Host is responsive and helpful although in the beginning have some hiccups on the information. Overall, house is clean and all basic amenities are available.

The beds are a bit too hard and pillows are too soft, therefore not so comfortable but for 2 nights are ok.

Terrible lift management! Waited more than 30 minutes just to get up, and another long wait to come down. Spent almost an hour dealing with the lifts alone. Definitely not coming again.

It's near to USM.

It's all about the deposit. Need to pay deposit just to book for the sauna and it requires one day ahead for the booking

The parking is located on level 10, which was quite difficult and uncomfortable to access, especially after a long day. On our first night, the air conditioning was leaking badly to the point where we couldn’t use it. However, maintenance was arranged and fixed the issue the following day, which we appreciate. Additionally, when we first arrived, the security staff at the lobby were not very friendly, which made the check-in experience less welcoming. Lastly, it would be helpful if a new broom could be provided in the room.

Comfortable bed. The swimming pool and gym are nice. Private parking was a plus. Communication was good and quick.

The apartment was quite dirty when we arrived. Extremely basic furniture and equipment. Poorly kept. A/C not properly working in the living room.

The room is spacious. Enough for 8 to 10 pax

There is no mirror in the room at all. If we want to wear our tudung, applying skincare or make-up, we néed to do it in the bathroom. There is no carpet. The host very strict. Not friendly and no room for negotiation at all esp. During check out time. We may stay in the same property in future but not with the same host

Not the same as in the picture.. torn wallpaper and dirty room. Aircond and heater in the bathroom and living room are broken, complained but no action. There are stains on the sheets and it smells like it hasn't been changed and there are traces of blood stains. Worst experience in booking.com

Had damage inside, but the property owner did not come in on time to repair it and no proper response was given

It was really bad

It was really dirty and not well kept. We asked to change to another unit as my kids refused to step into the bathroom. The cleaner was sent to clean but was so angry and even yelled at us for wanting to change units and for complaining it was dirty. Had to pay more money to change units and still condition was bad, lifts are always congested we had to take the stairs. Was not a great experience

Amazing swimming pool, very spacious, clean.

Blankets on beds were too small for 2 people to share.

The property was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The location is great and very convenient, and the overall stay was pleasant and hassle-free.

Nothing to complain about. Everything met my expectations.

The cleanliness is terrible, cockroach sticking on the wall, bedsheet is stain, tv remote control not working we had to swap the batteries from tv box remote, aircond is not cold in one of the rooms, no dressing table.

The parking was on level 10, and it made us feel dizzy. I had small children and an elderly person in the car, so it was quite uncomfortable. It would be helpful if you could mention in advance that parking might be on a higher floor next time.

Everything is ok..this is my 3rd time in urban with different hosts and different rooms...so far this place is the best because many beds..all double beds..comfortable for us old people

1.no coway machine. Only water purifier..have to boil and keep water in fridge to get iced water 2.parking lot was very very far from lift..we are aged people with many illness ..diabetes asthma mini stroke..the driver has to drop us first at lift and then park the car..not convenient at all 3.lighting bulb at masterbedroom not function..should check first before let us in..

The room's wall already cracked. And I saw a crockroach during I'm bathing.

Mudah urusan masuk & keluar. Rumah selesa, kemas & bersih. Kawasan pon okay, tengah bandar. Security guard okay, mudahkan urusan ambik/pulang kunci.

Kawasan letak kenderaan, saya dapat rumah tower B tapi letak kenderaan di tower A. Agak jauh ya sebab apartment jenis memanjang. But overall okay actually we just add more step for our routine 🫢.

I like that theres multiple mattresses and pillows, the rooms are comfy and the bathroom was provided with a good functinal heater

Perfectly located with easy access to food, shopping, and sightseeing spots around Penang. Really made our trip smooth and enjoyable.

The parking and lift system were quite inconvenient. You need to go all the way to level 5, and only one access card was provided. If you bring another car, it becomes troublesome because someone has to go down from the car just to pass the card around. The cleanliness of the unit was also disappointing — the house was not properly cleaned when we arrived. On top of that, the bathroom door couldn’t be locked, which gave me a very uncomfortable and anxious feeling whenever I wanted to shower, as there was no sense of privacy or security.

This room can only be described as a disaster. The floor and overall environment were dirty, the bed sheets were stained and disgusting, and the entire room had an unpleasant odor. On top of that, there were still leftover ice cubes from the previous guest in the refrigerator. Despite these issues, an additional cleaning fee—almost equivalent to the room rate—was charged (yes, you read that correctly, and the fee was not clearly indicated at the time of booking). This was truly disappointing and stands out as the most unsatisfactory accommodation I’ve had during my trip to Penang.

Suitable for big group travel, i came with my students

1st time staying at homestay…generally an average experience with family include aging mother.A fair rating from me as the place were spacious and kept proper.

We were suppose to get 1 bedroom with 3 pax,2 bedrooms with 2 pax each(for couples) and 2 single beds at the hall.Instead we get 1 with 3 pax,1 single ,1 double with 1 matress and 2 singles at hall.The double bed with 3 pax were slant a bit and make my spouse sleep uncomfortable.

Everything is okay, satisfied.

It's a bit difficult to wait for the elevator for a long time.

- Strategic to the town area - Well equipped facilities - I fall in love with the swimming pool. The view from there is very priceless. - The room is much more spacious than you could imagine. - I feel like it’s my home bcs it is very well-equipped with kitchen appliances and home furniture. (I wish I could rent it for a long period of time😅) - I lived that the environment is very quiet & calm at night. (Do you know the feeling of tired working then waking up in a calm environment with comfy bed.. ughh that was the best feeling ever.) **ps they even supply two hair dryers even though its only the two of us staying there & bear in mind that they do have a washing machine for you to wash your clothes after came back from swimming. They’re being very thoughtful.🫶🏻 Gonna repeat to stay here next time I came here for a trip. Thanks for your service sir & maam.

I can use OKU parking through out the stay. Must place the OKU card on dashboard. Location is great. Pools and gym facilities is great.

Very good customer service. I took 3 bedroom, level 12 There’s plenty of bed, I wld say can fit in 11-12 adults. There’s 2 car parks. Kitchen has almost everything Facilities is very good, there’s no food store nearby, but there’s a lot of vending machine at the ground floor and level 11. No sea view, but the view is not obstructed by a building

Aircond in living room and master bedroom is not cold at all. Guess it’s not serviced properly. Shower drain in master bedroom is clogged. My parking is at 10th floor 😓 TV is a little small for a big living room
