De badkamers zijn beide echt onhandig, geen enkele afscheiding tussen de douche en het toilet. Kitranden oud en vies. Zonde! Zo veel potentie. De desk medewerker leek niet erg gemotiveerd.

No freestanding garment racks, over-the-door hooks, or wall-mounted hanging rods in the 2nd & 3rd room. We need it most because we stay for 5 days and 4 nights.

Reviewed May 6, 2026First of all the reason why we choose this place because of the good review about easy check-in and check-out. And it is easy check-in and easy check-out. This is the first place I found for Airbnb or homestay that have that kind of service. EXCELLENT! Place very clean and the moment we entered the property smell so nice. The bed and everything are like 5 star hotel materials. The bathrooms and kitchen all updated. Got fridge, iron and iron board, complete kitchen facilities, toiletries, they even have a clubhouse complete with pool, gym and so on. What else some more you need. O yes there's shop that pretty almost got everything that you needed. That day there's some unexpected thing happen that we have to extend our stay but only get the information after 12 noon. The staff and Stellar so kind and handle it professionally. Really appreciate that. We definitely gonna come back here again for sure. Keep up the good work.
Waiting so long for the elevator and one of the air conditioning are not cold enough. There are 4 elevators but one of them are not working. Since a lot of people like to stay there please make sure all them are working. And the water filter are not RO machine but it is not a big problem.

Needs a bit more thorough cleaning for the toilets. U can tell that certain parts of both toilets have never been cleaned in a while, like the walls. On first day when we arrived, only 1 out of 4 lifts was working servicing the entire block B of 40 over floors. After management “looked” into it, 2 lifts were up the next day and 3 lifts were up the following day. Still had to wait but definitely better than only one working lift for the entire block B.

Only 4 lifts for 42 floors with several units. Catching a lift can take up to 10 minutes. Plan your time wisely

The lifts were terrible ,there were four lift in the block, but they were extremely slow, especially during checkout time. We had no choice but to take the stairs from the 16th floor. On top of that, there were many small children and lots of luggage.

It would be great if we had hanging racks to hang out clothes or more hangers in the room as we wanted to dry our clothes after swimming. And the cons that you'll face by staying on the 40th floor is the lift takes quite a while, but nothing terrible.

Reviewed Sep 6, 2025The apartment was clean and came with all necessary utensils & electrical appliances including a very useful water dispenser. Windows were quite sound proof except for noisy bikes and loud exhaust cars.
Seems a bit dated especially the bathrooms with wooden doors not suitable for daily water splashing, in fact one door is badly rotted. One of the bathroom drains was clogged. This place ideally needs own transport to get around or plenty of ride hailing. Not much within walking distance. We were unfortunately to have a Level 9 parking where we have to go round and round to reach our parking.
