2BRs City View in the HEART of SAIGON - Free Infinity Pool

Key ok to collect. 7/11 downstairs

TV did not work for 5 days. They only fixed it at the end of our trip. Also as this is part of apartments, and the apartment does not allow the rooms to be used as holidays motels, the security staff and swimming staffs dont treat these people properly. They are bit rude to travellers.

Nothing specific. It was a ok stay. Staff attended the problem quickly

Location isnt great, still distant from main places Towels were old and stained Kettle, washing machine all got stains and did not feel like to use It was hard to contact the property, their responses are so poor before getting to the apartment.

Location was great, the room was super nice and very clean, the staff was super nice. I prolonged by a couple of nights as it was very good

Really enjoyed staying overnight. Staff made us feel very welcome. This was a very short stay to enjoy local walks. The hotel completely met my needs.

Very nice and big rooms. Apartment type with beautiful interiors. The living room area is wide and cozy especially if you are expecting to host many guest.

Very clean, and cozy. Made my stay very worth in comfort, the staff were very patient and worked really quick. Very comfortable and affordable!

The apartment staff are very friendly, and the apartment it self and rooms are very clean! It’s a very value for money choice!! Also very spacious and comfortable rooms!

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Close to eating venues and city. Fantastic location, with excellent staff who go out of their way to help when needed. I've stayed there multiple times now and it's been great each time.

Best stay ever, host was very helpful

That we couldn't stay for a long period of time

Clean with everything one would need for an overnight stay and very friendly staff! Very practical and efficient place for a stop on a long road trip.

Well located hotel with caring staff The location. Size of rooms. Friendly and outgoing staff. Very good located

Staff per disponibilità e gentilezza. La posizione dell'hotel e' molto interessante, al centro di una strada alberata molto bella.

Good location, nicely managed room and client friendly staff. High quality with low price. I wanna book again next time.

The one bedroom apartment had everything we needed and was spotlessly clean. The staff are very friendly. Clean , modern& well equipped

The location was great and I appreciate the ease of check-in/out process. All staff were extremely helpful with anything. Absolute gem!

The room was very nice, the bed was comfy and fluffy . The stuffs very friendly and nice. Beautiful hotel boutique, so fancy.

The apartment was perfect, well equipped and very spacious. It is in a perfect location for enjoying the beauty of Ho Chi Minh. Fantastic staff, great location, and lots of room!

Our apartment was nice, cozy and the location was so nice. So much to see and it wasn't too busy. The staff were very helpful and nice. Bed was really comfortable!

Room and bed comfy, location central and easy to find our way around. Staff were lovely and helpful. Central location, Clean property. Helpful staff.

Location is amazingly convenient. For a couple its actually also super good, since the space is more than enough.

clean property easy access and location

none, everything was in order and clean and tidy. only thing si the use of lifts, or when order food online, they cant bring it to the floor, as they are not allowed to enter in the building. which is safe bu annoying bit.

Everything about this hotel is excellent. It's in a great location. Very comfortable and spacious room. Highly recommended.

An enjoyable stay, we particularly enjoyed the outdoor swimming pool. Our flight landed in the early morning, we were very tired he has been very kind to let us check in early.

Great location and a really lovely vibe. Homey and welcoming lobby. Great design. Would stay here again!

Top service, clean and well equipped rooms with nice view. Wonderful rooftop pool. I can highly recommend staying there while visiting HCM

Amazing experience amazing service! The apartment's pool is large, beautiful and with a really impressive view, amazing staff, in short, highly recommended

Excellent location, very warm and friendly staff, very large bedroom with nice view.

The staff were genuinely lovely and were very attentive to our needs, and very friendly. nice swimming pool, very good value for money

Clean and perfect location. Staffs were really friendly. Enjoyed staying at this place. The location of the apartment is perfect for all major attrcations

We really enjoyed our stay. Pool was the perfect temperature on the hot days and nights. The staff are incredible!

l liked the location, price, view, and the fact that the onsite host did attempt to address our concerns to his ability, even having the AC repaired. Also, the bedding was comfortable.

Long list: host was unresponsive by phone, email, or WhatsApp prior to our arrival causing a very long wait to get checked in; the apartment was generally dirty and in need of significant repairs; All 3 A/C units were leaking condensation on the floor and cooling poorly (one was repaired); the refrigerator did not cool at all; the laundry machine left our clothes covered in some crud; towel racks had fallen off walls; use of the pool was so restricted as to be very inconvenient

Clean, comfortable & excellent value. Staff were excellent & friendly. Great location and very clean.

Staff are very nice and professional. Room is good, we really like the shower. Great location.

Excellent location, close to many food places, public transport stops, mini convenience shops. Had all listed amenities. Good wi-fi.

Our room was large, clean, and very comfortable. The apartment staff were very friendly and helpful. We had a great 3 days relaxing and enjoying the area and would certainly book here again.

The exterior is beautiful, and the location is great to explore the city. Staff were friendly. Amenities were great and any requests handled very well.

We got an extra bedroom and place was large.

Cleaners dropping off cleaning items at the apartment an hour and a bit before checkout. Also advertised as district 1 but it is actually disrict 4.

Location was good.

The day before I was due to arrive I received a message from the host saying I cold cancel since the place was under repair and not available. He offered a different place in the same building. It was a much lower quality than originally booked but we had to move after three nights. The AC didn’t work well in one bedroom. No consideration for our needing to move was made. The original place was ok but one bed was no more than a. Futons mattress on a platform. It was very uncomfortable

The room was also very well done, felt very luxurious. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The hotel was able to provide use with early check in which was nice.

Central location, just across the river from District 1. Great pool. Big, modern apartment.

The location was perfect and minutes from the main square. The staff were always helpful when we asked any questions. The size of the apartment we stayed in was huge!

Liked- location, having the freedom of an apartment rather than a hotel room when travelling with children, good air con, pool was ok. Disliked-lots of it was a bit grubby, crockery, cutlery and glasses were dirty and one glass was cracked, very hard and uncomfortable beds, security staff were unfriendly. Need to know-this is a privately owned apartment, there is no reception desk and nowhere to check in. You are relying on the owner meeting you (which is problematic if your phone does not work in Vietnam). The security guards outside the apartment were rude and told us to leave. We repeatedly rang the phone number on the booking and there was no answer.

Clean, great views and well equipped apartment

Good, comfortabel, welcome, Nice and quiet.

Location was great, room was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed.

Rooms are spacious and staff are amazing.

Loved the view of river from. 19th floor! Location was great. 15 mins walk along river to D1. Apartment had everything we needed and staff were so responsive. Shops on ground floor to buy things.

Very little. It was great. Some kitchen presses need repair. Water not very hot in shower.

Good modern room. Great view swimming pool.

It was perfect, the apartment staff treated me like family, took care of everything I needed. The room was great with a stunning view. I wholeheartedly recommend staying at this apartment. Thank you very much for everything, I will definitely come back here again.

Liked the location. Beautiful to look through the window. Nice, spacious room. Good communication.

The view from the apartment

Didn’t like most things. It was dirty, the kitchen was falling apart, no pots or pans or plates or anything. You had to request half an hour before you could get to the pool. Didn’t get a response when asked for an extra cup there was only two cups, but 3 people) Overall a bad experience.

Location very good , we arrived two hours before check in and staff was very kind to let us store our luggage so we could go out while we waited to check in, location was amazing, right next to food market, coffe shops and convenience stores aplenty, would recommend.

Cleanliness & the air conditioner is very cool.

Excellent location. View of city and balcony. Lovely all room. Very friendly accommodating staff. Great security

Very clean room and bathroom. Cool views of the city. Friendly staff. Pleasantly surprise how they clean it is.

Location is great, view was enjoyable

When we arrived it was not so easy to check in, our host at first didn’t answer the phone and the guard didn’t let us to come in, so we had to wait outside. TV did not work.

I stayed for one night to celebrate my friends birthday and we were made to feel so welcomed and greatly appreciated the free upgrade and the lovely cake gesture.

The location is nice and apartment is spacious.

The first apartment we got assigned did not look like the pictures at all. We had to stay there for a night before they moved us to another apartment that met the description. We were offered a small refund but not much in comparison to this issue, they should have waived the fee for that night. The apartment itself is not super clean as you would expect. There were no major issues but it doesn’t meet the description in terms of kitchen and washroom. There is a 3% additional charge if you want to pay by card. This is not mentioned anywhere. If you want to use the pool, you’ll have to let the staff now before hand. The pool is very crowded as it’s for the entire apartment block, so you’ll have to go early if you want to have a relaxing swim. There are very limited beds as well.

The location is perfect, it’s comfortable and clean and secure. Quiet for the location and they are prompt about communicating. Great location Super clean

Amazing facilities and location, we were within walking distance of everything. Very nice room with view at the indoor yard.

It was all setup and ready for us. It was in a very good location. Everything was excellent! Very clean apartment and very friendly staff who helped me a lot. Thanks! I'll stay there again

Great views & nice and quiet. Spacious apartment and easy to access Ben Thanh area by Grab.

Futon bed was a mattress on the floor. A bit of a pain to have to text owner every time you wanted to use pool. Limited plate’s & cutlery and no tea towel.

Good location and helpful manager. Security at the front of the building so it’s quite safe and secure.

We found the linen (especially the linen for the futon) was dirty and we washed it again prior to using. The extra towels we ordered smelt like vomit, it was horrendous. Washed those straight away as well. Otherwise everything was great

Perfectly located with easy access, this property stands out for its cleanliness and spaciousness. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances and utensils you could need. The bed is wonderfully comfortable, and the large, fluffy bath towels add a touch of luxury. The location is unbeatable—close to everything you need. To top it off, the manager was exceptionally kind and always ready to assist, making the stay even more enjoyable.

Welcoming and cooperating nature of the host . Easy to contact the host. Clean and spacious apartment I can vouch for it .

Comfortable appt Host able to let us put our bags in his office after check out

Host communication very late to confirm access, even suggested we stay elsewhere as er had asked if the pool was available for late check in. Large cocktiacj on bathroom

John is super friendly and helpful

Beds are quite hard

Great location with several convenience stores on the ground level. Rooms were quiet. Lovely pool. Good facilities, including a washing machine.

The location was super convenient and the value for money was great. The staff were also very helpful and amiable.

Location was good. Property was true to photos, staff were exceptional very kind and helpful was a pleasure to stay.

Nothing was all as standard advertised

Good location, warm, clean and good value for money. Great for a night or two. Location very good, the buildings layout is unique. Welcoming vibes! Lovely staff.

We have stayed in two different apartments here. Both with stunning views of the city/river & a balcony. Also with a washing machine so could wash clothes & hang outside to dry. One apt was fine. The other was gorgeous. Just presented differently. Wifi was easy to access. Easy to check in even after hours (ask for instructions before you fly if arriving from internationally & may not have connectivity). Travel tips: you will have seen people mention Grab. It’s like Uber for Vietnam. Suggest download app prior to arrival. From airport to apartment is ~10USD equivalent (paid in dong of course)

Things to know: It wasn’t specified in the listing but paying by c card is an extra 3%. That needs to be either worked into the listed price or at the least clearly stated on the booking.com listing. The listing is for two double beds & a futon. There is a futon/foam mattress present but no bedding for it. Apparently if you want this, should request it ahead of time. Pool is lovely. But note open 10-7 (& need to register each time w concierge present). Not technically in District 1: it’s in District 4 if that’s important to know.

The location of the apartment and near all attractions the cleanliness the view from the room, staff very helpful, very central location

The Host was extremely responsive, kind & helpful during our stay, going far beyond what's expected! The flat is spacious with all basic amenities (incl access to rooftop pool & gym) & yhe view from our 22nd floor apartment was stunning.

The location claims it's district 1, but is really closer to D4, so it's a 10min taxi ride to D1. The room was only superficially cleaned with many many hairs of different length & textures all over the apartment...

To be honest nothing.

The name of the accomodation booked was not the name of the building so confusing to locate. There was no reception at the apartments & a phone call was required to meet with the person managing the apartment, who took around 10 mins to arrive. Not ideal after a a flight to wait in the heat. A 12pm check in was confirmed with the booking, & we did not get access to the apartment until 1.20pm. The apartment was basic, old & not very clean. There was no hot water for showers , the TV didn’t work & a phone call required to the person managing the apartment to give access to the pool area. Would not recommend this accommodation.

The room was very clean, and it was cleaned every day. The staff were very helpful and pleasant. Staff in the restaurant was very nice and the room had everything we needed

We had a family room with a balcony. The room is spacious and comfortable. Staff is very nice and helped us to organize tours. They suggested things to do and places to eat and other useful information.

The apartment staff are amazing! Very central. Spacious rooms and luxurious. Exceptional, staff were very attentive and helpful.

Apartment was clean, great view, comfy beds, beautiful bathrooms, several minimarts downstairs, quiet and felt very safe. Found a row of street food including amazing Pho and noodles just around the corner as well as Maccas. 10min walk across the bridge to District 1 streetfood area south of Bui Vien. Very easy to catch grabs to get to other sites in district 1. Pool was amazing. The host, John, is very friendly and helpful

The only thing that could have been communicated better was logisitcs around the pool and gym. It turns out we need to meet the host at the pool every time we want too swim (and residents only after 5pm), and only residents can use the gym. This meant on day 1 we were waiting at the pool for 1.5 hours to get in touch with the hosts. Once we worked this through, the host John was very prompt to meet us at the pool for the next few days.

Good location, nice host, good size room.

There are ants in the apartment bathroom and one of the bed room

It was in a decent location, Clean, Friendly staff, Decent sized room, Good view from hotel room

Almost everything, great family room, great service and super clean. Was great and having a fun of staying at the hotel.

Central and easy to walk to places of interest. Loved the 7/11 at the bottom. The pool was awesome
