The swimming pool could have a bathroom to washup instead of going back to apartment to clean up

1. Jelutong market and local food stalls are nearby (but not walking distance). Famous Indian mee goreng (in day time) and my favorite peanut soup (in night time) are here. 2. New Jelutong market also nearby with some nice local foods (but not walking distance)

1. 3 lifts are not enough, another one lift in maintenance throughout my 4 days stay. Long waiting time and always full with people. 2. Lack of restaurants and cafes within the building or compound like most commercial apartments have.

1. I love everything especially the stellar team, they assist me without failed in the whatsapp group day and nite.. probably we will stay again bcoz of the very good treatment. 2. The pool waa so nice, the are plenty of pool, just choose it, also there were a wall climbing and others facilities to used. 3. Snack/beverage Vendor machine also got a plenty to choose - at level 11 pool area

The room was so beautiful and in a convenient location. Check in and check out was really easy as well.

The main bathroom had the toilet and shower together which means that the bathroom was constantly wet. The bathroom door was rotting from the water constantly hitting it! The lifts took a long time even in non peak hours.

The location is excellent. In general, the unit is one of the better BnBs we have used in Penang. If two simple details were sorted, it would get excellent all-around ratings from us

Masterbed room. The heads of both beds are against the window n have a gap between the bed n the window so the pillows slid down. They need to have headboards installed. 2nd bedroom, the corridor window curtain let's lots of light thru at night. Thicker curtain or cardboard window cover is the tidy, simple, easy n cheap fix

Spacious & comfortable house, strategic location & top notch amenities. Checking in was smooth and hassle-free.

There were some downsides - water heater in the master bedroom was'nt working, and the induction cooker was also not functioning.

They don’t clean the pace at all , the sauna is falling apart , steam not working at all . They left spoiled nappies in the sauna area all day

I booked the room based on the images and descriptions provided above on website, which portrayed a well-furnished drawing room. However, upon checking in, I found that the actual room I was assigned was vastly different from what was shown online. The room was far emptier and lacked and features that were highlighted in the photos on your website. This misleading presentation was very disappointing. I had specific expectations based on the images shown, and the reality did not come close to meeting those expectations.

Superb decoration, exactly like the preview pictures shown. The bed and pillows are extra comfy too. They provide all the things you could possibly need from hairdryer, extension cord, steam iron, refrigerator and even a washing machine??? It’s exceptional. They also have an existing netflix, disney hotstar account and many more so you can binge-watch your favorite movies & shows!

The only complaint i have is that my unit’s car park (block B) is sooo far from the lift. We had to walk all the way from block A’s carpark to block B which is about the size of a soccer field and i’m not even exaggerating. It would be great if they could provide parkings within block B’s range. Also, each block has 42 floors with only 4 lifts, so do with that information what you will. That’s all, thanks.

House is good but the lift capacity and the waiting time for the lift was terrible. Came here to relax from hectic work pressure but I went with extra tension n stress. Do not ever take or book this units ever... Especially if u have old parents n young kids. Waiting for more than 45 mins to go upstairs is a nightmare

This building is Just a stupid architect work... Who planned lift capacity for this apartment. Total nightmare... Not only check in check out time. All the time it was terrible... Do not ever check in this apartment ever if u live ur family

The AC wasn’t cold enough but since we were out most of the times and were only at the unit at night, it was bearable

When we entered the apartment building, Stellar has a specific office at the lobby, where we collected the access cards for the carpark & the room itself, and their office was still open until 11 pm. The property is exactly like the pictures. Cleanliness is well maintained, the interior decoration is nice to the eyes, staffs are very helpful, and amenities are complete. We went to Escape Penang on our first day, so coming back to the comfortable rooms is a blessing.

Since the building is very high, waiting for lifts was quite a hassle, but not much the management can do about it.

But the problem is the lift u can think got 4 lift but only open 1 lift n waiting the by 30mins be fully 3 times we need to lv6 carpark go up to lv29

The pool was overcrowded and generally the wellness area didn’t feel relaxing at all, it was busy and loud. The sound isolation is bad in the building so you can hear the noise of the street and the inside building too

A newish build - spacious apartment with 2 bathrooms

No hot water and staff did not come to help when asked about it. No face washers or hand towels. No hand soap in bathrooms. Floor drains don’t work and you’re standing in ankle deep dirty shower water

Water heater sometime not working very well.

Cystal clear check-in guidance was shared in advanced making it seamless upon arrival. Our stay in the unit was comfortable with excellent wifi connection for work and Netflix.

Parking is high up at L9 in spiral parking lot, might be an issue for ppl with motion sickness. The kids pool was dry and out of service but no big deal.

Great views and room was really spacious.

The property need to sort their automated messaging system out. Twice I was text on my last day asking what time I was checking out, this is in addition to them asking 2 days prior. I asked for an early check in and staff said they would if they could which is fair enough, however they didn’t let us know but we asked again a hour before check in time and they advised the property had been ready a while!

Good location and good facilities in the apartment and outside

The place is not well managed. Waited for hours to get up and down the lift. No prior notice from the agency. Could have provided a much earlier check in instructions when especially you cannot park the car beyond 5 mins. Apartment was not cleaned even after two hrs of check in time. Cleaner using your kitchen cloth to clean everything including the toilet. The whole unit was disgustingly messy with wet towels everywhere. The shower room still has hair etc even after the cleaner cleans it.

It's a comfortable and clean unit. Parking lot assigned. Strategic location. Had a good 2 nights stay. Thank you

Third room was so small

Room and amenities are in good condition and clean environment. Suitable for families with children/elderly. Parking and surrounding the condo are easy to access as well.

Slight downside for our unit booked, was that there was one room that is kinda hot at most time of the day even when the AC is on.

The apartment was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The highlight was definitely the breathtaking sunset views from our balcony each evening, which made our time here truly unforgettable. The location was convenient, allowing us to explore the area easily while still enjoying a peaceful atmosphere. My kids can play at Rooftop Playground and amazing infinity pool, basketbal court Also very nice and love the Gym and Rainforest swiming pool. The host was responsive and accommodating, ensuring our needs were met throughout our stay. Overall, it was a delightful experience, and we would highly recommend this apartment for anyone looking to enjoy a relaxing and scenic getaway, the guard is responsive at Tower B1.
