No dryer. Remote control in the room is not working. Clock is not working. Parking a bigger vehicle needs manoeuvring.

Le lit était plus confortable que je l'aurais pensé. Bon ensoleillement durant la journée, c'est idéal en hiver. Quartier résidentiel très calme.

Le manque de papier toilette et sac poubelle pour 5 personnes. Les serviettes sales du précédent séjour sur la machine à laver. Le lave vaisselle encore plein à notre arrivé avec du savon non dissous. Il a fallu rincer la vaisselle pour décoller le savon à la main. Car après le 2ème lavage, cela y était encore. Les petits cafards dans le lave vaisselle le matin. Un sèche linge, comme évoqué dans les commentaires, aurait vraiment été un plus. La télé est très lente.

Nothing. Although it's new, it's dirty and not at all looked after.

When we arrived it had not been serviced. I had to clean it, then buy new sheets and wash all the towels. The beds are very uncomfortable. A cheap mattress topper will do them a world of good. There's cockroaches! 2 crawled across the table while we were eating. It was very hard to communicate with the host, and the customer service wasn't any easier.

We liked the location for easy access to the airport, the dishwasher, and kitchen facilities.

The beds were the most uncomfortable beds we have ever slept on - springs sticking out of the mattress and it was too nasty to sleep in with stains and mould. No towels in kitchen or additional toilet. Found a wet and stinking tea towel under the sink which we could not use. Not very welcoming with the way some of the rules were stated on the walls, with additional threats and consequences, and no additional welcome gestures at all.

I am appreciative able to have my moko's stay, and how cool it was to add an extra person in the last minutes. Liked the use of the washing machine.

Tho I requested an earlier arrival time I was held back and arrived much later but upon arrival was meet with someone there and notice key was in door and lock box was open, I did not know wht to expected and when I went to make enquiries was meet upon a cleaner doing it job and had to wait outside till worker had finished, I had made call to manger and told about the dispute, disappointed about procedures but managed to set in at the end of the day, can't say I like the mattress downstairs and the sheets felt like plastic fabric and noisy.

Compact , clean & comfortable. The downstairs en-suite room was a welcome addition with its own TV Beds were comfortable

That there was no outside seating area . Also no welcome pack ie , Tea , Coffee or Milk . There was an issue with drainage smells . Plus a few too many rules in both the fridge & wall .

TV had some steaming service

Not enough towels for people booked in. Contacted owner who assured me that they would drop more off but never did. Not enough chairs at dining table. Bobby pins laying around indicating hadn't been vacuumed or cleaned properly after previous occupants. Random cleaning chemicals, including portable toilet sachets, under kitchen sink.

Nous avons apprécié notre séjour. Bien situé, calme et très propre, beau logement, les pièces sont spacieuses et la maison est bien équipé : une chambre et sa SDB au rez-de-chaussée, et 2 chambres à l'étage avec 1 SDB, une machine à laver et un WC au RDC. Un sèche-linge serait un plus. L'étendoir n'est pas suffisant pour étendre le linge pour 6 personnes. On avait notre place de parking gratuit devant le logement.

Nous avons loué pour 7 nuits et nous étions une famille de 4 adultes et 2 enfants. Nous sommes arrivés à 14h précise et le logement n'était pas encore prêt. Néanmoins, nous avons pu déposer nos bagages en attendant. Il n'y avait que 4 chaises pour nous 6. Donc, au petit-déj, soit 2 le prenaient d'abord et les 4 autres après, soit 2 restaient debout et 4 assis. Il manquait des cuillères à café. La qualité des 2 grands matelas n'est pas bonne. Résultat : un mal de dos au réveil pendant nos 7 jours de location. Les coussins sont trop plats. La chaleur dans la chambre quand il fait beau et chaud.

This worked extremely well for us as we were travelling with friends and we were able to have completely separate bedrooms and bathrooms. Very modern and clean kitchen that provided everything we needed.

It was a little hard to find.

Really great place to stay close to transport and super tidy. Had fans in rooms for the hot days.

The beds need mattresses toppers. Or get some comfy mattresses. Aircon is definitely needed as the nights were very hot

The townhouse is near new inside with 3 good sized bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms and a guest toilet.

The location is not great at all. The beds were uncomfortable, there's no air-conditioning and the front and back lawns were overgrown by tall weeds.

Home was lovely and clean. Wifi and facilities were excellent. Lovely to see the recycling bins also. The new kirchen was immaculate and had everything we needed. Washing powder supplied too so an excellent extra as i had forgotten to grab some. My family and I were so comfortable, I'll be back for our next Auckland stay.

We enjoyed the stay and its value for money. Property was very clean and new. Access to all areas of Auckland was within half an hour. Also, Woolworths within a 10 minutes’ drive.

Coming from Melbourne and was more prepared for a colder weather. We found there were no air conditioning at the property. The top floor gets so warm on a 25-degree day. Although there were fans provided it was not effective. Something that needs to be improved. We were going for a wedding and with suites on that day was a suffering.

Poor cleaning, hair in the cutlery, all the walls dirty, kitchen sponge very smelly and old, no tea towels available to dry plates.

Good for families, had all that was needed.

Can’t think of anything too bad. The TV in the sitting room was slow sometimes otherwise no problems.

Size and 3 bathrooms quite modern, easy carpark

Every bed you could feel the springs, the pillows were so flat. Very little bedding if you got cold.The handsoap and dishwashing liquid was watered down. The dishcloth was a used sponge. The smoke alarm had been removed. Be aware the neighbours cat would jump in the window. Also didn't appreciate getting email the day before telling us we couldn't wear shoes and we would be charged for any marks on the carpet. We arrived to find stained carpet

Lovely house, clean and welcoming. Nice and bright. Great facilities. would 100% stay again if the beds were softer. The water pressure is amazing in the showers. One space for off street parking is fantastic

The beds were extremely hard - my stepson slept on the carpeted floor. I slept on the couch. Could feel the springs in the mattresses. No extra blankets other than what is on the bed and no face wash cloths.

The house was very clean and tidy and had all facilities we needed for our family trip.

We all had our own rooms, which was good for the 3 night stay. Location was excellent, between the airport and the city and very accessible to the freeways.

The 2 courtyards really needed to be trimmed so we could use the clothes airer.

Beds mattress were still a bit stiff and pillows were very light. I think maybe investing in some quality mattresses and pillows would go a long way in this beautiful Home.

You weren't kidding when you said Cozy. We had such a great stay! The place was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for our trip. The location was perfect, close to everything but still quiet and relaxing. Our host was very welcoming, easy to communicate with, and made the whole experience stress-free. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great getaway!

Not much parking area for the other cars. Upstairs bed sheets were not clean. Pillows too flat. Beds too hard. No spare warm blankets.

There wasn't a whole lot to not like, it was a great house, just a couple of things. 6 of us 2 vehicles and only 1 parking space, 1 vehicle had to park across at the Mobil after asking permission. 1 towel each for the 2 nights we stayed, would have been ok if there was a dryer to dry after each use. No spare blankets. No hand towels or flannels.

The property is fine, everything’s okay. The problem was the mattresses need to be upgraded ASAP! Its a lovely place, i always recommend this place to people just needs a mattresses upgrade!!

My Family & I recently stayed at this home and overall the experience was fine, but we encountered a significant issue with the BEDS. Unfortunately, the MATTRESSES had visible stains and large amount of MOLD, it was disgusting!!! This was quite concerning and definitely impacted our comfort. The beds are bed bases not actually mattresses or if it is a mattresses it is very hard & noisey with large amount of MOLD & stains. This is unacceptable, they need to be changed. Children can get sick & adults!!! We were so shocked, we notice this when we stripped the bedding. Do better!!! (Took photos) Carparks, there’s only one car park!! We had to park in disability park which everyone used to park because there’s no other parks or you call a number to lease a park.

Not a major but some lace curtains for privacy when you open the curtains would be good.

Cosy, warm and a home away from home. Will definitely book again when we come back to NZ. The basics were readily available to us and the check in process was so easy. Communication is key for us and the host was very helpful each step of the way, I never felt like I had been left to “figure things out.”

The house is modern and clean. It had everything we needed for our stay in Auckland. Its at a good location - very close to shops and the airport.

Absolutely nothing.

We are a family of 6, after reading the negative reviews that should have been rectified, it wasn't and we regret staying here and going off all the many positive reviews. The beds are the absolute worst, springy and uncomfortable. Blankets are super thin as well as the "toddler"pillows that were provided, stained bedding that caused us to do a late night kmart run at 3am in the morning with 4 kids under 9. The property manger ignored all requests and said he would rectify but didn't, only refunded $100 which would only cover NZ's expensive petrol. $300 later, having to buy new towels too, as no foot bath mats/towels were provided, no hand towels or tea towels. Dining table only seats 4 which again, was writen by another party which should've been rectified then and there. Take your own boodywash, shampoo and conditioner as it's the cheap stuff that smells bad. They refill it and can tell it's very old and probably expired. Hot water runs out quickly, couldn't all get through the showers and had to wait over and hour for the next person to shower. Stains on the carpet even tho they asked for no shoes to be worn inside the house. Roaches in the upstairs bathroom and hair that looked like pubes in the downstairs bathroom. The half bath is in the living room area, nobody wanted to use it as you can hear everything. Vacuum was dirty and full on arrival, rubbish and egg shells left outside the "backyard", grass needed to be maintained as it was long, front door handle is broken, communication to the property manager was non insistent. Do not recommend staying here, ever. Too bad I can only upload 4 photos as I took over 16 photos of how putrid it was, needs a deep clean and up keep considering it's a newish place. What a shame!

Location was perfect for our family. Home was clean and tidy, happy with the presentation and warm comfort of this home.

I had an awesome time at the cozy brand-new townhouse. It was very clean and comfortable, making it feel just like home. The place was quiet and spacious, especially with three toilets, which was convenient for my family. Everything we needed was provided, including shampoo, body wash, hair conditioner, hand wash, and laundry supplies, along with a washing machine and space for hanging out clothes.

I feel that having a dryer would really help dry my children's clothes, but it's not a big deal.

It is a very beautiful, comfortable & clean house. We enjoy the stay very much. Friendly & responsible host.

Went to check in the place was not clean, so he had to send the cleaner in, and we had to go away and kill time elsewhere. Also, the mattress was uncomfortable. Can feel to springs so I slept on the couch. A bed topper would have made a bit of a difference. However, the host was very good.

The house was great nice and clean. The 2&1/2 bathrooms was a bonus. Please note that Woolworths is NOT 800m away.... there is a Woolworths Distribution Center but not a supermarket.

A little more equipment would have been greatly appreciated (more chairs as there were 6 of us and we only had 4). The very strict rules like taking off those shoes and smells in the house seems a bit over the top to me although I understand it's a new house.

It was reasonably clean, the location was handy for what we wanted.

The beds were horrendous. Half my family opted to sleep on the floor. The springs jutting out from the mattress left visible marks on our bodies after waking. The couch was broken. We were given an extra list of rules the day before our trip, which should have been included in the listing.

The property felt welcoming. It was clean with lots of space and electrical sockets for recharging. It was great having the two bathrooms and three toilets with the 5 people staying.

The mattresses on the beds could have been more comfortable. We could feel the springs in the mattresses. One side of the adjustable back couch was broken.

We were asked not to wear shoes inside, which we respected to keep the light colour carpet clean. Sadly already stains on carpet. Heating supplied but no cooling. Five adults booked in but only four chairs at table so we couldn't eat together. It was great to have an extra toilet downstairs, but no hand towel or provision for one. Nice curtains but not block out so awoke early. A previous Tennant had possibly sat on the arm of the lounge which was both broken and seats stained. Only one could sit at a time. Mattress had little padding on top so we felt the springs.
