Very comfortable and great location

The refrigerator was not working and the Air Conditioning was leaking water

The owner and hotel staff were good. The condo was fine for what I paid for. Aircon, tv, 4g wi-fi, double bed, sofa, table etc. Had pretty much everything one needs. Plus, it's a mall right there so you can buy anything else, and many food spots.

When i arrived, there seemed to have been some issue with the lock of condo i had booked so they replaced it with another which I after seeing felt like slightly worse than the one I had initially booked. Also, they should have at least a small packet of detergent if they have a washing machine, otherwise kinda pointless - or guests will have to buy their own.

Booking propose ce logement pour 4 personnes. 1 lit 2 places + 1 lit clic-clac. Uniquement quelques heures avant la remise des clefs dans la nuit, la propriétaire me signale que l'appartement est pour 2 personnes et que pour la 3eme personne (car nous étions 3), il faut payer un supplément de 500 pesos par nuit. Je refuse catégoriquement car pour moi c'est une extortion de sous. Que sur l'annonce s'est bien indiqué 3 personne et les disponibilités de couchage. Et qu'il a bien de place pour 3. Elle me dit que booking a fait une erreur. Cela ne regarde en rien le client. Et que nous présenterons pour l'enregistrement. Madame n'est plus disponible et finit par faire une annulation de son côté sans frais d'annulation pour moi car je ne me suis pas laisser faire surtout pour l'ajout par nuitée. Booking ne la jamais répondu service client inexistant. Et ne m'a même pas aider pour tourner un autre logement.

Location was great. Very convenient since it has grocery store and some shops at the mall.

Not much condiments for cooking so you do have to buy. Also no free water provided.

The host was very responsive and kind. They contacted me after check out to let me know I could keep using the room due to a cancellation after me. The room was very clean and extremely comfortable. All facilities were nicely presented and functional. Would recommend. The room is on top of a mall area and provides access to shops, cafes and resturants. Good stable internet for video calls.

The lifts were the only downside, sometimes it could take 5-10 minutes to get up or down. The area surrounding outside of the mall and shops wasn't particularly interesting.

Sauber, gute Lage und ruhig. Küche ist ausgestattet und kann genutzt werden.

Stickig im Bad, wenn Lüftung abgestellt wird. Dusche muss repariert werden.

Die Unterkunft ist mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Sie ist sehr sauber und hat alles, was man braucht (insbesondere auch an Küchenutensilien). Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt.

L'accueil cordial et attentionné de Reynalyn qui a beaucoup de goût en ce qui a trait à la décoration. Je me suis vraiment plu dans ce charmant appartement d'une propreté étincelante et d'un excellent confort. Quelle belle soirée j'ai passé, après m'être attablé avec de jolies couverts pour m'installer confortablement sur le sofa et visionner un bon film Netflix (inclue) sur le grand écran avec une très bonne sonorité. La qualité de la piscine de l'immeuble est un must. Séjour trop court et c'est assuré que je choisirai ce logement lors de mon prochain voyage à Manille. Sans compter que cet emplacement possède toutes les commodités (restos, épicerie, etc.) dont un peut avoir besoin.

no one said that the pool was under construction and half of it was unavailable and water there is suuuuper cold Every time we tried to swim we had to get out because the water was cold and the swimming pool is an additional fee and it is not so easy to get admission if you do not have it sometimes you could actually see creatures that shouldn't be there like cockroaches but that is the fault of the owner of the entire facility not apartment's

Este o locație excelentă, cu toate facilitățile, iar priveliștea de la etajul 45 a fost de vis. Makati este o zona foarte frumoasa, cu foarte mulți zgârie nori, și locuri frumoase. Doamna care ne-a oferit toate informațiile necesare a fost foarte drăguță și foarte înțelegătoare. In apartament totuj a fost plăcut, relaxant, și impresionant. Nota 10 Air RESIDENCE! Când vom reveni acasă în FILIPINE 🇵🇭🇵🇭 cu siguranță ne vom opri câteva nopți la Air RESIDENCE!

Ich war voll und ganz zufrieden. Zimmer gut ausgestattet und schön eingerichtet. Alles was man braucht ist dort integriert, wie Supermarkt, Starbucks und verschiedene Essensangebote.

The owner made special efforts to accommodate my early arrivals and meetings. Very much appreciated.

Very well decorated apartment, clean and on a perfect location in Makati. Very comfortable bed, fully equipped kitchen and enough space for two. Downstairs one finds a mall and shopping center with everything you possibly need. Just a great choice for Manila. Will definitely stay there again.

The apartment was full of cockroaches, we even found a cockroach nest and the owner was absolutely not helpful to solve the issue, so my girlfriend could not sleep... at the end she gave us back 10 eur...

Location was ideal as safe area, a pool which didn’t use as didn’t have time. Perfect having the mall underneath, the apt was clean and was well equipped. Enjoyed the odd movie on Netflix. Nice decor. Ideal for my needs

I absolutely liked the service and location. Staff are very polite and professional. The owner of our apartment for the 12 days was a very nice polite owner and was very informative with any request or information. I will definitely stay here again. I couldn't fault anything.

Everything was just perfect; the apartment has everything you might need, i enjoyed a lot my short stayover in this place which felt like a home.

We had a wonderful stay. The host Miss Reynalyn is very nice, approachable and accommodating. The unit is exactly as it is in the pictures, all the way to the last details. Linens, pillows, kitchen ware, shampoo and body wash and dental kits, all provided in the unit. Smells really nice and clean when we have entered.

Great little apartment in the middle of the business district, with lots of food options nearby! We loved the decoration, the friendliness of the host by messages and the fitted sheet was so soft so really comfy! I was a bit nervous with sending my Passport photo prior to my arrival but Reynalyn reassured me a lot and was very helpful, I was able to send it by hiding my passport number as we never know if we get hacked while sending it and was able to get the pass for the apartment building so when we arrived we had a smooth check-in at reception as everything was ready for us. Will highly recommend this place to anyone!!

Enjoyed staying there, the room was clean and well appointed. Wifi worked well and the kitchenette was good to use and a small but functional fridge. the bed and lounge area were clean and useful. You have to send you passport and details through before you arrive as its a managed condo not a hotel so the staff need your details before hand and dont handle reservations. there is a supermarket and 711 nearby outside of that its pretty standard manila, ive been there I dont need to go back.

The greater location, more, not to my liking, I just stayed in most of the time. Its dirty and gross coming from a western style city. Locals are friendly but I didn't feel comfortable walking around outside of the condo complex.

Great location that everything we need is walking distance plus there's a mall in the building too.(grocery &restaurants,coffee shop).The place is clean no foul smell and complete,organize and stylish.The bed and linens are very clean.Recomendable.

The appartement was a little bit smaller than our expectations for our family but it was ok for a short stay.

The condo was on the 45 floor. As soon as I opened the door I knew this stay would be fantastic.. cutlery and plates were laid out on the table like a fine restaurant with linen napkins.. dip coffee was available. The pots and pans were spotless and good quality. The internet was fast. And the smart TV had guest login to Netflix. The host spared nothing to make our stay fantastic. My host was in contact with me constantly.

The security guards at the reception desk are very rude and unapproachable. They did help if you had any questions about apartment floor or number when checking in. They felt as though there superior?!

I liked everything about the condo. It was cozy & comfortable. The place is nice and decorated beautifully. The owner herself & her staff was awesome and intentive. Convenient store connected to property with everything you need. The pool was nice and lodging area was relaxing, peaceful and quiet.

Only thing I didn't like was that my time was up & I had to leave 😔

Our stay was great. The place was nice, it was clean and just right for us. Everything we needed was there, from bath towels, cookware and other utensils, extension cords and the TV even had Netflix pre installed and already had an account we could use. The ambience was homey and there was a lot that caught that our eyes like the decor and lightings. For a couple who just wanted to take a break from the busyness of work and were quite lazy, we found the place to our liking very much. The residence was near Ayala and locations we wanted to visit so we didn't find ourselves that lazy to go out. When we felt like it, we just stayed home watched Netflix and since it was near restaurants it was also easy to just order take out and eat at the accommodation. We also didn't have problems with booking a cab or grab because the place was very accessible. All the amenities that they had were on point, rest was easy and we were really delighted with our stay. Kudos to you and your staff! Thank you for your accommodating responses to us via booking's app. We had a swell time and hope to stay with you again in the future. God Bless you and your labors!
