly. Free drinking water, free dry cleaning, excellent breakfast. They were helping with organising the River Li tour, free e-scooter to drive around.

The breakfast was really good, as well as the massage services. I only stayed for a single night but I am definitely wishing that I could have stayed for longer.

I recently stayed at this hotel, from the moment I checked the owner provided the highest level of service. She was so kind end thoughtful and provided lots of useful advice on sights to see and thing to do in the area. As well as being extremely comfortable and excellent value for money, the food is fantastic, it's cooked with local produce and creates authentically Chinese dining experience during each meal. I thoroughly enjoyed my time at this hotel and the owner made my stay extra especial, I would encourage everyone to stay here during a visit to China.

Das Hotel war in einer schönen ruhigen Umgebung. Die Betreiberin war sehr herzlich und hat sich gut um die Gäste gekümmert. Das Zimmer war gross und sauber. Im Bett gab es eine wärmende Unterlage, die sehr angenehm war.

Entgegen der versprochenen Seesicht gab das Zimmer nur Sicht auf eine Erdbeerplantage. Im Badezimmer war es kühl und die Badewanne liess sich nur äusserst langsam auffüllen. Dass die Betreiberin alleine im Hotel war, reduzierte die Geschwindigkeit von gewissen Dienstleistungen. Das Hotel hat auch leider zu viele Fotos von buchbaren Aktivitäten anstelle von Bildern des Hotels selbst.

My son and I had the most wonderful stay here. The owner is super nice and helpful, and she made sure we had freshly cooked food to eat as a vegan and a vegetarian. This was especially nice when we arrived in town later at night! The hotel is very beautifully designed and comfortable. The location is amazing - close to the city centre by taxi but located within a quiet town. Thank you to the owner and her cat Mengmeng for a wonderful stay!
