Reviewed Jun 8, 2026Fantastic stay! Our purpose was to attend a concert at Time Square and we found the proximity to be ideal. We could park safely in our designated parking and access our apartment easily as the directions from the host were very clear. We could safely and easily walk across the road to restaurants like Koi. Walking across the road to attend and return from the concert was guarded and felt safe. We thoroughly enjoyed every part of the facility. The apartment was well appointed and superbly clean. Coffee experience was great!
We would have liked to have a box of tissues at the bedside/ bathroom.

Reviewed Mar 31, 2026We had a fantastic stay. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the apartment is beautifully decorated with a stylish, modern feel. The appliances are top class, and the La-Z-Boy chairs in the sitting area made it perfect for relaxing. Air conditioning in all the rooms was a big plus and added to the overall comfort. The host went out of his way to accommodate us with an early check-in on short notice and checked in during our stay to ensure we were happy. Highly recommended!

Reviewed Jun 21, 2025We had a wonderful stay at When Away. From the moment we arrived, we felt completely at ease and welcomed. The space is beautifully furnished, immaculately clean, and thoughtfully designed with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. It’s clear that a lot of care and love has gone into creating this home, every little detail, from the decor to the fully equipped kitchen, made us feel like we were staying at a friend’s place rather than a rental. The location is also fantastic, peaceful and safe, yet close enough to shops, restaurants, and main attractions. We truly didn’t want to leave and will definitely be back again. Highly recommend to anyone looking for comfort, style, and genuine hospitality!

Reviewed Feb 14, 2025From the moment I walked in, this place felt like a true home away from home. It’s honestly hard to put into words just how stunning. The unit is spotless and it has every little thing you could possibly need, all at the best quality. The décor is thoughtfully put together, every decorative piece, the plants, and the furniture tie everything together perfectly. This is definitely not a “by the way” place that feels thrown together. You can tell that Mark, the host, has put in so much effort to make sure everything is just right for guests. The attention to detail really stands out and makes the whole experience feel special. Mark is fantastic, so kind, attentive, and genuinely cares about making sure everything goes smoothly. Helen, the housekeeper, is just as lovely. I had a request to check in early, and Mark kept me updated the whole time until Helen called to let me know everything was ready. It was seamless and stress-free. I’ve been staying in this building for the past couple of weeks and have visited many times before, but this was my first time booking this unit. I’m so glad I did because it’s hands down my favorite. This will definitely be my go-to spot from now on. The two bedrooms are incredibly comfortable, The table is in the kitchen had plenty of room for me to set up my workstation. The WiFi was perfect, no issues at all I could honestly go on forever, but if I had to sum it up in a few words, I’d say: a solid 10/10. Highly recommend this place to anyone!
