Location to city, train station and supermarkets. The apartment itself was dark/shaded but this was an advantage as it kept it cool in the heat.

The entrance of the building/block was dark with poor lighting and in need of maintenance. This is no reflection of the actual apartment just the building that the apartment is in. There was an issue with water leaking from the boiler and plumbing at the back of the washing machine which I reported.

Location, terrace and overall feel of the apartment

We had a leak - washer was not working properly. We reported it immediately and received a note from the property manager that the technician was not immediately available but will come by the next day. Nobody showed up and we reported it again. No response after that.

We had a wonderful stay: the apartment is truly cozy and very well-organized. The location is excellently served by public transport.

месторасположение хорошее, прямо у бельведера, но меня заселили почему-то в другую 🤣

забронировал я двухкомнатную квартиру, 45 метров, за пару дней до заселения там сломалось отопление(как сообщил мне персонал) , и предложили мне другую похожую квартиру, но она была очень далеко от необходимого мне места и я отказался от нее. по итогу меня заселили в маленькую однокомнатную квартиру. всё бы хорошо если бы об этом предупредили заранее и предложили компенсацию (квартира всё-таки маленькая с одной кроватью). но компенсацию пришлось требовать.

The door is difficult to close and open. Hot water in the shower is inconsistent.

Не убирают хотя бы два дня один раз, немножко прохладно

Nonostante mi avessero chiesto (due volte) se avremmo dormito insieme o separati e avessi detto loro che avremo dormito separati e che quindi avrei avuto bisogno del divano letto, al nostro arrivo il divano letto non era stato preparato. Ho chiesto come mai e mi hanno detto di farmelo da solo! Ok, prendo le lenzuola ed erano piccole, si posavano sopra il letto come un telo ma non ho potuto rimboccarle sotto ai cuscini del divano. Tante scuse ma solo a parole perché poi, essendosi rotto un bollitore maldestramente posizionato da loro sopra il forno a microonde, ora mi richiedono 35 euro per i danni!

Really lovely apartment close to Belvedere Palace. Well connected by the 0 and 71 tram so easy to get where needed. Apartment has everything needed for a comfortable stay … and apartment manager responsive to requests

We really liked the apartment, location was perfect, it was very clean and comfortable. The host is really nice, as he let us leave our bags before the check in and allowed us to check out later.

Modern , sauber, ruhig und in der Nähe Haltestelle für Tram und S-Bahn

Wir wurden für die letzte Nacht noch umquartiert, angeblich wegen einer Gasprüfung. Die andere Wohnung war deutlich weiter zur nächsten Haltestelle, was die Abreise mit dem Gepäck schon etwas erschwert hat. Die Wohnung selbst war schon eine Zumutung, nicht zu vergleichen mit der vorher gebuchten.

The location was 10 out of 10. The 2 tram lines to get into all the tourist attractions, the nearby train station with an 18-minute transfer to the airport, the Central train station (which could be reached by foot through a beautiful park), even the metro was not far away to reach Schonbrunn palace, for instance. Also Belvedere botanical garden was just around the corner! The host was nice. All instructions were clear and we knew we could get any assistance, if necessary. The sofa was prepared in advance, highly appreciated! The apartment was super clean. Had all the necessary facilities, even for cooking a small dinner. Etc.

The only bit of complain would be the window blind in the bedroom, which didn't allow for a full privacy. Leaving so close to the neighbours was a new experience for us, no doubt :)

Гарне розташування поряд з Бельведером, трамвайними зупинками, швидкісною електричкою, трьома супермаркетами, численними кафе, недалеко від головного залізничного вокзалу. В квартирі було чисто, все нове: меблі, техніка. Дуже приємна і затишна тераса з видом на сад. Тихе місце, незважаючи на досить жвавий район. Господарі залишили капсули для прання, таблетки для посудомийки, капсули для кавоварки, була сіль, цукор і олія, що дуже зручно для короткочасного перебування. Господарі квартири завжди на зв’язку, зручне безконтактне заселення

Було б добре зробити якусь вішалку для рушника в туалеті і замінити шторку у душі. Немає шафи, але речі є куди складати

Sehr zentral gelegen, trotzdem sehr ruhig. Gute Anbindung an ÖPNV und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war sehr gut.

Dobrá lokalita, z hlavního nádraží se dá dojít pěšky nebo tramvají, totéž do centra pěšky nebo tramvají, případně využít vlak - místní nádraží kousek od ubytování. Apartmán byl čistý, nic nám nechybělo. Orientace do vnitrobloku - je tam ticho, žádná doprava není slyšet, ale ani sluníčko nebylo poznat jestli svítí nebo ne (srpen). Wifi fungovala bez problémů, televize také, matrace v ložnici byla pohodlná.

Appartamento spazioso in un bel palazzo d'epoca. Posizione strategica, vicino al Belvedere, al centro, al quartiere di Hundertwasser. Arredato in maniera funzionale e con gusto. Letto e divano letto molto comodi.

L'appartamento non é particolarmente luminoso.

Очень просторная квартира из 2 комнат,отдельной ванной с душевой кабиной и отдельным туалетом.Полностью оборудована как кухонной утварью ,так и бытовыми принадлежностями:Стиральная машина с капсулами для стирки!,посудомоечная машина с таблетками для мойки!,были даже соль,перец,масло растительное,капсулы для кофемашины и пакетики с чаем!.Очень удобная кровать,хороший матрац,окна выходят во двор ,поэтому тихо.Кондинционера в квартире нет ,но в июле в 30 градусную жару было даже прохладно,т.к. стены очень толстые, а потолки очень высокие.Это старинный дом,в нем нам очень понравилось.Спасибо большое хозяину!Он был очень приветлив и гостеприимен!Локация квартиры очень удобная. Пешком от вокзала 1,2 км ,практически по прямой.Бельведер вообще под боком,до центра прогулочным шагом минут 30,тоже без путаницы по закоулкам. Рядом 2 супермаркета :Хофер и Билла,там есть все ,что нужно. Очень рекомендую всем данный вариант,он великолепен!

The balcony was great for breakfasts with birdsong

Easy to access by train or tram. Nicely decorated apartment and well equipped kitchen. Great communication from host. Perfect for three people, as long as one is ok in the public space (living room/kitchen area).

Only one electrical outlet in the kitchen for several appliances. Would be helpful if a power strip worked there!

Gr8 location, it will be best for a cople or 2 people the couch was not so comfortable but acceptsble, for 3 people I think the price need to be less expensive, but overall clean. Toilet need some improvemet, the washing bath was SUPER!

The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The kitchen had everything I needed to cook meals, which was very convenient. The location was perfect, close to local attractions and public transport. The host was easy to contact and very accommodating. I’d definitely stay here again!

The location is great - very close to the train station and near many other transport solutions - but you won't need it because it location is on the very center of vienna and you can go easily by foot to most of the areas. There are stores around for anything you need - market, bakery, coffee and such. The apartment is well suited and designed beautifuly. The area is very quiet and nice, and the balcony make it Even better! You can sit there and relax with a green view.

Location, close to main railway station, Belvedere castle, public transport, groceriesm restaurants.... Plus it was vey quiet during the night, balcony faces very green interior courtyard. Coffee and tea at your disposition.

The layout of the facility was amazing. Rennweg station and tram were 3 minutes away. Getting from the airport was quick and easy

A vacuum cleaner would be nice. I think it is necessary for families with children.

The cleanliness, the layout, the comfortability, close to metro, bus and all kinds of transportation. Even though you can walk for like 30 minutes and be in the centre. Bakeries and shops very close for nice breakfast and grocery shopping. The host is available any time of the day.

Little cold even though it was April, outside was cold and we wanted more warm place.

The instruction to wi fi were incorrect. it was a problem I had to fix myself cause I got new instructions only several ours ago. My request about an opportunity to leave my language at accommodation earlier, than check in time, was rejected. However, this is not their fault though it made my day a bit uncomfortable

Check-in and Check-out process was very simple and didn’t require big form filling. The apartment pic and reality was also no difference.

Very clean and comfortable. Perfectly situated for our needs at the time. Easy to reach by public transport. Close to some good restaurants and supermarkets.

The check in was truly horrible for us - especially as it was a cold rainy day and we travelled with two small children!! They sent us an online questionnaire that required a very modern "digital" signature which our phones and other available equipment could not provide. The location turned out to be totally automatised. You only get into the house by code and need another code for the key box. The hotline worker speaks NO GERMAN at all and was hardly understandable. I had to argue and fight for about 30 minutes to get the codes so we finally could check in and i was allowed to send them a passport photo in a way that actually worked!!

Clean, arty, modern and cosy balcony. Because the weather was hot the balcony was useful.

A lot of noise in the bedroom from the cafe downstairs.

The spell-checking was smooth. Location perfect and the apartment has everything one need. Even a washing machine.
