Located in the middle of the town center, close to everything in minutes walk, very available and emphatic staff, very reasonable price

It’s located in front of a church that ring bells every hour of the day and starts in uncomfortable hour like 6 AM. It was our unwanted morning alarm so it was uncomfortable and a disadvantage, although one can get used to it after few nights.

J'ai voyagé, j'ai passé de nombreux séjours en hôtel ou Airbnb mais jamais eu ces qualités de prestations. Le grand luxe. N'Hésitez pas. Petit bonus si vous prenez le petit-déjeuner inclus : ils sont en collaboration avec des petites restaurations et cela nous permet de découvrir des adresses 😉 Prestations de qualité !

Súper fácil el proceso de check in. Las instrucciones son muy claras y el acceso desde el aeropuerto es sencillo en transporte público. La zona es muy segura y tiene varios cafés y restaurantes de categoría cerca. Su ubicación estratégica permite ir caminando a Syntagma, Monastiraki, Acropolis, Plaka, entre otros sitios de interés.

very good location, 8-10 min. walk either from Syntagma or Monastiraki station. While very central, the location next to a quiet rode is okay. Check-in is digital (via codes), which helps with late-check-in. Check-out is by 11 and there is a storage at the facility for luggage. Coffee and goodies are provided in the apartment. Good airconditioning and wifi.

Not good insulation from inside the building, you can hear people come and go (esp. the door code beeps), or the cleaning ladies arriving in the morning. Room is okay for 1 person but for 2 can be a bit tight. For the right price, it's okay

We stayed here again, the room is clean and comfortable, the location is awesome.

The quality of the breakfast delivered to our room due not match the quality of this hotel. A cold omplet is just not yood enough

החדר מרווח, נקי, יש בו כל מה שצריך. נראה בדיוק כמו בתמונות. המיקום שלו מרכזי. הגענו מוקדם יותר לאתונה והתקשורת איתם באמצעות המייל הייתה מהירה מאוד. יכולנו לשים את המזוודות בחדרים מוקדם מהצפוי. קבלנו תאור מדויק למיקום ולכל הקודים לדלתות הכניסה למקום ולמיקום החניה.

החניה לא צמודה למקום, 7 דקות הליכה, לא ניתן להגיע עם הרכב בצמוד למקום, זה מדרחוב.

Clean, central and in good condition

‘Free’ parking was a mess, I ended up paying for parking elsewhere. The church bells opposite are very loud, make sure to bring ear plugs.

The communication about the property before we arrived and on the day was excellent all via Booking.com messaging. You could call the owners if you wanted to. We were given codes to punch into the main door, the landing door, and the room door. The rooms were a good size with a sofa and a very comfy bed. The bathroom was also first class. The location is superb. You go out the front door, take a left, go 50 yards, take a left and bingo! All the sightseeing, tavernas, bars and bustling city life you need. Very cool. For breakfast, you can have a box of goodies delivered to your room, but better still why not visit one of the accommodation's partner cafes for breakfast, included in the price? All the details are in the room. We chose somewhere less than a 10 minute walk away and the breakfast was decent. The accommodation is about 45-50 euros in an Uber to the airport. Ideall for our one night stopover after visiting the Cyclades for a fortnight.

Maybe some water in the fridge. We got that in the other four sets of accommodation we stayed.

Just 1 time, cleaning person opened the door to get a cushion a bit weird.

Location, cleanliness, and functionality.

Despite being in the city center, it is quiet and peaceful, making it easy to get a good night’s sleep.

The location was excellent and so was the price of the stay. The room was clean and tidy and also quiet.

The place was clean functional and minimal. It's great for a budget get away or a few days in the city.. It's not my normal choice of accommodation, but i cant fault what it offered for the price.

La ubicación es excelente, puedes ir caminando a todos los puntos de interés. Hay varias opciones de desayuno.

Nos faltó un poco de comodidad en las almohadas pero por el resto todo excelente.

Perfect stay in this apartment, we like to confort of the room and bathroom and the location

Maybe change the Nespresso machine with the flat pads into a normal Nespresso machine what you can buy easily in every supermarkt! It is just a suggestion and no big deal for us. A king size bed of 180 x 2 meters would be better then a bed of 160 cm

Very well equipped. Modern decor, with only some small details a little tired, like the black designer fittings, which are clearly not as durable as traditional chrome. Nit a critism BTW

The open air carparks was quite a walk from the apartment with luggage.

Was spacious and clean. In a quite area but close to every major attraction in the city. Great facilities on offer including fully equipped kitchen and access to a washer/dryer

The room had everything I needed, even a small kitchen stove and dishes It is located in the middle of everything so have to close the windows for quiet stay

Its central location was superb. All the facilities vere very good. Clean and working fine. The staff were very helpful and very responsive in every way. The breakfast services worked very good. Our favorite was ODI with their friendly staff and tasty food. The luggage storage and all the passkeys worked perfect and very smoothly. Overall a very good experience. We will definitely use Triple A again!

The area can be noisy at night till late hours especially during the weekend. Also the bells of the next door church can be sudden..Those who seek for a quite area can look for a different location. I had no problem with it and slept very well.

Está estratégicamente localizado lo no donde en un radio de acción de 15 minutos caminado se encuentra todo en general. It is strategically located so that everything is generally within a 15-minute walk.

L'établissement est très bien placé pour visiter la ville, les chambres ont très propres. Vu qu'il n'y a pas d'accueil le contact whats app est très réactif.

Les petits déjeuners ne sont pas servis sur place, il faut les réserver la veille dans un des 6 choix que nous propose l'établissement. Les choix sont restreints, ils ne sont pas copieux, il faut choisir entre café ou jus d'orange. Vraiment décevant. Les petits déjeuners sont très important quand nous sommes en vacances !!

J’ai bien apprécié toute les informations transmise par les responsables de l’appartement avant notre arrivée . Tout était très bien indiqué ce fut très facile de trouver le logement et d’y accéder. Le logement est très propre très bien équipé. La localisation est parfaite pour avoir accès à l’Acropole à pied.

Fully equipped apartment, excellent organization of parking in this crowded area, and solid choise of places for breakfast. The location was perfect. Full online support and instructions from the hosts for anything we asked, although we did not see any of the staff during our stay

There is no space to park the car even for a moment to leave our luggage, we had to walk with it from the parking to the accommodation.

Gostei de tudo, muito prestativos . Um dos melhores lugares que já me hospedei

Apartamento moderno, espaçoso e muito confortavel. Roupa de cama, eletrodomesticos e chuveiro muito bons. A localização também é otima, pois fica no meio de um bairro com muitas opções de bares e restaurantes, e é possivel acessar o metrô com poucos minutos de caminhada.

A entrada assusta inicialmente, pois não há uma portaria ou algo do tipo, apenas uma porta de comercio de rua. Mas passando este primeiro momento a experiencia no predio e no apartamento é muito boa.

The location is excellent. Everything from Check-In to Check-out worked perfectly without any personal as described. The possibility to park the car in guarded parking lot is a real bonus. The way from the parking lot to the apartment is not not short, but is already a nice introduction to the city center as it follows mainly touristic pedestrian zones.

The neighborhood of the apartment was not always quiet, but this was expected in such a central place.

Mi-a placut mult faptul ca era curat, am avut aparat nespresso si locatia era fix in centru. Cafenelele unde se poate lua micul dejun sunt in apropiere si totul a decurs perfect. Metroul de la aeroport are o statie in apropiere

היה ריח נורא של סיגריות שלא משנה כמה ניסנו לאוורר הריח לא יצא.. אני אישה בהריון והיה לי קושי נורא להירדם בחדר
