The property is really good It’s just the caretaker of the unit is …if she just keep the talking a little less and short not all is necessary to be said right? And not all occupants have the time while in the Philippines

Les climatiseurs font du bruit, il faudrait rajouter un ventilateur et ce serait parfait.

Reviewed Nov 21, 2025This is our second stay with the owner and the co-host. The property is very spacious and have all that you need, a mall downstairs, parking and very accessible to everything. It has 2 bedroom, 2 bath, a spacious living area, high speed internet and Netflix. The owner and the co-host are very accommodating. My family is enjoyed their stay here!

The living room is not centralized aircon its hot if fan is off. So we need to open both rooms with full air conditioning. Almost last day one restroom got clogged so we tried to overnight yo clean and flush it

When we arrived the unit Stinks smell fish someone cooked badly got headache all night 3 of us. I saw some flies inside and cockroaches too in the living room 🥲We got out to buy air freshener and stay outside for few hours because of bad smell.Advice not to provide cooking or remove portable burner in the unit be considerate to the next guess please 🙏

Due to no wifi, and poor instructions the process of locating the keys was very difficult and only rectified with the assistance of a friendly local who used his phone to make contact with the property owner.

Reviewed Dec 2, 2024This place was great! It’s spacious and great for 3-4 people. There you have everything you need for comfortable stay. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room and a kitchen. There is also a gym and pool which we didn’t try this time. It’s on top of the shopping mall, so you have supermarket and restaurants really nearby. The staff were great as well as the lobby guards. Only 15 min from/to airport by car.
The is not much to do or see nearby but with a taxi you can go different places. Note that the traffics are quite bad in Manila. AC was a bit loud but there are also some fans.

cockroaches seen inside unit, stinky manila air when going outside, have to pay 500 pesos to caretaker- in-charge for a claimed missing USB charger plug upon checkout, which tantamount to accusing us of stealing something from the unit. We didn't pay attention to this negligible devices but they insist we're not clear for release while time was wasted in checking in for our planned flight.
