Huge extra costs for cleaning

Lots of space two bathrooms! Cool place.

All good just the code to the room could be easier but it’s tiny thing.

Un appartamento davvero grande ed accogliente con tutti i comfort.

Nella camera non erano state fatte le pulizie quindi abbiamo dovuto contattare lo staff via messaggio perché non c'è nessuno in struttura. Il problema è stato comunque risolto velocemente.

Location was superb just behind the main eating place. The room was super spacious and the facilities were all complete. It felt like I was sleeping in an IKEA showroom. Everything was good and very well maintained. Check-in was automatic and very efficient. Staff responded very quickly.

Nothing. This is one of the best places I've stayed in for a long time and is one place I will surely come back again whenever I visit Ipoh.

Het verblijf in Ipoh ziet er erg netjes uit. Hele ruime kamer en badkamer. Erg ruim en lekker bed. De locatie is ook super. ligt tussen alles in. 10 min lopen naar het oude deel en 5 min naar nieuwe deel. Vooraf krijg je een code waarmee je door de voordeur kunt gaan. met de lift naar de etage en dan een code voor het deurslot. Dit is prima geregeld. Prima verblijf voor Ipoh.

gehoorig; Doordat de hal wat groot is, heb je klein beetje last van de mensen die er lopen/praten. Als je vroeg aankomt dan moet je echt wachten tot 3 uur de inchecktijd. je hebt geen receptie waar je spullen neer kunt zetten. Houd hier rekening mee.

Room is very spacious and exceptionally clean, it was spotless! Bed was very large and very comfortable AC worked well Very quiet We had a super comfortable stay and would definitely stay here again.

Smell of cigarettes in our room, but we informed staff who very quickly provided us with air freshener which helped! About 15-20 min walk to Concubine Lane/old town of Ipoh but we didn’t mind. No door or curtain on bathroom, but we knew this prior to booking and it wasn’t a huge issue

地点距离市中心，交通十分方便。 风格是比较工业的，但是整理十分干净，简易舒适。非常推荐喜欢工业简易风格的房客。

隔音优化方面会比较不理想，但是每个房客都很遵循规则，尽量不发出噪音干扰。

The sheer size of the place was nice. And, very clean and comfortable bed. Eazy check in too.

Dont knw if or where any free water was. And the tv was way too small for the distance of the bed and size of the room. No window, but could hear the thunderstorm and rain.

We honestly wasn’t expecting the unit to be this huge! It felt way more spacious than what we had in mind, which was a really nice surprise. Everything was super comfortable. And made the stay feel very relaxing. Overall, we had an awesome stay. Cozy, comfortable and definitely a recommended staycation place 💯💯

Perhaps, there was a very minor issue with the TV, I think it might’ve been the remote, but it was still working fine, so it's totally acceptable.

安全方面真的要改进 尤其外面的景台 设计是给小偷进来吗？ 而且 头房 真的很吵 一直有洗衣机的声响 一整天 二房都能听到 ，很可笑就是厕所 堵死 还需要我帮你通 可笑不 厕所 的窗户 就是很open 大个便 知不知道会不会被偷袭 窗又是关不到的 我希望哪个员工怎么那么聪明叫顾客 自己动手做的 下水管 满都是头发 脏死了我也是第一次见 我在洗澡久点的话估计 淹水了

We really loved how spacious this room was. One of our biggest in Malaysia. The location was decent and the host was quick at responding.

One of the nights the power went out around 2 AM. Because of this, our AC did not work and made the room very hot. The elevator also malfunctioned during this time and had a constant beep for the duration of the power outage that you could hear from our room. I know this is not the hotels fault, but it made for a poor nights sleep all the same.

Lift wasn't working

It is located so near to shops. It was perfect for quick errands and exploring the local area. This accessibility added great value to my overall experience.

The room had no window, which made it feel closed in. Ventilation was poor, and the air quality was uncomfortable throughout the stay. Overall, this significantly affected the experience and made the accommodation less pleasant.

The beds and the location are good.

We only realized there’s no lift (elevator) from the ground floor. We had to carry big luggages up to the first floor. Then, there was noise coming out from the air-conditioner from time to time and woke me up from the sleep. Furthermore, only one bathroom is provided with hand soap which is very inconvenient.

Es gab kein Fenster und das war bei der Buchung nicht ersichtlich. Wir hatten keine Handtücher auf dem Zimmer, aber Glück, dass die Reinigungskraft gerade auf dem Flur war und helfen konnte.

Location was very good - as central as it gets The room was quite spacious and the bed was actually comfortable! Check in was un-manned, so via key-lock and password

Lighting was super dark, and the only natural light was via bathroom window. Room deco was "industrial" look (which was nice), but some parts looked cheap / unfinished, and there was a bucket to catch leaks just outside our door. Sofa cushion was flat/soft - so you can feel all the metal bars of the sofa when you sit - be careful!

Straatlawaai van gemotoriseerd verkeer kwam binnen ondanks het ontbreken van een raam naar de straat. Lift deed het niet, wat vervelend was met zware koffers vier etages de trap op en af. Dit zul je in een groot hotel niet snel meemaken aangezien daar meestal meer liften zijn.

The beds are good, the room is spacious, and the location is close to the ok mall with a cinema inside.

The room is super dark. I was shocked there was a window from the bathroom’s side, but it was hardly adding any light into the room. Had to have the artificial light on during the day and at night. They don’t give you an towels, except for a bathmat. The way the shower is designed, you actually splash all water on the toilet. Plenty of hairs on the floor - they don’t seem to be vacuuming the place. No information on how to handle trash. Overall extremely overpriced for the low quality.

The vibe and design of the room is good. Netflix with logged-in account and YouTube Premium are provided.

No door for the toilet makes the room smelly after use, occasionally there are noises from the room besides or upstairs. Check-in and check out time was strictly set and the checkout time is quite early. No towel was provided at first and waited for a few hours to be sent to our room.
