Bach on Daisy

Beautiful location. The property was clean and tidy.

Beautiful view and a great spa to relax in

Stairway down to the property could do with a tidy up. Kitchen bay windows need blinds or curtains and the toilet door had no lock.

Beautiful 2 bedroom bach with a fantastic view along with a gorgeous private spa. Second time staying here and it's my go to for any stays near or in Tauranga.

The only downside is the steep hill and 2 flights of stairs to get to and from the property so pack light and only bring what you need down.

The location was amazing. The house was a lovely space in which to relax. Generally, well maintained and very clean. I wasn't looking for a spa pool, so that was a pleasant surprise.

I wasn't so keen on the low hum of the spa pool outside the bedroom window if it was open on a warm night. However, it didn't seem to trouble my husband.

Location, superb views, layout, well equipped, quiet, clean. All excellent!

Nothing really.

The view over the water was beautiful. The proximity to all the local area and Mt Maunganui was great.

The couch was really old and smelly.

Location is good, which near to the beach.

not so clean, and missing some towels. no shampoo etc. many insects in the room. Door lock was not easy to lock and open. Bring luggage to the room need pass many stairs and untidy places.

Excellent views

The bach was in a great central location with a private access to the channel and walking track. It's very private and the views are stunning. The lounge suite was so comfortable and it was a pleasant surprise to find a portacot and mattress already there.

There were only a few downsides to our stay, which was just the steep hill and stairs to get to the bach and no hooks near the spa for towels or dressing gowns which was tricky with wet weather.

景色真的是太美了，房间也都很干净！孩子是去参加Aims比赛的，有个spa pool真的是太棒了！

Location definitely. Felt very secured. Nice views and waterfront. House Space and size was really good. Plus Big and modern TV.

Bed covers, blankets need a bit more washing and be nice smelling.

Amazing property and the views over the estuary were magical

Access was a little tough especially with my 85 yo father in tow :)

We loved Bach Daisy. Our son & family live in Tauranga. Great location close to to everything we needed. We were all travelling from Brisbane. Beautiful water views and also a lovely walk/run along the water.

If we had to say anything the very steep stairs to “Bach Daisy”.

The view was spectacular. The house was clean and very comfortable.

Very steep and narrow access.

What a wonderful find. Had everything we needed and more. Child friendly. Close to the water. Brilliant.,

Maybe the hike down to the batch was a little much. You had to carry all your stuff down a path which was a little over grown and then down stairs. Thank goodness it wasn’t raining. Good cardio.haha.

Great location. Comfortable, quiet, and amazing view.

The stay was awesome. Just the relaxing experience needed an amazing view. I loved watching the lazy tide roll in and out, seeing the bustle of tauranga trundle past .

Everything was great

Beautiful house, cosy and quiet, beautiful view. We loved it. Thanks for having us.

No issues at all.

I booked this place out for my partner and his mates for a small reunion, catching up with old childhood mates.. They loved everything about the place. It was very clean, beautiful and had everything you could possibly need.. They were amazed with the view to a point where they ended up staying in on a Saturday night rather then marking off their to do list for the night. "It was very warmth and cosy and felt more comfortably like home" Instructions were easy to follow. Great communication with Nicole. Definitely a 10 plus. Ladies weekend coming up for myself for the next holiday in October and this bach is definitely on my list. Thank you Nicole 😊

There is nothing to dislike

The view was stunning. The fact it just felt like home was what made the stay amazing.

The stairs to the property but that’s only because I’m unfit. Lol

Views were awesome

Spacious

Crumbs on the settee and a tray on arrival Traffic noise from across the water and noise from the hot tub overnight Owner still has no welcome folder and still does not mention the very steep access

Amazing view over the estuary

Would not suit elderly or infirm - access is via very steep path, which is dark at night. This was supposed to light up, but not all lights worked and we had to use our phones. House security rather questionable - the key to the front door needs to be left in the lock, clearly visible from outside and easily accessible if someone broke the the window

The host was excellent, great communication and the house was very well equipped with all the facilities. Great location near the lake, kitchen was set up perfectly for a family. Great location. .

No issues other than the entrance from where we park the car to the house was really overgrown with plants shrubs and vines. This needs to be cleared and the lights on the path didn’t work well at night so had to use our phones to see.

The views were amazing. The place was well stocked for kitchen and bathroom needs. The beds were comfortable and communication was easy.

The steep climb to the property was an issue for us. It is not accessible for a wheelchair or people who have difficulty climbing stairs and steep hills. It is worth the effort but not for everyone.

The view was fantastic and the full sized kitchen had everything you needed if staying a few days. The spa is a bonus too. Our granddaughter loved the big teddy on the bed and the neighbors friendly cat.

The path down to the bach is a bit steep, if you have mobility problems but the view is worth it.

Lovely view of the estuary. House well equipped for family use. Very clean and comfortable.

Probably the walkway to the property was the only thing I could think of. Steep with steps.

Very comfortable beds. We loved the view from large window and balcony. The track was great for exercise and we walked out on the estuary flats at low tide. The kitchen and bbq served us well.

The path from the car park to house is steep and a bit overgrown. Difficult with suitcases. Early morning there is road noise (from main road on other side of estuary) which affects light sleepers.

Everything was excellent thanks

Would not be suitable for anyone with walking difficulties because of stairs and steep walkway on approach.

It was quiet, clean, great location, beautiful view, and easy!

Two single beds, in one room, would have suited our family better but that was a minor issue.

The location. View was awesome. Very clean & well stocked with all needs.

A little more information about access regarding steps & walk down to house

Loved the view. The tv is amazing. Makes me want to upgrade my tv at home. I really enjoyed staying here.

You need a bigger shower. It’s ok if you are petite but most people aren’t. Also a warning about the path and stairs to the house. Was a bit of a surprise.

Prime place to stay so close to shopping, town, supermarkets and everything else was within 10 mins which was awesome. The place is beautiful what a way to wake up with the view from all places of the house. Super clean had everything we needed and loads of room. Spa was a bonus on this trip

We loved everything no complaints

Location was great. Private no neighbors down busy cul de sac was surprisingly nice. View and access to walkway amazing.

Spa wasn't heated for first nights stay. Host was very helpful and immediately got back to us. Would've been nice to hare spa rotated 180degrees so you can look out at the view but no dramas. Also be great to have a booklet for guests. How to use tvs, heatpumps, spa, woodfire. Local restuaraunts nearby and things to do. Even how host wants the house left with dirty washing, stripping beds, cleaning etc.

So homely feeling and with the beautiful location was a blessing to stay there ☺️

Spa was bit dirty sorry didn't want to moan but that was the only thing we didn't like. Said it with love but otherwise we will be back ❤️

Location and cleanliness

N/a

This place is amazing. Great view, serene atmosphere, most comfy bed and bedsheet, everything you could possibly need to make a hearty meal, plus the nearest supermarket is only 5-minute drive away. What more can you ask for? This is just a perfect place for a getaway. Our whole family wish we could have stayed longer! Last but not least, the host Nicole is such a thoughtful lady, who offers great tips and prompt responses when needed. Will definitely stay here again when we get to visit Tauranga again.

Nothing

Beautiful views, lovely, quiet & roomy home.

No milk for a cuppa.

exceptional location. well laid out. well equipped apartment

front door was tricky to open with key and access down a steep flight of narrow stairs is tricky with cases

Location, view, facilities, price. Well equipped and prepared (Spa Pool was pre heated). Spotless when we arrived.

Not easy to get luggage from Bach to vehicle up steep stairs but was a minor inconvenience.

Lovely house. Stunning views

House needed maintenance. Shower didn’t drain well, toilet roll holder falling off wall, cob webs on windows.

Just superb. Beautiful small house with wonderful views across an estuary. Very well equipped, very comfortable, fantastic balcony and terrace, great washing machine, good parking. A fabulous end to our month in NZ.

For us, there was nothing not to like. It was wonderful.

The bach is well appointed and comfortable. The space is open with a very nice view. The bedding was nice and the bed was comfortable.

Access to the property from the parking space is not that easy. You have a narrow steep inclined path leading to a series of steps to access the property. Being in our late 60's/early 70's this was not an easy task with luggage.

Great location clean and tidy

Long walk to house an steep steps

Comfy and cozy. Amazing views!

View was amazing, house was much bigger than I expected. Fruit like a home away from home. Nice walking along the beach at low tide showing or kids the crabs hiding under the rocks.

Spa wasn't clean (issue with company that was meant to keep it clean) when we arrived and we had to push for it to get cleaned within a reasonable amount of time, though it was clean and ready to use by afternoon of the second day in the end.

The view was amazing big windows to see the view.

The walk to take our gears from the car to the house was a mission.

Everything was beyond our expectations. Every facility was catered for and we even had the use of a kayak and a paddle board. We had outside seating to take in the amazing views too. Without doubt the best Airbnb we've had the pleasure to stay in. Thanks Nicole.

Great place to stay, even better in person. Would definitely go back!

Location is just beautiful.

Only hiccup was the key that was meant to stay on the inside door, other than that everything was perfect.

Property smelled so good. The house was clean and tidy. There were extra toilet rolls and paper. The couches and beds were so comfortable. We had very good quality sleep during our stay. The view is amazing and the spa was enjoyed by my family.

Spa was great and the view 👌 Great location close to everything without being too far away from beaches and the mount

Didnt realise there were a bit of stairs to get into the premises.

Beautiful little Bach and we loooooved the spa!

Everything was great!

Its a home away from home and well stocked with the essential necessities. Very cleam & tidy. Owner is very friendly & accommodating with our extra guest and even called to ensure I received the house details as I didn't reply, thank you Nicole!

Discovering the outside deck lights on our last night. These will be very handy when coming home in the dark. Shame for us, but make sure you turn these on to help getting to the house in the dark.

Absolutely loved our stay here. The host was very lovely and easy to communicate with. Such a beautiful home, well equipped with everything you need. Felt like home away from home - highly recommend this place.

As soon as you walked in you could tell this place was special. Arrived at dusk and view was amazing. Wine on the deck and kids down on the beach.

Nothing.

Absolutely loved this house❤was perfect for our whanau..clean,tidy had everything you needed and more.. the view was priceless 💯👌 the price was so reasonable for what your get...definitely will be our #1 option in TGA

Was perfect for our whanau💯👌..but wouldnt be suitable for people in a wheelchair or people that have mobility difficulty.
