Is a not flat for 4 people. As a two bedroom flat. One double bed, one single and one have to sleep on the sofa in the living room. But is not prepared for sleep.

Goede locatie. Zwembad waar je gratis naartoe kan (bij aankomst krijg je tickets van de host). Supermarkt en restaurants op de begane grond. Heel mooi uitzicht. Klein appartement maar van alle gemakken voorzien!

Nagenoeg geen licht in de woonkamer, je kijkt recht in het huis van de buren.

L'appartement se situe dans un quartier sympathique et dans un immeuble de standing. La propriétaire et son assistante sont très réactives et gentilles. L'appartement était bien équipé et propre. Il se situe juste au dessus d'un petit centre commercial avec des restaurants. L'appartement dispose d'une belle vue sur Manille

L'accès à la piscine est payant. Et une des piscines étaient fermées.

Ein schön eingerichtetes Appartement im 57. Stock in einer gated community im Stadtteil Makati mit zwei Schlafzimmern, Wohnzimmer, kleiner Küche und AC. Vom Flur vor dem Appartement kann man übrigens hervorragend den Sonnenuntergang über der Bucht von Manila genießen. In der Anlage gibt es unter anderem einen Swimmingpool zum Relaxen, außerdem eine Mall mit Restaurants (Tipp: unbedingt ins Sushi-Restaurant gehen) und Supermarkt. Durch die anwesende Security haben wir uns immer sicher gefühlt. Eine LRT-Bahnstation ist gut zu erreichen. Die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin war hervorragend. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohlgefühlt. Gerne wieder!

Apartment was perfect for me and my daughter. Owners communication was amazing and respectful. Will be booking again when we visit next Views were amazing and food and things to do were close by. Apartment was clean, well stocked and all needs were met. Cannot wait too book again

The night city view from main bedroom

Was a terribly bad experience for me unfortunately. So read this before you book this place or any place which is privately hosted in Metro Manila. Starting with the wifi, there was none available. No TV. Owner said it was going to be fixed but after a day, it wasn't. I was not notified about this at all, guess the owner waited for me to find out 🤔 Found a bad smell in the 2nd bed room on the first night. Thought if I open up the windows a little bit, it will go away. Well, it didn't. Instead, it started to get worse. By the next morning, it was unbearable. I went out for shopping and when I came back after 3 hours of sitting in the traffic, exhausted, opened up the door while the caretaker was standing there (which I appreciate that she waited for me about an hour while I was stuck in the traffic), we couldn't breathe. Even she didn't say anything comforting. I packed my bag in 5 minutes and left. It wasn't rocket science for me to understand that this wasn't a 5 minutes or an hour fix no matter how much the owner claims. This was a sewage leak on the 57th floor. We walked 25 minutes in the wet weather with the family with 5 luggages because there were no taxi or grab or any public transport available due to the heavy traffic on the road. I won't forget that painful experience. For a 3 days stay, I didn't get any refund from booking for the 2 nights that we couldn't stay. Big clap for them. 👏 This is understandable as they make money from the properties and clearly not very keen to help the customers. One goes, another will come. We go places for holidays and presumably, we are rich. Good luck guys !!!

This is our second stay at E & T Homecations. We had a fantastic stay at E & T Homecations! From the moment we arrived, we were pleasantly surprised by the thoughtful touches and warm hospitality. One of the highlights was the lovely welcome gift – such a kind gesture that immediately made us feel at home. The complimentary access to the swimming pool was a huge bonus. It was clean, relaxing, and perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. We were also really grateful for the extended checkout, which gave us extra time to relax and enjoy our last morning without feeling rushed. The apartment itself was modern, cozy, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The smart TV was great for winding down in the evenings with some Netflix or YouTube, and the complimentary bottles of water were very much appreciated – especially after traveling. Everything was spotless, the décor was stylish yet comfortable, and the location was convenient. E & T Homecations clearly puts thought and care into every detail of the guest experience. We truly felt valued and well taken care of. Highly recommend staying here – we’ll definitely be back on our next trip! Thank you again for making our stay so enjoyable.

Our 4-day stay at E&T Homecations was absolutely exceptional! From the moment we arrived, we felt completely at home. The apartment is beautifully maintained and thoughtfully equipped with everything you could possibly need. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the essentials and more, making it incredibly easy and enjoyable to prepare meals. We especially appreciated the Nespresso machine, which made mornings even more delightful. The inclusion of a washing machine was a huge bonus for us during our extended stay, allowing us to travel light and stay fresh throughout. Every detail in the home reflected comfort and quality. It was spotless, cozy, and felt like a true retreat. The location was also fantastic – peaceful yet conveniently close to everything we needed. E&T Homecations exceeded our expectations in every way. Owner & her assistant were xtremely supportive & helpful at anytimes. Location was great & the apartment was very clean. We were also be able to checkout later since our flight was at 7.40 pm. Thank you tenants & her assistant.

I like the place is near at Makati center & the host is very nice & accommodating, very nice & friendly.

Great location for access to the Makati CBD and Ayala. The view from the master Bedroom was fantastic.

Building security personnel did cause some issues and the rooms were probably better suited to a small family than work colleagues. Its quite cozy, so something to consider.

The view was amazing and the beds really really comfortable. The TV offered Netflix and our son didn’t wanna leave the room to go sightseeing. Small kitchenette with fridge useful!

The bathroom was a bit small, but not really an issue.
