J’ai absolument tout aimé dans cet hôtel ! Je m’y suis vraiment sentie comme chez moi. Tout était parfait, que ce soit l’accueil, le confort, la propreté ou encore l’emplacement, qui est idéal pour découvrir Istanbul. Je tiens particulièrement à remercier Lale, qui a été adorable du début à la fin. Elle est très à l’écoute, disponible, attentionnée et toujours là pour aider. Sa gentillesse et son professionnalisme ont vraiment fait la différence et ont rendu notre séjour encore plus agréable. Un grand merci à toute l’équipe, et surtout à Lale ❤️ Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir !

구시가지로 공항에서 호텔 앞까지 탹시가 못들어갈수도 있음.

Andrebbero fatti dei lavoretti alle rifiniture, aggiungerei qualcosa di dolce alla colazione ad esempio dei pancake ma nel complesso nulla di grave, se vuoi una soluzione qualità prezzo buona questa va benissimo!

Totul. Am primit camere la subsol, deși plătisem pentru camere standard cu vedere la oraș. În cameră am găsit gândaci (inclusiv în pat), apă care curgea din tavan din cauza unei țevi sparte, bucăți de tavan căzute, fire electrice expuse lângă chiuvetă și geam spart la ușa băii, care mi-a tăiat piciorul. Camera mutată ulterior avea mucegai, miros neplăcut și mobilier ars de țigară. Hotelul a promis schimbarea celei de-a doua camere, dar nu s-a ținut de cuvânt, iar Booking.com nu a răspuns solicitărilor mele de ajutor. Această cazare nu ar trebui să fie pe platformă.

We travelled as a group of 5 and booked 2 rooms for 7 nights. The great conditions of this hotel definitely made our experience in Istanbul even better! The location is considerably good, as it is very close to the Beyazıt T1 tram station, making it incredibly easy to connect to anywhere you want to visit in the city. The breakfast was complete and offered a lot of variety. Everything was fresh, with plenty of options, including boiled and scrambled eggs and nice fresh bread. However, the true highlight of this hotel is the staff. They were extremely friendly, attentive, and made us feel right at home. I want to leave a special thank you to Lale, Murat, İdris, Malik, Serkan, Rıdvan, and Mahsun. They gave us a very warm reception and went out of their way to ensure everything was perfectly in order for us. For example, our first room had an unstable Wi-Fi connection, but on that very first night, Mr. İdris kindly proposed moving us to a room one floor up. We moved on the second day, and the connection was perfect from then on!

We had a couple of very minor details. Regarding the breakfast, although it was great and diverse, there wasn't a toaster available, and the only fruit available during our stay was watermelon. Also, the hot water in the shower was sometimes a bit intermittent (fluctuating between hot and cold), but we noticed that after letting it run for a while, this fluctuation decreased.

Absolut empfehlenswert – wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt! Wir waren mit unserem Aufenthalt im Dundar Hotel & Spa wirklich sehr zufrieden und können das Hotel definitiv weiterempfehlen. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir das Personal: Alle waren unglaublich freundlich, hilfsbereit und jederzeit zuvorkommend. Egal, mit welchem Anliegen oder Wunsch wir zur Rezeption gekommen sind – uns wurde immer sofort und unkompliziert geholfen. Die Rezeption war außerdem 24 Stunden erreichbar, was einem gerade als Familie ein sehr gutes Gefühl gibt. Wir hatten zwei Zimmer, die regelmäßig gereinigt wurden. Der Zimmerservice war jeden Tag da und alles war stets ordentlich und gepflegt. Insgesamt haben wir uns im Hotel sehr wohl und willkommen gefühlt. Auch die Kommunikation war hervorragend. Wir hatten uns kurz vor unserer Anreise gemeldet und Bescheid gegeben, dass wir etwas später eintreffen würden – überhaupt kein Problem. Alles wurde unkompliziert geregelt. Auch bei unserer Abreise wurde uns nochmals sehr geholfen und selbst Extra-Wünsche wurden ohne Probleme berücksichtigt. Was uns ebenfalls sehr gefallen hat, war die angenehme und gastfreundliche Atmosphäre im gesamten Hotel. Man merkt, dass hier großer Wert darauf gelegt wird, dass sich die Gäste wohlfühlen. Freundlichkeit, Sauberkeit, Service und Hilfsbereitschaft haben für uns wirklich gestimmt. Ein großes Dankeschön an das gesamte Team des Dundar Hotel & Spa für den tollen Aufenthalt und die Unterstützung während unserer Zeit dort. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und können das Hotel mit gutem Gewissen weiterempfehlen! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Lokalita vynikajuca, chodime dlhe roky do vedlajsieho hotela cca 30m vzdialeneho. 15m od hotela je restauracia so sedenim aj vonku, super. 20m od hotela je Market- vyborne nakupite vsetko. Postel velmi pohodlna, pradlo a uteraky kazdy den pekne a ciste. Mali sme izbu s balkonom do hlavnej ulice. Recepcny menom MURAT stale vysmiaty, rychly,ochotny a vzdy napomocny. Objednal nam taxi z letiska a na letisko, velky Mercedes-cena pre dvoch tam aj spat 120 Euro. Bolt 40-50 Euro jedna cesta.

Ked dostanete izbu na 6.poschodi, tak sa rano urcite nevyspite. Hned nad vasimi hlavami je jedalen, kde uz od siedmej rano chodia hostia na ranajky. Stolicky su na dlazbe a ten neuveritelny buchot vam urcite nedovoli spat. Takze v ziadnom pripade nie izbu na 6.tom poschodi. V celej kupelni svieti jedno slabe chudobne bodove svetlo. Nemate sancu sa vidiet v zrkadle. Zeny sa mozu rozlucit s videnim v zrkadle a s make-upom. Tma, nepohodlie a nic nevidite. Mierny zapach odpadu v kupelni. Dvere na sprchovom kute visia dokriva, nedoliehaju, guma je dotrhana a voda vam tecie mimo vanicku. Sedadlo WC je odtrhnute, nedolieha a treba davat pozor, aby ste neskoncili v zachode. Mini chladnicka je hotova bieda, viac hreje ako chladi-nepouzitelna v teple. WI-FI priemerna, akonahle stahujete pesnicku alebo video, seka a zostane stat. Klimatizacia je ok aj ked mriezky su nastavene priamo na vas a neviete s tym nic urobit. Su pevne. Chodime do Istanbulu velmi casto. Hotel DUNDAR sme vybrali iba z dovodu, ze nas nedaleky hotel bol obsadeny. Ak by sme mali tento hotel v buducnosti navstivit, velmi by sme to zvazovali a ak ano, urcite nie izbu na 6.tom poschodi a pri prijazde na hotel by sme si izbu dopredu urcite pozreli. Podla nasho nazoru je v tomto hoteli vela veci zanedbanych. Je to skoda, lebo hotel ma vynikajuce miesto.

The bathroom was very dark, and the toilet could not be flushed properly. Suddenly, water started leaking from the ceiling. We were given another hotel room, but it was much smaller than the one we had originally booked. We had paid for a larger room, but were downgraded without receiving any compensation. The hotel looks fairly new in the pictures, but in reality, it is quite old and poorly maintained. The lighting was also very poor throughout the room.

Das Hotel befindet sich in einem guten Lage , wo man mit Straßenbahn in viele Richtungen fahren kann. Das Zimmer war klein aber sauber und wir haben alles bekommen, was wir brauchen.

Das Schwimmbads Wasser war sehr kalt, daher konnten wir es nicht benutzen außerdem war die Beleuchtung im Becken Bereich nicht ausreichend.

I liked everything. The location is excellent. Just right in the centre of the beautiful Fatih district. Major attractions like Aya Sofia and the blue mosque are within a walking distance. The bosphorus side is also not very far especially Karima region. The hotel itself is well equipped. Rooms are nice and clean. The staff is outstanding. I want to mention how kindly was Lale and Murat. They helped me a lot and were responsive to every inquiry and very professional. I recommend anyone to come here and enjoy what Dundar Hotel offers.

We had a wonderful stay in Istanbul! The hotel staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist with anything we needed. The location is perfect – the Grand Bazaar is only about a 3-minute walk away, and the metro station is right nearby, making it very easy to explore the city. The hotel also has an amazing spa area, which was perfect for relaxing after a long day of sightseeing. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul!

The location was good as it was walking distance to the Grand bazaar , the Blue mosque and Hagia Sophia . The breakfast was sufficient . Lela was one of the few women or staff members that were helpful and friendly . She’s the office manager and managed the breakfast each morning .

We had a wonderful stay at Dundar Hotel Istanbul. The location is excellent, with easy access to public transportation, major attractions, and plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. It made exploring the city very convenient. The staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with any questions or requests. Their friendliness really made us feel at home throughout our stay.

The only areas for improvement would be a little more attention to the daily maintenance and follow-up of the rooms. Overall, however, we had a very pleasant stay and would gladly return.

We were extremely disappointed with our experience at Dundar Hotel & Spa. The hotel advertises itself as newly renovated, but the reality was completely different. The first room we were given was extremely dirty, with damaged wallpaper, dust on the furniture, stained bed linen, and a bathroom that had clearly not been properly cleaned or disinfected. The grout was covered in black mould, and the sink and taps were dirty. After reporting this to reception, we were shown a second room, which was in almost identical condition, with dirty bedding, damaged wallpaper, rusty bathroom fittings, and even a missing shower door. At that point we lost all confidence in the hotel’s hygiene standards. The staff were unfriendly, did not apologise, and communication was very difficult due to the language barrier. Although we were offered a third room, we refused because basic cleanliness should never require multiple attempts. We did not spend a single night in this hotel. Instead, we had to find another accommodation at our own expense because we could not accept sleeping in such unhygienic conditions. The following day, we decided to end our trip and return home. This hotel does not match the description or photos on Booking.com, and we cannot recommend it to anyone.

La chambre était petite pour 3 lits. La porte de douche était manquante. Et le robinet était descellé. Le frigo ne faisait quasiment pas de froid Les ampoules de la piscine sont défectueuses donc bain dans la pénombre

Спасибо этому отелю за теплый прием и искреннее гостеприимство. ❤️ Очень удобная локация — рядом метро, до центра и основных достопримечательностей можно было легко добраться. Для нас это было большим плюсом. Но больше всего запомнились сотрудники. Каждый день встречали с улыбкой, интересовались, как прошел день, желали хорошего отдыха. Çalışanlar güler yüzlü, kahvaltı çok güzeldi direk boğazı görebiliyorsunuz. Konum olarak mükemmel bir yere sahip her tarafa kolayca ulaşabiliyorsunuz.

Otelde geçirdiğimiz konaklamadan çok memnun kaldık. Her şey harikaydı. Personel çok güler yüzlü, ilgili ve yardımseverdi. Otelin konumu da çok rahattı. Hem taksiyle kolayca ulaşılabiliyor hem de iki tramvay durağına çok yakın olduğu için şehri gezmek oldukça kolaydı. Odalar temiz, rahat ve konforluydu. Güzel misafirperverlikleri için teşekkür ederiz. İstanbul’a tekrar geldiğimizde gönül rahatlığıyla yine bu otelde kalmayı tercih ederiz.

The hotel was ideally located close to all the famous tourist attractions. Also there is a tram station nearby. Many food outlets nearby.

The pool did not look very appealing. No extraction fans in bathroom. Tv was not operating. On the day of arrival our room toilet was not flushing. However the staff promptly gave us an alternative room.

On arrival, I was greeted in English by a very helpful lady who provided loads of information and continued to do so throughout my trip. Over and beyond expectations. The young lady at breakfast always had a smile on her face and Mamooda at the front desk was always nice, helpful and accommodating nothing was too much even offered to send someone to the shop. Over and beyond expectations.

They could switch out the breakfast and change it up a little throughout the week so it doesn’t get a little boring, but it was good value for money and the steam room wasn’t working.

Это самый ужасный отель где я бывала.

К сожалению, проживание в этом отеле оставило крайне неприятные впечатления. В номере было очень грязно, полотенца оказались грязными и выглядели так, будто их давно не меняли. Отношение персонала к гостям было безразличным и непрофессиональным. В номере не было даже питьевой воды. Когда я попросил принести воду, мою просьбу проигнорировали, и воду так и не доставили. Также я обратился с просьбой провести уборку номера, на что мне ответили, что уборка будет только после моего выезда. Такой подход к обслуживанию гостей считаю совершенно неприемлемым. За время проживания я не почувствовал никакой заботы со стороны персонала. Не рекомендую этот отель тем, кто рассчитывает на чистоту, комфорт и качественный сервис.

It is in a great location , very close to Beyazit tram station. Starbucks is across the road and a restaurant across the street for dinner. The indoor swimming pool is a plus. Waiting area in reception is comfortable and spacious.
